I opted for the Genovese Paccheri & Short Ribs, which was a pasta dish. While there was a lot of meat in the dish, the noodles were quite sparse. It was also overly salty. Maybe that's why I was chugging so much water? Anyways ... The pizzas are personal-sized, with four slices each. However, the dough could have been cooked a bit longer because it was so mushy and difficult to fold. Despite these minor issues, I must say that the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. At the end of our meal, the waitresses explained that they source many of their ingredients from Italy. This information would have been more helpful if they had started with it instead of ending the conversation with it.

Apparently, according to the employee, that actually means they put hot honey all over the pizza, something that is not clearly explained anywhere during the ordering process. The receipt even reflected the confusion, and when I called, the employee repeatedly said, "I know what the receipt says, but that's not what it means." That alone should tell you there's a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system.
