That footage clearly shows your team doing very little, as well as somebody on your team verbally asking my father for help. Which is exactly why I was so frustrated. For transparency, I was refunded after I posted this review, but I didn't realize the refund had gone through and forgot to update or remove my review, that's on me. That said, coming back to this months later to rehash the situation publicly feels unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when the issue had already been addressed privately. While you were certainly within your rights to mention that a refund was issued, there was no need to make assumptions about my motives or suggest that I was unwilling to pay for the service in the first place. I paid promptly, as required, before the service was provided and had no issue paying the fee. My concern was never about the cost, it was about the quality of service I received. Also, my dad leaving a tip is not a reflection of the quality of service we received. He tips because he's a generous person and believes in treating service workers kindly, regardless of the experience. I went back in and told him I didn't need much and he said there is a minimum so I purchased the minimum very reasonably priced. I didn't feel like I was getting gouged. I pulled up my truck and another gentleman loaded up his front loader with my rock selection and poured it in the bed of my truck. It was fast. It was easy. I made it home by 4:30 before sundown. I was able to complete my job here at my house thank you, Dixon Landscape. I highly recommend this place very clean and organized as well.

For a smallish shop, they have a very wide selection and material depth for both tile and granite options. They also have a limited amount of fixtures, but I purchased those elsewhere. I found the customer service stellar, knowledgeable, without any pressure to purchase and honest timelines for when materials would arrive for my contractor pick up. I also appreciate the integrity of them selling me as much as I actually needed, with only a small amount of extra material that's good to have on hand for future repair needs.

They have a great variety of styles and colors. They have many different types of counter tops, hardware, backsplash, etc. we were helped by Lalli who was very informative and helpful. I walked up to the counter to ask whether or not, they had any bathroom vanities that were sold as a set with the countertop included a man behind the counter, very plainly and bluntly says to me. "no. " I looked around for about a minute more and decided to leave. I have been to the Granite Expo in Fairfield and their Customer Service is phenomenal. The inside of the building is extremely clean and well kept at the Fairfield location; total opposite of this place. I tried to go to the Granite Expo Vacaville for the first time today because it's closer to where I live. I can now say Fairfield is well worth the drive. Customer Service here is just really horrible and theres substantially less choices then their granite expo in Fairfield.
