I came in last night 30 minutes before closing. I received excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get the other ladies name but Ayva and the other lady both assisted me. They were very polite and helpful. Per usual, I got a small pomegranate with cheesecake bites. My favorite and only thing I get from Pinkberry. It was delicious! Walking up to the door, it was really clean. Inside and their workstation were spotless.

Love pinkberry. I went in to redeem my $5 birthday reward. I got a regular tropical mango smoothie- passion fruit base with strawberries added and whipped crem on top. It was very tasty and only $1.99 after taking off my reward. Customer service is excellent and it's very cozy inside. Quiet and not super busy either.

Came here on a weekend and it wasnt too busy. Line was short and staff was pretty quick. Place was clean. First time coming here but I've been to other similar businesses. I like how they do not charge by the weight. So when I get a brownie with my order, it doesnt jack up the price quite a bit. Their fruit was fresh. Toppings were good and they had a good assortment. Only thing is I with they could have had more flavors for the frozen yogurt based. Otherwise it was still good and worth the price.

Super Modern and clean space with friendly staff.

Great froyo, clean shop -- just watch out for hollow scoops! Review: Came here for a quick frozen yogurt stop and left pretty satisfied overall. This place is super clean, fast, and organized, which I immediately noticed when I walked in -- big points for that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming without being over the top, which made the experience even better. I ordered the original tart flavor with fruit toppings. One thing I really appreciate about this place: they don't charge by weight like a lot of other frozen yogurt shops. Instead, you pay a set price and get to pick a set number of toppings. It's simple, clear, and you know exactly what you're spending -- no surprises at the register. I got the small size, and honestly, it was plenty. The portion was generous for what I paid. My friend ordered a large size and pointed out that the middle of his froyo was hollow, which was disappointing, especially for a "large." Definitely something to watch out for -- if you're ordering a bigger size, ask them to make sure it's fully filled so you're actually getting your money's worth. He chose the cookie butter flavor and said it was very sweet but still enjoyable. Cookie butter is definitely more for those who like rich, dessert-like yogurt. Overall, a good experience with only a small hiccup regarding the hollow froyo. I'd still come back -- just with a quick check when ordering. Solid place if you're looking for good frozen yogurt, clean space, and fast service.

My first experience here....my wife had wanted frozen yogurt and this was literally in the same parking lot, it was a nice selection of flavors and lots of different toppings... the young lady who attended us was friendly and all smiles.. we had a good experience and will be back.

Once in awhile it's great to stop here and get a treat. They have a variety of flavors from tart, non-tart, and dairy free with lots of toppings from fresh fruits to candy and drizzles. Never tried their smoothies. Friendly service and sitting area with round tables and chairs under swirly lamps and their pebble floor

This is my go to location when I'm craving for yogurt. Thank you pinkberry and staff for my birthday present today. The small is always a perfect size for me after shopping next door. It's a good spot with tons of seatings inside and outside but on sept 21, 2024 at 3:30pm it was quite hot so I was happily sitting inside.

I love frozen yogurt... What I don't like is when it's so super sweet that it becomes more like ice cream. This is why I love Pinkberry! They always have tasty flavors. They can be enjoyed on their own, or you can take a dive into the numerous toppings, and create your own concoction of yumminess. I usually don't put fresh fruit with my frozen yogurt, but I must say, the fresh strawberries with granola truly made this an epic dessert. The sweetness of the strawberries, combined with a slightly tart taste of the yogurt and the fresh crunchy granola... mmmm, mmm, yes! My date added gummy's, and brownies to his yogurt, and while the brownies were tasty, and I am totally a chocolate fan, I'm sticking with a fresh fruit and granola. Flavors change frequently, and it's all the more reason to visit on a regular basis. Parking can be a challenge, but where isn't it a challenge these days?!? It's worth the push for a tasty treat.

I am a really big froyo lover. This was my first time trying pink berry. As I walked in, the floor was very slippery and dirty and restrooms were dirty as well. I do believe the options are healthy but it was not towards my liking. My friend got the milkshake and she really liked it and recommends it. If you love mango flavor, I would recommend everyone to try this place.

Pinkberry is so good, one of favorite frozen yogurt places to go to. The toppings they offer are great, the employees are friendly and really fast. They have inside and outside seating, the inside is very cute and relaxing.

I love Pinkberry! I've been to this location multiple times. The service is always very good. I always order original with mochi and strawberries. Join their rewards program! After earning 10 points, you can get a free small cup. Also, you can get a free cup for your birthday, which is an awesome treat!

I was right next to them sitting at a table with my brother so of course I heard, and I got up and I said what's up with this grandma stuff, and he said that he answered her question and told her that he thought I was her grandmother. Honestly, I felt completely insulted like you're not supposed to say things like that to your customers or even about your customers. I felt myself getting ready to go completely off on him, so I walked away and went to sit back down. He had the audacity to tell my niece some people can't handle the truth. It's so baffling to me that a manager would say something like that. I know employees sometimes say inappropriate things, but he should know better!! This was supposed to be a nice family outing and he ruined my night. Luckily I have confidence in myself and his comment didn't give me a complex or make me like I look old. It was also disappointing because I went in there specifically to get an eclair, which is normally a decent size. For some reason, it was the half of the size and the same price.

This parlor is apparently known for ice cream puffs (which none of us tried to be fair) . I believe it's a slightly warm donut with ice cream in the middle and what they are named after... The parlor had limited ice cream flavors (nothing traditional that I would usually go for - or settle for s simple as strawberry by itself) and while a couple flavors sounded interesting, they missed the mark for me. I ended up with the Thai tea and vanilla and the Thai tea flavor was extremely light. My son liked his strawberry cheesecake milkshake. My friend liked her pina colada ice cream scoop with coconut shred topping. The others seemed to like their one scoop ice creams but we all took time to decide. The establishment is small. A couple of tiny tables inside and a bench seating inside. There are also a couple of tables and a bench seating outside. The line started forming at 8:30 with about 5 people behind us and 2 workers behind the counter so we didn't have time to get pictures without lots of people on the background. :(
