What a frustrating experience. We arrived at 5:50 PM on a Wednesday and the restaurant was practically empty, yet we were told we couldn't sit inside because we didn't have a reservation. It was 108 degrees outside, so being directed to outdoor seating was ridiculous. The kicker? We went online, made a reservation for 6:00 PM, and suddenly we were allowed to sit inside. Same party, same empty restaurant, same table availability. Total waste of time and a terrible first impression. Dinner for three came out to around $650, so expectations were high. Unfortunately, the food didn't deliver. The sea bass was dry, and the seafood grill platter was overcooked across the board. If seafood is supposed to be the specialty here, the kitchen seriously needs to pay more attention to cook times. The crab cigars were basically just egg rolls with a fancier name. Fava bean rice? Smallest fava beans I've ever seen. They were the size of peas. Other reviewers said napkins were folded and crumbs were cleaned off the tables but that wasn't the case for us. We even had to pour our own white wine since our servers never came by. The one standout was the house-made burrata, which was genuinely delicious. To top it off, there's no locals discount. Alex, who was our server for drinks, truly stood out. He had such a positive, upbeat personality--super polite, funny, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He even helped my friend and me create an off-menu drink, and it turned out exactly how we wanted. That kind of attention to detail made the experience feel special. As for the food, I'd rate it a solid 4.5. I have to start with the complimentary bread--it's easily one of the top five breads I've ever had (I'm still thinking about it!). The oysters were incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the sauces. The Caesar salad was good, though I wish it had a bit more zest. We also tried the wagyu beef carpaccio, crab cigars, and crispy Brussels sprouts--all delicious and well-prepared. Lastly, I ordered the prime filet with a side of chimichurri. We went here looking for an incredible seafood dinner, especially given the name, the hype on social media, and the location. Sadly, that was not the case. The restaurant felt like it was built more on hype than substance. The food was just okay overall. The only dish we truly enjoyed was the sole filet. Everything else was either underwhelming or simply forgettable. The restaurant also seemed to lack a clear identity. It appears to be attempting a Mediterranean concept, but the menu felt more like a hodgepodge of random Mediterranean-inspired dishes. There is a chicken shawarma sandwich/plate, a jamón serrano croquette with caviar, and other combinations that felt more confusing than cohesive. The staff did not seem confident in the restaurant's identity either. In my opinion, the restaurant would benefit from choosing a clearer direction, either Greek or Italian. Personally, I think an all-Greek concept with an emphasis on wood-fired grilled seafood would make much more sense. Service felt rushed. We were interested in the fava bean rice t pair with the fish, but instead were recommended an orzo risotto, or "orzotto," which paired poorly with the fish. It also felt like a heavier dish that would be more appropriate in winter, not something that complemented a seafood-focused meal. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, but the patio could use work. It felt more like a café than a polished seafood restaurant. Pieces is such a new great edition to Wynn. I've dine in 4xs already and looking forward to going back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They start you off with a buttery flaky bread accompanied by a spicy dip and eggplant. You're going to be fighting yourself to not eat it all before your mains come. We've tried so many dishes, but my top favorites are: -Burrata -Black Truffle Tagliatelle -Wagyu NY Strip And of course their Warm olive oil cake and soft server yogurt with donuts Had some of their specialty cocktails, but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. We opted for outdoor seating to enjoy the Lake of Dreams show, chilly evening aside, the heat lamps kept us perfectly comfortable and allowed us to fully take in the magic of the setting. The interior design is absolutely spectacular. The space channels a Mediterranean seaside escape with a luxurious, immersive ambiance inspired by the mysterious depths of the sea. Designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn's President and Chief Creative Officer, the restaurant feels both transportive and refined, an elegant balance of coastal charm and high design. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed through an intimate entry rotunda wrapped in embroidered velvet walls and rich ebony wood accents, immediately setting the tone. Inside the dining room, deep blues, warm copper hues, and gleaming bronze finishes dominate the space. A striking chandelier composed of 400 rum colored Murano glass orbs floats above the bar, while reflective mosaic floors of copper-infused glass and Carrara marble shimmer subtly beneath your feet. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Lake of Dreams, bathing the room in natural light and offering a dynamic backdrop that shifts with the water and light show, almost as if you're dining directly on the water. The service was equally impressive. Our attendant, Bernardo, was exceptional, polished, professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. Now, onto the cocktails and cuisine. I began with the "Conventional Wisdom," a refreshing fizz cocktail with delicate notes of citrus and cucumber. While I typically enjoy sweeter cocktails, this one leaned a bit too sweet for my palate. Bernardo graciously took my feedback, and had the bartender promptly adjust it to perfection, impeccable service. I also tried the "Stars Align," a celestial twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, and it was absolutely delightful. And their champagne as well, perfectly chilled. For starters, we ordered the Greek Horiatiki salad with tomato, cucumber, manouri feta, onion, Kalamata olives, green pepper, and red wine vinaigrette. Quite possibly the best Greek salad I've ever had, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. For our mains, we chose the Halibut Milanese, served with finger lime butter sauce, heirloom tomato jam, and roasted fennel. It was beautifully executed, light, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the Black Truffle Tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano and thyme, an outstanding pasta dish that was rich yet refined. We ended the evening with a well-brewed espresso and a dessert that truly was the cherry on top. So, for those who are Vegas regulars and have been to restaurants at the Wynn before, you may or may not know that what was once "Lakeside", is now a more upscale restaurant called Pisces. Don't worry, it still has outdoor seating that faces the lake and there is still a lake show every 15 minutes but I'll get to that later. First let me say that I like this restaurant more than I liked Lakeside. It's a different cuisine, upscale Mediterranean/seafood that fits more with the upscale atmosphere of the hotel it resides in. The food is excellent and delicious. I do not think there was one dish I did not like. I can not say if the interior design was changed or not but looks nice regardless. Now to a few observations from my experience. First off, the waiter we had described half of the menu to be "shareable" dishes due to their size. Perhaps this would be true if you tend to eat on the smaller side but my family and I found the dishes from that side of the menu were not really shareable. Each dish could've been for just one person each. He also mentioned that the size of the shrimp, in one of the shrimp dishes, were small so we ended up ordering two of them. Turns out the shrimp were quite large and that was not needed. Finally, for those who are Caviar fans such as myself, the 3 options for Caviar are a bit confusing. The first type of Caviar listed is the true "classic" version where it comes served with Bellinis and accompaniments like chopped onions, egg, creme fresh, etc. and comes in 3 price ranges. The other two "Caviar" options that are listed below that are not the classic version I described but appetizer creations that have Caviar on them. Now, for the lakeside show. Yes, it is still there but has been changed from what you may remember. Most of the "shows" now consist of a music video that is displayed on a HUGE movie screen with music that is so loud you can't hear anyone at your table. It's quite obnoxious to be quite honest and none of those "videos" are really worth watching so they end up being a huge distraction and annoyance (at least for me) during dinner. The giant singing Frog is still there but I almost missed it as it came on as we were leaving. So, yes this is a restaurant I would recommend but you're better off sitting inside. The food was delicious, I loved the tuna sashimi it was sooo fresh. The crab cigars were delightful as well. I had the Dover sole as my entree and I was disappointed that they don't filet it at the table but I believe it's because they have another fish on the menu where the server filets the fish. They served unlimited water without informing us or refilling it, yet still charged each person for the unlimited refill (4 people), even though we only got served 2 bottles. Pisces did not disappoint and neither did our servers, John & Kaitlyn. My husband and I wanted to order so many things and didn't really know what to get. John took the time to go through the whole menu and made recommendations based on our preferences. We ordered: Sirena - this was my drink and it was so exquisite. I've never tasted anything like it. It had like a botanical profile. It was smooth and slightly sweet. Spirit of the sea - it was a dirty martini with a little hint of heat. It was really good. Crab cigars - much bigger than we expected them to be. Fried to perfection and served with a tangy remoulade. Aged bluefin chutoro sashimi - so fresh and they poured this truffle ponzu sauce around it that was just perfect to balance the fish. Lobster bisque - the kitchen split this for us which was really nice of them to do. It was creamy and not too rich. Little pieces of lobster which I love. Prawns & crab alla vodka - kitchen split this for us as week. We added truffles on top. It was very flavorful and the pasta was cooked perfectly as was the shrimp and crab. Bluefin Tuna Wellington - this was my unexpected favorite. I was a little worried I wouldn't like it, but it was amazing. They poured a mushroom sauce on top and the tuna was again so fresh and in the bread/puff pastry with the mushrooms and celeriac purée was delightful. I can't explain how good it was. Highly recommend. Baked ratatouille - this was really savory and the vegetables were all listed fíen beautifully on top of this medley of roasted tomatoes and bell peppers. Greek yogurt soft serve - light and refreshing. It came with sour cherries and little baklava donuts. I didn't love the actual donuts, but the glaze on top of them was really good. The decor was really lovely, with blue-green walls and gold and bronze hardware, it's warm and inviting. With the mirrored port holes making you feel like you're on a ship. You can also see the Lake of Dreams depending on where you're seated. I cannot wait to return. Our experience at Pisces saved our Las Vegas trip. We were here for a short weekend trip and had underwhelming and unfriendly service just about everywhere we went, and then came time for dinner resos at Pisces. The ambiance was so beautiful here. The food was amazing. But what stood out most was how friendly and above and beyond the service was. We arrived 30 mins prior to our reservation time and figured we'd give it a shot, and the hostess was accommodating to our early arrival and sat us out on the patio like we'd requested. She was very kind and gave us a great first impression. Our server, Fabio, and his server assistant, Alex were incredible. We had so much fun chatting with them and they gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. We never went without water, bread, fresh cocktails and the wait for our food was quick. The crispy shrimp app, filet, mashed potatoes and ratatouille were all fantastic. The ratatouille with chimichurri was the star of the show. Management was sooooo kind to offer us complimentary dessert. We got olive oil cake which was delicious. They also gave us a couple of shooters towards the end which were yummy as well. Of all the restaurants I've dined at in Vegas, including any fine dining, Pisces was truly the best. I will return again and again and if they are any representation for the treatment you receive at the Wynn as a guest, I'm excited to chose them for future stays! My partner and I recently visited Pisces Bar & Seafare, and overall our experience was mixed. First, the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere feels very "Atlantis on a boat" elegant, immersive, and visually stunning. It's definitely a place you go for the ambiance and creative menu. The drinks were great. We ordered the Raised by Wolves, Sirena, Sun Sign, and Constitutional Wisdom. Our favorite by far was the Sirena. It was incredibly well balanced and easily the standout of the night. For dessert we ordered If Wishes Were Fishes and Coral by the Sea, and both were phenomenal, easily one of the best parts of the experience. Unfortunately, the service from our bartender, Randy W., really affected our visit. From the beginning he seemed uninterested in serving us. My partner and I are a younger couple, and it honestly felt like he assumed we didn't have money or just didn't want to bother with us. Meanwhile, he was extremely attentive and friendly to the guests around us. What was frustrating is that we clearly told him multiple times to keep our tab open, yet he kept bringing us the check after every order. Over the course of the night we ordered five drinks each (around $23-$26 each) and three desserts ($18-$25 each), so it was obvious we planned to continue ordering. There was also a moment that felt careless. When I asked for the menu back, he pushed it toward me and it almost knocked into my drink and nearly spilled onto my phone and digital camera. I had to stop it from falling myself, and he didn't apologize or acknowledge it. It's disappointing because the restaurant, drinks, and desserts were truly great. With better service, the experience would have been amazing. We will be back to try more because the drinks and desserts were excellent. However, I would prefer not to be served by Randy again. Ate here on a Saturday night with the wife. 6:30 reservations. Really impressed that even though they had only been open for a couple of weeks we had an excellent experience. Very beautiful interior to the restaurant and a big difference from the former occupant (Lakeside). Checked in with the host stand right on time and we were brought to our table in less than a minute. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming from the host/hostess all the way to the food runners and bussers. Our server Matthew made us feel right at home and had great menu suggestions for us. They have some great value Greek wines by the glass available on the wine list - I tried a nice crisp white which was poured table side (and it was a very healthy pour!) which matched the seafood flavors perfectly. We started with the crab cigars and the burrata and tomato salad. The cigars are basically a very fresh and light crab wonton; there are huge chunks of fresh crab inside. I have to admit that they were missing just a touch of seasoning as I was expecting more of a crab cake flavor than just straight crab. The burrata was well prepared and a nice contrast to the fried crab rolls. For entrees I ordered the halibut and the wife (who is unfortunately not a seafood fan) ordered the chicken. The halibut is poached in olive oil and I have to say this was some of the most unctuous and delicate fish I've ever eaten. It's sitting in a wonderful red pepper sauce which was so good I could've drank a glass of it by itself. Usually when we're at a fish place or a steakhouse they have one chicken dish and it's almost always some generic half-chicken in a boring sauce. Not the case at Pisces. This dish was listed on the menu as a Shwarma and it was so creative and tasty I was almost jealous but for my halibut being so good! It's accompanied by a tahini sauce, pickled vegetables and a lovely homemade pita bread. The chicken is pounded thin but wasn't dry at all and was spiced just like a great Mediterranean shwarma. I would highly recommend both entrees. We ordered three sides - Brussels sprouts, Greek fries and rice pilaf. All were excellent with the fries being the real star. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked to just a crisp. There was a homemade mayo sauce for dipping which we loved. We ordered two desserts - the Dubai chocolate Rocher and the olive oil cake. Both were fantastic and a perfect ending to the meal and highly recommended. I especially loved the cake as it had a lovely lemon icing sauce. We're definitely keeping this place in mind for future special meals when we have company in town. Dinner for two was $349 which included two glasses of wine and one soft drink. My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of being the very first customers on opening day at Pisces at the Wynn -- we were literally the first to walk in! The manager personally welcomed us and, to our surprise, comped all of our drinks to celebrate the occasion. Talk about hospitality! The food was phenomenal. The standout for us was definitely the crab cigars -- they were out of this world and truly blew us away. The house bread with their two sauce options was so good we almost filled up on that alone. Every bite of seafood we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Shoutout to our bartender Arturo, who was not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He really added to the overall vibe of our night. The ambience is amazing -- modern, elegant, and still so comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed just sitting there, talking, and soaking it all in. One small note: the steamed lobster is served cold, which surprised us since we expected it hot -- but once we adjusted our expectations, everything else was so outstanding that it didn't take away from the experience at all. Exceptional visit here the drinks are really special and the food was fabulous. Gorgeous setting of course and very accommodating service which for me is so important when you're going to a fine dining restaurant. The only thing I would say is that bartender was very underwhelming sort of edgy grumpy cautionary you just usually expect a bartender at a restaurant like that to be a little more friendly So basically don't sit at the bar! Beautiful venue that sits on the wynn lake with entertaining presentations every half hour but it's the food that makes this place special! Hot and cold running water.... This restaurants decor and ambience are beautiful with cool copper accents all around. The one wall is all glass and looks upon the lake of dreams. The menu itself I don't think knows what it wants to be. I really had to dig deep to find a dish that made me feel, oh I have to try that. They bring bread to your table which is good for two that are watching their carb count but for four of us it was a bite size each. We asked for more then he brought four of these rolls that were just overkill. Service was descent at first but as the night went on and more people arrived the level of service dropped so much that after dessert we were offered digestives and we sat around for a half hour and they never came so we just flagged someone down for the check and left. As far as the food went the rolls were very good. I landed on the Prawns and crab alla vodka which was tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals. So I can honestly say if our time with quality service had not diminished to the point of being the fore mentioned forgotten about this review would receive 5 stars but 4 is high as I can go. read more

Beautiful new restaurant located at the Wynn. Small food menu, large cocktail menu. I really enjoyed the sun sign cocktail and extra cute fish glass. The east and west coast oysters were succulent and fresh. The crab cigars were just at the edge of being over salted, but were tasty. Wow, the Pisces is a new restaurant that opened up at the Wynn around end of May 2025. The food was amazing. Although we found out that our $55 salmon was farmed after we ate it. We did not expect that from a high class restaurant but anyway it did taste good. My lobster tasted great and we had the crab cigars, which were absolutely amazing The service here is beyond elegant. The ambience is dark and cool and one of the most beautiful places I think I've ever seen. read more

I don't understand how Pisces has so many 5 star reviews. Im a foodie that has dined at hole in the walls to 3 Michelin rated restaurants all over the world, and Pisces has been the worst restaurant ive ever been to. All the food ordered was soooo bland. I got the ceviche, octopus, oysters, & spicy lobster pasta. The ceviche doesn't have the fish bone decoration anymore and it was a creamy warm disaster. Oysters were plump but the condiments had no flavor....i don't even understand how that can be. Lobster pasta was again so bland and had no flavor or any sort of spice. The only good thing was the octopus because it was cooked perfectly but the sauce wasn't good and again bland. Drinks were also super surgery and don't come in the pufferfish cups anymore. Service is also so bad. Tried to order my desert ahead of time because I had plans afterwards and wanted to save time. My waitress rudely told me "she's not taking desert orders now" and after I was done ordering she asked if we wanted to order an expensive fish or meat entree. I declined because we had just spent an entire weekend partying and it was just the two of us so we couldn't finish an entire protein entree. We got sat at a super small table and we couldn't even fit our 3 starters on the table. We were constantly having to rearrange everything and all of our plates were toppled on top of each other. Throughout the dinner the same waitress kept on staring at me and would break her neck to look at me everytime she passed me. I was celebrating my anniversary and it was my last dinner during 4th of July weekend. I wanted to go all out but after her rude response and stares I didn't want desert anymore and wanted to leave ASAP. The bread there is also amazing...for dinner we split the wagyu which was good, but not the same as japanese wagyu which melts in your mouth more...and the side of the king crab orzo which was tasty. Stripping everything else away and focusing purely on the food, it was squarely mediocre. Nothing we ordered would draw me back or leave me craving more. I don't need seconds; I'm good. What we had: * Beef Carpaccio: Overpowered by the sauce, which drowned out the delicate beef flavor. * Hamachi Serrano: Fish was cut too thick, and the sauce didn't complement it. * Olive-Oil Poached Sea Bass: Tiny portion, and the red sauce was bland. * Beef Cheek Agnolotti: Heavy and dense; the pasta was thick, and the filling indistinct. * If Wishes Were Fishes (dessert): Fine, but not worth the calories. None of it was bad per se--but none of it was memorable or especially delicious either. The space is stunning! Dark, moody, and sexy and the patio overlooking the Lake of Dreams takes it to another level with mini shows happening throughout the night. We were even seated early and got the perfect table right by the water, front row to everything. The service was incredible, and every dish delivered. The hamachi serrano, burrata, and crispy shrimp were all amazing starters. The spicy lobster spaghetti and bluefin tuna Wellington were standout dishes, and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. Don't skip the Greek taverna fries. Overall, Pisces nails ambiance, service, and food definitely a must for a full Vegas night out. read more

Cool restaurant at the Wynn! Went for dinner last night with a group of four, dining chairs were super comfortable and the lighting was on point. Ordered the Caesar salad, filet and heritage steaks filet and ribeye, both cooked perfectly. Also added a steak sauce brought on the side which was ok. Our friend does have celiac so the dining team made sure to provide gluten free bread as well as a gluten free bday cake. Vodka martinis were made perfectly and loved the blue cheese olives with the martinis. read more

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and while the night started off a little frustrating (they didn't want to give us the table we requested even though it was available), I really appreciate that after going through a few people, the manager stepped in and made it right. Once our table was switched, the whole experience completely transformed. The food was absolutely phenomenal -- from the fresh seafood tower to the beautifully plated entrées and desserts, everything was cooked and presented perfectly. The flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable. On top of that, the view truly elevated the experience, making it even more special for a birthday celebration. I'm grateful they accommodated us in the end because it turned a rocky start into an amazing evening. If it were just a casual dinner, I wouldn't have minded where we sat, but since we were celebrating, the view made all the difference. I really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant -- the design, the fountain show, and the service were all excellent. The cocktail menu is beautifully presented and very appealing. However, the cuisine felt a bit mixed and not entirely cohesive for my taste, and some of my expectations didn't match the reality. For example, I ordered a cocktail described on the menu as a sangria. I specifically asked the server to confirm whether it was actually a sangria, and he replied, "Yes, blue -- Sangria " However, what I received was a mostly clear drink with a very pale blue tint, and it tasted nothing like sangria at all. It would have been better if they had explained that this was not a classic sangria. After that, we ordered Veuve Clicquot Champagne by the glass, but it tasted more like still wine -- completely flat, with no bubbles. It felt like the bottle had been opened at least the day before, yet it was priced at $39 per glass, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the grilled octopus was absolutely delicious. We were also dining with a child and asked for a fruit plate for dessert. We were quite surprised when the server told us that there were no fruits available on the menu at all. Service was great but drinks did take a little to hit the table. Atmosphere was nice outside, didn't get to take a long look at the inside if I'm honest. For the price tag and considering it's on the Strip I always ask myself "will I remember any of these dishes a few months from now if someone asks for recs?" I think that's always a mark of a good meal when you can gush over a certain dish even if it's just one. Unfortunately this Pisces didn't enjoy my namesake dining experience to rave. The octopus was mush and is usually a sign of being overcooked. Insider friend said it's a dish that often gets sent back. The ceviche was unmemorable and the cigar crab rolls weren't impressive either. Ordered a few more apps to share and again, just don't think anything was outstanding or really worth coming back for. read more
