A couple of weeks before this experience, I placed a to-go order and realized after getting home that all three ranches we paid for were missing. It wasn't a big enough deal to call about, so I figured I'd just mention it the next time I came in. When I came back a couple weeks later and politely brought it up while ordering, the employee said, "No problem." I assumed they were going to replace the ranches that were missed, but instead I was charged for them. When I asked about it, she pulled out a logbook of reported issues. Since I never called in, my name obviously wasn't in it. What bothered me wasn't the few dollars for ranch, it was being made to feel like I was making the story up. After spending thousands of dollars here since they opened, I expected a little more trust and a better customer service experience. A little understanding goes a long way. Deducting a star for that shitty experience with the associate, and giving four because i genuinely like the food and usually always have great experiences here.
