Had the worst pedicure of my life here. I chose my gel color, and the woman who did my pedicure grabbed the wrong one. I didn't realize until I was done, I felt the color was off from what I chose, and so I checked the option and sure enough, she grabbed the color next to the one I had asked for. Due to time, I couldn't go back for another 45 min to have them remove the color and do it over again. The polish itself was done very sloppily. She has one of my nails super thick, like a bubble, and others so thin you can see through the polish. The lines are terrible as well, it looks like my child painted my nails. She also cut back my skin several times with the tweezers they use, to where I was nearly bleeding. When I asked for my heels to be scrubbed again, I was told it would be an up charge, and then she tried using clippers on them instead of the normal pumice! I had to yell no before she acknowledged me. I won't be back, and honestly, be very careful here, they don't seem to take pride in their work. The only upside was that because of all the issues I encountered, they did not charge me. read more

I wrote this review on Google, but i'm sharing it here as well. Very friendly people, but I had a horrible experience in regards to the service itself. I had an acrylic fill, and my cuticles were cut to the point that my ring finger on my left hand was bleeding, and the middle finger on my right hand was bleeding during and after my appointment. During my appointment when they started bleeding, the nail tech Dianna said "Oh, sorry" and continued to go through with applying acrylic and nail polish, which leaves me questioning the cleanliness of this nail salon. I'm not sure if this violates any health codes, since I am only 17, but I will be going to the doctor to make sure everything is okay. I will not be coming back here, and will be spending my money elsewhere. read more

I will NEVER come back to this establishment. When you enter a place of business and ask for something, attitude should not be received. I barely even got an actual 'pedicure' for the price. You will have to upgrade to the deluxe pedicure ($45) to get the exfoliating sugar scrub and massage. Like isn't that what a pedicure is for? To scrub off dead skin.. lol this place is a joke. Otherwise you will be paying $34 just to get a hot stone and a light foot scrub and a massage that lasts 30 seconds. I brought my husband in here and we were so disappointed. In and out in 27 minutes.. yep you read that right. I asked the gal to scrub his foot a little extra on a callused spot and she told me no and was super rude about it. Wow! What a top notch experience. Made an on line appointment (easy) followed up by a call FROM the salon to confirm. So my friend and I came in for pedicures and nails. The pedicure was out of this world great!! Not too long not too short! They did our nails right there while we had our toes done. My acrylic full was PERFECT!!! I think the nail techs should listen to the customer more.. more than likely won't return back. The lady was nice but did not do what I asked. I asked for sharp, squared nails and the quality and shape that I have I am is upsetting. It's very rounded for "sharp square". These don't even look like I just got my nails done. I also have 3 crooked nails on my right hand that I mentioned and she stated it's due to my nail bed but I've never had this issue before.. I did a ton of Google searches and read many reviews on different platforms and this one always came up as #1. I called right when they opened at 9:30 and got an 11:30 appointment with Andy. I'm really unsure how anyone can give this place a bad review because as soon as I walked in I enjoyed the atmosphere. Andy did a great job on my nails and Tina did a great job on my eyebrows! My only negative was that gel polish on my toes was an extra $20! That seems a little pricey to me. My usual salon is only an extra $10 for gel on my pedi. The salon was nice and clean. I had the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The salon is clean and well kept. The owner Crystal did my nails and it's honestly the best set of acrylics with design I've had. I also got a pedicure and that was also a really great experience. Back story, my toe nail got ripped off and I needed acrylic on a nail and I was embarrassed. Ken made me feel like it was no big deal and didn't miss a beat when I mentioned it. He was very nice. There was another gentleman that helped me with my pedi and he was really great as well. Ken was so nice & did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. Couldn't be happier. 2. My friend accidentally went to the wrong location & the front desk girl, plus the nail techs were all so sweet about it, didn't rush her at all, & didn't even seem remotely annoyed. 3. I broke a nail that same day, came back the next day when I got off work, the staff was again SO unbelievably nice & were even apologizing to me? Even though the nail breaking was my fault! I went again a couple months later and I set an appointment online again, but when I arrived they said the booking didn't go through and they weren't taking walk-ins....I had a gift card I wanted to use so I asked them for a refund and the woman took about 15 minutes just trying to figure out how to do a refund. I wish I could give them five stars due to they started out amazing! They are so great with my daughters nails and her crazy designs. Then I found the perfect person who did such a great job with my SNS dip and he is no longer there. So I had someone else now twice and I have had nails chip with 5 days (they did fix it but hard in a busy schedule to find time to go back) and then this last time the girl didn't do the design requested and she put a gel top coat on top of the nails that immediately started chipping off. You can only get help if it is within 7 days and I was out of town that following weekend so I ended up with chipped gel coat on at least 5 nails till I can get them done again. One more thing, in the beginning they used to ask if you want something to drink and now they do for some and not others. Sadly I don't feel comfortable asking for a drink as no one makes eye contact. After 2 bad nail jobs time to try somewhere new. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. Beware!!! First time getting my nails done was an acrylic set, costed $80. Expensive but the looked okay at first. Then just a few hours after getting home all the rhinestones immediately started peeling off my nails(keep in mind I didn't even want this and the lady insisted then charged me $80) I contacted them and they offered me a $20 credit. I went back for a rebase and pedicure trying to use my credit that should be on file they said, the man was extremely rude about redeeming and told me to try another time? My next set looked decent so no worries, then within hours again all of the polish began bubbling and peeling completely off?? Same with my toes? Before even showering or wearing close toed shoes? I reached out to let them know I've now wasted over $200 and they read my messages but never responded. What a bummer. read more

First time here. All I will say is be sure to ask how much they are charging for everything they do. For my daughter, I requested the 'kids mani and pedi - $30 on website'. My daughter wanted different colors as the kids picture on their website and they ended up charging $15 extra for that , including a design we never asked for. I don't mind paying at all, but I would've appreciated the courtesy of being told that it was going to be extra. Seems like a regular manicure is not $18 as listed on their website because I got charged a little higher for that too, may about $27. Accurate prices on the website would be helpful! read more

I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues until recently. There's a new employee named Ryder who is incredibly unprofessional. During my appointment, he seemed completely distracted, almost like he was in his own world. Several times, I thought he was talking to me, but he explained he was actually talking to himself and this continued throughout the entire service. I don't mean to be harsh, but his behavior was very unusual. The receptionist, Brianna is incredibly professional and kind. Every time I come here, she greets everyone with a smile and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. She always remembers my name and treats everyone as if they're family. It's those personal touches that make such a positive difference. She's amazing, and I truly believe she's a valuable asset to your team. The manager, Sam at this salon comes across as rude and unfriendly, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. She yells across the salon when communicating with other techs, which feels disrespectful and disruptive. I feel like this business has really gone downhill. Whoever the owners are should be ashamed of how their business is being run now. The level of unprofessionalism is truly embarrassing. read more

It upsets me to have to write this review because this is a place that we have frequented for many years but the service and the product quality has just gone downhill. I go often for pedicures and both my daughters go for nails. My daughter got a full set of nails done and not even a week later they were breaking, the polish was chipping off, and this was a full acrylic gel set. We paid over $75 for the set originally just for them to not last and when I called I was told it was past the week of them repairing (it had only been 8 days) and it was going to be another full set to fix it. When I spoke to another employee I was told they would repair the nails no problem at all and they were sorry and to come back and they would fix it and then then was told I had to pay for a full set again after the nails were repaired, and I had no other choice. I beg of you don't waste your time and money going here. This used to be one of the better salons around, but that is no longer the case unfortunately. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They are all so nice! My mom had a stroke 10 years ago and has limited mobility of her left arm and hand, but she loves to have her nails done. Having her left side done is so cumbersome and time consuming and she has to wear a special glove for it which doesn't always help as much as I'd like, but the staff here is so wonderful with her. State board has approved of this place right? I don't think I saw anyone's licenses out and displayed like they are suppose to be. 1. they were 30 min late (I had an appointment) 2. the nail tech began my appointment @ 2:00 - she ended my pedicure @ 2:20 (with polish) - time was verified by the camera. They tried saying it was 2:25 when appointment was over because she put on my flip flops then, but no the service after 20 min of beginning. 3. their are usually around 30 min long, so she was short by 10 min. I waited longer then the actual pedicure. 4. They told me $5 off for bad service, then they said "free if I don't write a bad review" in which I replied I can't not be honest, in which they said, ok $5 off. I paid $24 for a waste of time. 5. I've been coming to Pink Polish for a while now, this was my 4th or 5th time...I always get an SNS dip and occasionally I also get a pedicure. The first thing you notice walking into this salon is how beautiful it is...I mean that, it's stunning and it's immaculate! Pristine white met w accents of grey, sparkle, and pops of color make this salon stand out as one of the more trendy ones I've been to. The staff is great; the manager, Kim, (she's young but she knows her stuff!) is so professional and sweet, promptly checking people in and getting them situated. The salon staff are friendly and offer and wide array of services (mani, pedi, SNS, gel, designs, lash extensions, waxing, and more). With lots of tvs, and fun music, the place is full of fun! Then...the amount of color options for your nails is AMAZING!! Seriously, colors everywhere!! If you can imagine it, they have it! And best of all?
