Pinkberry is amazing! The staff is always friendly and generous with the toppings. But let's be honest, they could be absolute jerks and id still eat here. I always go for the fruit flavors and have yet to be disappointed. Plus you can always ask to taste a flavor before buying. I highly recommend the mango or my new favorite combo is strawberry with cheesecake bites and more strawberries. Yum! Pinkberry is definitely worth the trip over to A9 even if your flight is at another gate. I've even had a few celebrity sightings while waiting in line. read more

Better download their menu with ingredient list because they have no idea the true nutritional content. I asked how much protein in strawberry banana smoothie I was informed 1) whatever's in the yogurt ( not helpful) 2) '12-21 grams' as she read the same board I already had which lists 5 different smoothies. And finally 3) 'I dunno, its in a book somewhere' Out of desperation to get to my gate and stave my hAngry-pains i ordered the S-B smoothie. So incredibly rude. Three girls working and when I walked up and asked for a smoothie, they just looked at me. I said "are y'all closed?" No they weren't. They were just out of the sweetener stuff for smoothies which I said was fine since I don't like it really sweet anyways. Then a family comes up behind me. The man asked to try samples. One girl was on her phone and singing to the music. Did not even look up to greet the family. When the other girl who was making my smoothie got her attention, she was so so rude. She raised her voice and was clapping her hands together saying "who does not want to try samples? Who knows what they want? I'm getting yours first!" Then tells them they're out of the original flavor. When two more people come up to the line she says "lord Jesus" not even quietly or under her breath. This whole experience puts a bad taste in my mouth about pinkberry. Can't believe you let people like this work at your establishments. read more

Pinkberry is amazing !! The pomegranate flavor is fantastic , the service is always kind and friendly . The toppings are always fresh and amazing . The kelp nuget crunch topping is my favorite topping . I always get it even tho it cost fifty cents extra it's damn worth it . Pinkberry has the best frozen yogurt I have ever had . Still by far one of my favorite food stall to pick among the vastness of concourse A in the ATL airport. Instead of getting a yogurt like I've had before, this time I got a strawberry smoothie. Still creamy with that yogurt tangyness, I loved it and it's so much easier to take with you if you want to wander around the concourse before your flight. It's a little more expensive as almost all airport fare is, but worth it. Service is great here too. In fact, I want to say the happiest cashiers I've ever encountered at this airport are always the Pinkberry folks. read more

Ordered yogurt original and cocunut with choc chips. Girl messed up and put coconut flakes. She then gave that one away to some guy she knew. When she made a new one, she accidentally added blueberry flavored- having realised this mistake she took her fingers to scoop out the blueberry (licked them) then proceeded to add the second flavour in the same cup!!!!! So far, I've only been to Pinkberrys in airports, but I have no complaints. They are amazing! Yogurt tastes great and the toppings are varied and fresh. It can be pricy, but that never stops me from waiting in line when I'm passing through the terminal to get to my next flight. read more

I am always so happy to see a healthy option at the airport! It is so refreshing to see real fruit that hasn't been sitting in a plastic cup for ages at the airport that can be paired with frozen or Greek style yogurt. The original tart frozen yogurt is my favorite- some of the fruity flavors have a weird fake sugar aftertaste to me. The staff is always friendly here and they keep the line moving quickly. First time stopping here despite being a frequent passer-through. The ygurt here was excellent without any extra toppings or added accoutrements. Just plain, thick, rich and creamy chocloate goodness. I appreciated the fact that the yougurt base was not grainy like you find at some places. Look, there is a short list of things that can make life better while sitting wth the rest of the chattel waiting for your flight, and this is near the top of the list! The girls that work here were the most friendly I've met in any airport at any restaurant or shop! I honestly can't say it enough! The yogurt parfait was prepared with fresh fruit and granola and my cup was full - so glad I opted for this one instead of the pre prepared ones at kiosks and coffee shops that are available everywhere here at the Atlanta airport. Worst experience - the person making the smoothie didn't put the top on the blender correctly. The spillage was to my deficit - only 80 percent full and it tasted really bad. Said I would have to wait in a long line again to correct. Had a plane to catch so this was impossible. Don't recommend this shop. read more

This is the worst place in the entire airport. It never opens on time...by 30 minutes to an hour or two and the employees could not care less. As much as I love Pinkberry in an airport, this shop mysteriously "runs out" of all the good flavors about an hour before closing. This has occurred on several visits... I'm not a froyo artist by any stretch of the imagination and, no, I don't want mango, but just be honest and say you don't want to prep more yogurt! I've given this location 3 tries, and I'm done. Terrible service. Every single time. Each visit they tell me they are getting ready to close, and aren't making smoothies. At 6:00p? really??However, 2 hours later they are still serving folks, so obviously NOT getting ready to close. They have bananas sitting in the case. I ask for banana on my frozen yogurt. They say bananas are only for smoothies, which for me has never been available. No one seems to want to work. I love Pinkberry, but mgmt at this location just ruined my evening. I got off the plane and wanted a snack prior to boarding my next flight. I asked to order a small yogurt, cashier replied sorry we just ran out of smalls we only can sell medium and large. I said can't you give me a small portion in a medium cup. She said I got in trouble for doing that earlier, my manager said we are selling the cups. I replied you would rather me not buy anything at all than to get a small portion in a medium sized cup.
