I haven't purchased anything from pinky's iron doors. But when i heard about the christmas tree drive they were having i figured I'd give it a try and get a tree for my family, well shortly after writing my letter (via fb manner ) Lucy got back to me and said that they will give me a tree.... i was so happy, when it came the time to choose and pick it up, i was unable to go do i got the OK to send a friend. Lucy was so kind, she asked if i needed lights ornaments and what not, i said no, we would make things by hand, and get lights from the 99 cent store, el she wasn't having that lol, she sent me a gift card for easy now than what i need to decorate the tree. When i told her that was to much, she said that's the point, so i could get gifts for my children. .... i couldn't believe it, i never would have thought a company. ... especially one i personally haven't shopped at would be so kind and generous with my family and i...... When it was time to get the tree from my friends house and my friends kids realized the tree wasn't for them they were so sad, my children and i decided that they could keep the tree, because they were unable to get one that year either... my kids were OK about it thru love to make others happy. ... i told them, cause i felt bad that they had given me something and i gave it away. ... and offered back the gift card cause i feel i didn't deserve that either. .. well Lucy told me to keep it and if i still needed a tree i could still get one. Anyways what I'm trying to say is this company helped not only my family but a friend's family and other families that needed Christmas trees to make their children happy.... to me family and children are the most important things.... and for them to do what they did, shows what kind of human beings they are. ... Best customer service ever! Great products but most amazing is Pinky's speed, efficiency & personal touch in handling matters after the sale. This is not common these days to call, get a real person on the phone, find a remedy and have them follow through with things. Pinky's customer service acts as the polar opposite to the typical "phone tree" automated help desks that stumble with a bureaucratic tangle of people that can't do anything and transfer your call around to different departments while constantly "authenticating" and asking questions that have nothing to do with the purpose of your call. That is, if you can even get through to a real person! or maybe it's just me that abhors customer service lines. Not Pinky's. I solved my problem with a less than 5min. phone call that concluded with an email follow up and confirmation. I wish airlines, phone companies, banks, and government services could work this way. However, I'm not high on drugs so I understand how preposterous that expectation would be. It's good to know that some companies still value their customers and treat them with respect, it is unfortunately so uncommon these days. People make the difference & the people working at Pinky's are exceptional. I can't recommend them enough! The doors are beautiful too, so that helps! Great business!!! read more

We were doing a major Master Bedroom & Bathroom remodel and it was the perfect opportunity to install a double iron door that opens up from the bedroom to a rear courtyard. Most iron doors we looked at took too long to build and deliver, and the cost was high. We turned to the Internet and found Pinky's.... our dream solution. * They have doors in stock and ready to ship. Our door was prepared that day to ship to Phoenix, Arizona. It arrived 3 days later and would have been 2 if the shipping company had picked it up the day it was ready. * It arrived carefully packed with no damage. * The install took our contractor a half a day to remove the existing window, and frame/install the door. Drywall and stucco took another day. * Our contractor fell in love with door, the quality, threshold and frame design, hinges, glass, insulation, and ease of install. He showed it to several others. * Most importantly we love it. It's so beautiful and makes the end result of our remodel over the top. You can't go wrong ordering a door from Pinky's. My wife and I visited Pinky's Iron Doors in Los Angeles after seeing their advertised prices, which were much lower than competitors. The sales rep, Ryan, showed us around the showroom and I really liked the workmanship and quality of the iron doors they had on display. Very impressed. We decided on double doors and were able to customize the design of the door (interior glass, decorative iron, hardware, etc.). After a couple of months, our doors arrived and we installed them. If you have some handyman skills, the doors are not that hard to install on your own. The doors look amazing installed and work great (see pics). It is awesome to able to lock the doors from the inside or outside and open the inside glass panels to let fresh air into the house. Just bought the Air 8 double door with rain glass windows for our home. We found Pinky's online and their website was very detailed and easy to navigate. It has great photos and descriptions that helped us choose the door and design we wanted. We found that iron doors were priced competitively to fiberglass prefab doors but better quality and curb appeal. We went to the showroom and was impressed with the quality of workmanship, knowledge and personal service of the team. The doors looked even better in person. Bridget was so helpful and friendly. We live in Saint George Utah and are currently building a home. After being little surprised at the pricing quotes received here locally for Iron doors I went online and came across Pinky's doors. The pricing even surprised my contractor! The order process online was simple, I then received a shipping confirmation and tracking # via email and upon delivery I was so impressed with the quality of the door I ordered a second one!! I have been looking for a iron door which was my dream and found this great door at a reasonable price (actually one of the low ones) all around. I live in the bay area (San Jose) and purchased the door from LA (Southern CA). All went smooth and will 100% recommend using Pinky's. - Easy to select in the web site - Easy to size and call them if you have any questions - Price was great for the door you get and yes its from China but the design specs are really good. - Solid door (heavy gage with foam insulation) - Lots of natural light into the house - Shipped up to me in a nice crate - Make sure you use the installer which is the key. We love our iron door from Pinky's. Everyone we worked with from Pinky's while ordering, scheduling, and delivery were professional and helpful. Our neighbors are jealous which gives more bragging rights as not many in our area have iron doors. North Ogden, UT. I installed this with my son and it was fairly easy, but we also do this often as we are in construction. we also chose the frosted glass to keep persons from peering in and to also help the sun from glaring in as we face the west sunset and are glad we chose that option. If you live in a cold climate, you may want to consider having a thermal break. we did not have one and we do not get any condensation, but definitely a cold door in Dec, Jan Feb when temps are in the tees and twenties outside. read more
