    Sausage & Mushroom pizza

Walk in and go towards the left for the restaurant. You can place your order at the cafeteria like island. We ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms and sausage. Apparently you're supposed to pay before you get your meal but we got our table number and sat down. Pizza was a perfect combo of cheese and sauce. We waited for the bill but it never came and when I went to the register to pay there was a lot of confusion. So make sure you pay right after you order. Then you can have a seat and if you're dining in they will bring the food to you. Fountain drinks have free refills but you will have to walk to the front and ask staff behind the register for a refill. I love that it's been there for over 50yrs and walking inside it just feels like a neighborhood staple. Free parking in lot next to restaurant. Plenty of seating, 3 dining areas to be exact and an outdoor patio.

I've passed this place many times and tonight we decided to stop for dinner. It was such a cool place. Love the cafeteria style ordering. Just waited in line a bit not long at all. The fam and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs w/ meat sauce, chicken Alfredo , lasagna w/ meat sauce and macaroni w/ meat sauce and garlic bread. Loved loved loved the meat sauce! The meat balls were so flavorful. The pasta cooked perfectly al dente. We will definitely come back to try a sandwich and salad.

    Pizza with very little meatballs.

I don't think that there's been change in ownership - but it's not what it once was. The line was long - not unexpected. Took 4 tries to make sure our server knew we wanted. Large meatball pizza and a chef salad was a complete mystery to him. Luckily someone else made it. Our meatball pizza was not very pizza like . Some slices had little to no cheese and the meatballs were tiny random pebbles. One slice had 3 tiny pebbles. So sad - this is the place our kids asked for birthday dinners so many memories here - likely not new ones.

My girls and I stopped by Pinocchio's the other day to pick up some meats and cheeses for our New Year's party, and we ended up staying for lunch, and I'm glad we did. I ordered the meat lasagna, one daughter got the ziti with meatballs, and the other went for the spaghetti and meatballs. They loved their dishes, and everything was spot on. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce had that awesome, full-of-flavor richness you only get from a place that really knows what it's doing. As good as the food was, the service might have been even better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. It's the kind of place where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. We always enjoy coming here, whether we're grabbing deli items or sitting down for a meal. Pinocchio's continues to be one of our favorite Burbank spots.

The deliciousness in Burbank continues with the time honored tradition of Pinocchio Restaurant. Served cafeteria style, the prices are quite low but the quality is quite high. Salads, pasta, meats - whether you are having lunch or dinner, you always get a full tummy with their generous portions. A friendly staff who know what they are doing, they are adjacent to the Monte Carlo Deli which also serves Gelatto. Their sausage and Peter's is as good if not better as anywhere you would go to. Great pizza and they have specials all the time. Plenty of ample parking, go have a great meal in Burbank. It's worth it.

This restaurant is more of a cafeteria style. Ordering starts with getting a tray, ordering the food, paying and finding a table. We ordered pasta with meatball, ravioli and lasagna. I enjoyed my pasta, it was very tasty and was fresh. If you're a pasta lover, I would recommend ordering it. For ambiance, I would say there is plenty of seating area and it's easy to find a table. There is an outdoor dining area too. Service is okay. No complaints about the customer service. For parking, this location has a private lot in the back. There is also street parking available.

I might update this to 5 stars depending on how my repeat visits go in the future, because honestly, it is pretty good for what it is. First off, I love the atmosphere here, feels like a classic casual east coast Italian joint - red table cloth and everything. I happened to be in the neighborhood by myself and just the smell of the red sauce got me in. Sat down and had a meal to myself without it feeling awkward, not something I can usually say of many other food spots. They also got a little patio, which is always a huge plus for me. There was a good amount of people in the line but it went pretty quick. It's type of a place where you get the food on a tray, pay for it, and get you a seat. Kind of like an Ikea restaurant or I guess a cafeteria. Now for the food - the best way I can describe it is like a very good cafeteria food. So, I wouldn't expect anything mind-blowing but it's definitely solid, will get you full, and you will most probably enjoy it in the process. Felt to me like a good Italian comfort food. Honestly, everything looked good on the display. I went with veal and pasta with meat sauce - I was expecting a piece of veal (which Italians make really well) but it turned out to be a patty, still enjoyed it. The prices... man I hope they keep it this way but the prices were super fair. The plate + draft Peroni came out to just under $20. And it came with complimentary bread on the side. And most of the items on the menu were priced similarly. Come on now, that's pretty good, especially compared to food prices nowadays where a simple sandwich is like $18 in most spots. I can't even remember the last time I have seen a pint of draft beer being under $5! Very pleased. And by the way, draft Peroni is pretty good. They had 2 other beers on tap, although I didn't ask what they were. I recommend checking this place out if you are in the area, I know that I'm coming back.

I had high expectations but it didn't quite meet them. We entered through the deli and I was told the deli is more popular than the actual restaurant. There is a lot to choose from and you can def get your Italian fix here especially if you're planning to cook yourself. The restaurant was okay and so was the food. It was a little dirty including the bathrooms. The food didn't look that fresh but it was still looked good. I got the eggplant parmagiana and it didn't blow me away. In fact it was drenched in meat sauce, it was just too much. The garlic bread was pretty dry. My fiance got a sandwich and that tasted pretty fresh but he even said it was okay. We got the sandwich with antipasto salad and artichoke which were good. I asked for a cappuccino and it was served cold lol not very pleasant. It was okay of an experience. Don't think I have a reason to come back.

The front door of Pinocchio's is actually a time portal. Wine is labeled as Zinfandel, Merlot, Burgundy, White, Rose...poured from boxes for less than five bucks a glass. A great place to find Neil Diamond's 'Poor Man's Lady.' In a dark corner of the main dining room, a man wearing a spruce green polyester leisure suit, with a five button vest from Sears, feasted on slices of garlic toast, a side salad, and a pile of pasta in red sauce with oversized meatballs. It looked like he was halfway through a bottle of Chianti he purchased for his dinner. He shunned the cheap boxed wines. Tonight was special. Was that De Niro? He might not be eating there when you walk in, but the cafeteria set up moves the food through quickly. Pizza comes up after 2 PM. The cozy booths come in different sizes to accommodate all parties. Painting on the wall evoke simpler times when people believed in fairy tales or dreamed of exotic places. The food's good, served just like it was in the 1970s. It's not that gourmet fancy feast you get nowadays. But for a twenty dollar dinner it's hard to beat. Cheap restaurants have gone out of business but thankfully Pinocchio is sti stuck in the past. Plenty of parking in the rear.

This restaurant has been here for a very long time and the last time I've been here was over 13 years ago. My kids and I were in town doing some tourist things, I asked my kids what we should do for lunch and my son mentioned a great Italian place I used to take him near the Disney studio. Say no more, we drove straight to Burbank! As soon as we walked in, it felt very nostalgic. We ordered our food at the counter with some really great guys and customer service. Found the perfect booth for us and are up our delicious meal. We really enjoyed our time here. Wish we lived closer to frequent this place more, but as for now, we promised each other that we will make the drive out to Burbank and have some great food.

Indeed 3.7. The place is cool, very a popular trattoria in Italy. I remembered a place I was in Torino. Many products from Italy. The service is fast, and they are nice and really busy. The food is very good. The Cannoli is awesome! On of the best I have had. Reasonable price.

Couldn't find a me at Pinocchio's , I usually take one so this a picture of me. Love Pinocchio's love the Italian deli attached.

What a lucky accident, because this place was SO good. I loved their bread and the pasta was excellent. We also ordered lasagna to go for our LA native friend, and even he was raving about it, which felt like the real endorsement. The bartender was so nice too. We ended up striking up a whole conversation with him about Mexico City and LA, and he was so friendly that he sent us a dessert on the house! It was delicious as well, and just made the whole experience feel special. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, and the leftovers tasted great too. Highly recommend!

We were given a complimentary garlic cheese bread to start and ordered a New Haven Clam Pizza and a Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken. The garlic cheese bread was just okay; the inside wasn't too tasty, but it did look very good... I was disappointed that this didn't live up to the potential; aesthetically it looked very good with a golden brown top lightly sprinkled with cheese. The Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken is quite the staple, and it was pretty tasty - the pasta cooked to perfection. The cream sauce was also very good. The large New Haven Clam Pizza was a surprise for me; it was a combination that worked, somehow - first time for me, for sure. I wasn't sure what to think of the taste, but it was good with the balsamic sauce that was included. I finished 3 slices and packed the rest to go, disappointed that it didn't come with the unused fig sauce. We enjoyed both along the wall at a booth that was dimly lit. Overall, I wouldn't rank this is high or low but definitely could have been better, and dessert confirmed this. We had the Butterscotch Budino, and it was everything a kid would've liked - a pudding layered in a centimeter of caramel syrup. I only ate a spoonful, and the second spoon was difficult. Paying was easy once a server was flagged down, and we were able to split the bill, too. After paying, the server didn't bring the pizza that was packed away unless asked. (Maybe I should've checked for the sauce here, too, just in case...) The real damage, though, was either the pizza, the fig sauce, or the caramel syrup, because my throat was gone within the next few days. While I did enjoy the ambiance, I unfortunately couldn't say the same for the food. This is going on the list of "not for me" :(

The lasagna is delicious, and the noodles melt in your mouth. I like it because it's not overly heavy like some other lasagnas. It comes with two piecea of garlic bread. During my last visit, one was a bit burnt on the edges. The pastrami sandwich is really tasty, and the bread is soft but still has a nice chew. It usually comes with marinated diced tomatoes, but I always ask for them on the side. If you dine in, the sandwich comes with two deli sides. On my last visit, I got the potato salad and marinated artichokes and both were great. The potato salad was creamy, and the artichokes were super flavorful. For dessert, I tried the tiramisu, and it was a bit underwhelming. It had a slightly gritty texture. Since it's imported from Italy, I had high expectations, but I'm guessing it's shipped frozen, which might be why it didn't taste fresh. I wouldn't order it again. They also sell Italian cookies and gelato. The cookies are good, especially the raspberry ones. The gelato is really refreshing. I recommend mixing mango and raspberry if you like something tart, or trying the tiramisu flavor if you want something sweeter. Tucked away in an unexpected corner of North Hollywood, you walk through the entrance and suddenly feel as though you've been transported to a breathtaking Italian garden. The ambiance is absolutely magical and easily ranks among my top 10 dining experiences in Southern California. I've been coming here for well over a decade, and it has never lost its charm. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic date night, meeting friends for brunch, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable meal, Ca' Del Sole delivers every single time. The food is exceptional. Every dish is beautifully prepared with the quality, elegance, and attention to detail you'd expect from an upscale restaurant in France or Italy--but at prices that are surprisingly reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant that feels this luxurious without the luxury price tag. Their brunch is outstanding, dinner is absolutely spectacular, and every meal feels like an occasion. The service is equally impressive. It's not unusual to spot an A-list celebrity dining here, but what I love most is that everyone is treated like a VIP. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional. The staff has a way of making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and completely taken care of. I especially love the beautiful cabanas and garden patio. It's one of those places where you find yourself lingering because you simply don't want the experience to end. Honestly, part of me wants to keep Ca' Del Sole a secret so I can always get a table--but restaurants this special deserve to be celebrated. If you're looking for incredible food, world-class service, unforgettable ambiance, and one of the most romantic dining experiences in Los Angeles, this is the place. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back, and if I could, I'd happily celebrate every special occasion here.

A realtor I recently worked with to sell two properties wanted to catch up and present me with a little something for the opportunity at Ca' Del Sole. I'd driven by this place since I often worked in the area or used the streets as a shortcut of sorts, while this was relatively close to his office in Studio City. Opened in 1994 by restaurateur Rudolfo Costella and fellow Venetian Master Chef Antonio Tommasi, the idea was to offer a glimpse into the atmosphere, cuisine, and culture of Northern Italy and a Venetian country inn in the center of the San Fernando Valley. Costella has since expanded his empire with a few more restaurants in Phoenix, AZ and Southern California, respectively. Would I feel at home under the guise of the warm Northern Italian sun!? PURCHASE(S) Breads & Dipping Sauce (COMP): Fresh puffy warm breads and an olive tapenade dipping sauce was a beautiful way to get this lunch started! It was refillable, but we were good. Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pale Lager Beer 5.1% ABV 12floz Bottle ($7.00): Amber honey color, honey malty aroma, light body, light bready malty flavor, clean effervescent finish, and a light malty sweet aftertaste. An easy Italian birra! Squash Blossoms 3pc ($21.95): We shared this lovely appetizer that was airy and lightly fried with a creamy sauce bed. I loved this creative healthy dish! Minestrone Soup Bowl ($13.50): Loaded with a bunch of fresh vegetables and a low-sodium broth, this was hearty and simple, but I liked my realtor's soup more. Asparagus Soup Bowl ($13.50): My realtor let me try his soup, which was an odd nuclear-yellow color, creamy, light, and silky smooth - heavenly! Shrimp Fusilli ($23.95): Homemade green fusilli and medium shrimp in a buttery creamy sauce topped with grated cheese, the portion was smaller than expected, but each bite was blissful, and I used the bread to wipe down my bowl! Salmon Farfalle ($23.95): My realtor let me try his heaping entree portion of thick chunks of tender salmon and velvety pasta in a butternut squash sauce - yummy Valet Parking ($7.00): Cash only, there weren't any other onsite options. SERVICE Once we arrived for our reservation, the lovely young hostess sat us in a relaxing cabana outside in the back patio where we were greeted by a friendly older gentleman server armed with menus and glasses of water. We took forever to order (sorry!), so he went over the specials, which we pretty much ordered from. Our drinks and bread basket arrived quickly followed by the appetizer, then our soups, and finally our entrees all spaced out as they checked on us regularly. Everything was casual and professional - grazie! PARKING ($7.00; valet only): They had a private lot. Otherwise, I should've done what my realtor did and parked along the main drag of Cahuenga Blvd. with meters - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A deceptively large layout once you entered the waiting area with a separate bar area nearby, an indoor dining area off in another direction, and then the amazing outdoor dining area with its mix of cabanas and open-air tables among plants and trees. Obviously, there was plenty of natural light outside (I couldn't say about the inside) while various electric lights covered the rest. It had a very European relaxed feel. I saw a TV in the bar area but couldn't recall any background music other than the street traffic. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I was so happy to finally try Ca' Del Sole and couldn't wait to return, especially to try their Happy Hour (MO-FR 5pm-Close in the bar lounge area only; everything $5.00). The food was awesome, the menu selection was vast, the prices were a touch elevated, the atmosphere was European casual, and the service was top-notch. Plus, I preferred to support small mom & pop businesses whenever possible (sure, they owned a few other restaurants). I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $127.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 5.0 STARS

For food, this location is offering brunch now. I can say food was very tasteful. I really enjoyed my waffle. It was so yummy. I can say it was one of the best waffles I had. For ambiance, this location has a very lovely ambiance and decoration. It is perfect for a date night or casual hangout with friends. It is nicely decorated and there is a small water fountain too. They also have private rooms for small events. For parking, there is metered street parking and there are couple of public parking locations available.

The restaurant's event manager, Rose, was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and supportive throughout the entire process-- from booking to execution. We had a buffet-style setup with select bottomless drinks, and the staff was absolutely on it--consistently bussing tables, keeping glasses full, and graciously accommodating picture-taking. The venue itself was spacious enough that we never felt like we were "taking over the restaurant," which made it a perfect fit for our western-themed event. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service and an inviting atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!

From my first call to restaurateur Eric to make a reservation earlier in the week, the experience was as warm and personable as can be. Within minutes of our arrival, we were greeted by co-restaurateur Antonio, and we instantly felt like family at the beautiful, private table they had thoughtfully reserved for us by the window. Our wonderful server, Jessica, made the night even brighter. We started with some Peach Puree Bellini Prosecco that was crisp, refreshing, and beyond amazing. The food arrived with impressive speed, but the quality was truly second to none. My wife absolutely loved the special of the night--a Tiger Shrimp and Asparagus Linguini--and my Angus Beef Bolognese with savory short rib ragu was easily the best I've ever had. Antonio and Jessica checked on us frequently, chatting about the day and the amazing history of the restaurant. This was NOT just a night out at a "restaurant." This was quite literally getting together with family and having the time of our lives. Prosecco Trattoria is not "just another place to eat"--it is now our favorite home away from home for artfully prepared food and drinks. To Eric, Antonio, and Jessica: thank you for welcoming us into your family for such a special milestone!

We were looking for a mom and pop pizza joint we could sit down and eat in, and decided to try Reno's. We were the first to be seated inside, and then it got busier after we came. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was really good! We ordered Mozzarella sticks, garlic Parmesan bread, a small 10" cheese pizza, and a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. We live in Las Vegas, and like to try places we can't get back home. Parking can be a little tricky, but we parked one street over and just walked around the corner; no big deal! Bottom line next time we come back to Burbank we're definitely eating at Reno's again.

The pizzas were all a home run. Everyone loved the pizzas, especially the crust! I loved the sauce and quality of ingredients. My least favorite pizza was the mediterranean as it was very similar to a margarit pizza with olives and feta cheese. The Reno's Supreme was the most popular and favorite. Flavorful and packed with ingredients. The chicken alfredo was unique to me and very enjoyable, satisfying, and comforting. The BBQ chicken was sweet, with a well balances amount of sauce and topings. I can't wait to return and try their pastas, hoping that they will be as tasty as the pizzas.
