So, for those who are Vegas regulars and have been to restaurants at the Wynn before, you may or may not know that what was once "Lakeside", is now a more upscale restaurant called Pisces. Don't worry, it still has outdoor seating that faces the lake and there is still a lake show every 15 minutes but I'll get to that later. First let me say that I like this restaurant more than I liked Lakeside. It's a different cuisine, upscale Mediterranean/seafood that fits more with the upscale atmosphere of the hotel it resides in. The food is excellent and delicious. I do not think there was one dish I did not like. I can not say if the interior design was changed or not but looks nice regardless. Now to a few observations from my experience. First off, the waiter we had described half of the menu to be "shareable" dishes due to their size. Perhaps this would be true if you tend to eat on the smaller side but my family and I found the dishes from that side of the menu were not really shareable. Each dish could've been for just one person each. He also mentioned that the size of the shrimp, in one of the shrimp dishes, were small so we ended up ordering two of them. Turns out the shrimp were quite large and that was not needed. Finally, for those who are Caviar fans such as myself, the 3 options for Caviar are a bit confusing. The first type of Caviar listed is the true "classic" version where it comes served with Bellinis and accompaniments like chopped onions, egg, creme fresh, etc. and comes in 3 price ranges. The other two "Caviar" options that are listed below that are not the classic version I described but appetizer creations that have Caviar on them. Now, for the lakeside show. Yes, it is still there but has been changed from what you may remember. Most of the "shows" now consist of a music video that is displayed on a HUGE movie screen with music that is so loud you can't hear anyone at your table. It's quite obnoxious to be quite honest and none of those "videos" are really worth watching so they end up being a huge distraction and annoyance (at least for me) during dinner. The giant singing Frog is still there but I almost missed it as it came on as we were leaving. So, yes this is a restaurant I would recommend but you're better off sitting inside. My partner and I recently visited Pisces Bar & Seafare, and overall our experience was mixed. First, the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere feels very "Atlantis on a boat" elegant, immersive, and visually stunning. It's definitely a place you go for the ambiance and creative menu. The drinks were great. We ordered the Raised by Wolves, Sirena, Sun Sign, and Constitutional Wisdom. Our favorite by far was the Sirena. It was incredibly well balanced and easily the standout of the night. For dessert we ordered If Wishes Were Fishes and Coral by the Sea, and both were phenomenal, easily one of the best parts of the experience. Unfortunately, the service from our bartender, Randy W., really affected our visit. From the beginning he seemed uninterested in serving us. My partner and I are a younger couple, and it honestly felt like he assumed we didn't have money or just didn't want to bother with us. Meanwhile, he was extremely attentive and friendly to the guests around us. What was frustrating is that we clearly told him multiple times to keep our tab open, yet he kept bringing us the check after every order. Over the course of the night we ordered five drinks each (around $23-$26 each) and three desserts ($18-$25 each), so it was obvious we planned to continue ordering. There was also a moment that felt careless. When I asked for the menu back, he pushed it toward me and it almost knocked into my drink and nearly spilled onto my phone and digital camera. I had to stop it from falling myself, and he didn't apologize or acknowledge it. It's disappointing because the restaurant, drinks, and desserts were truly great. With better service, the experience would have been amazing. We will be back to try more because the drinks and desserts were excellent. However, I would prefer not to be served by Randy again. Hot and cold running water.... This restaurants decor and ambience are beautiful with cool copper accents all around. The one wall is all glass and looks upon the lake of dreams. The menu itself I don't think knows what it wants to be. I really had to dig deep to find a dish that made me feel, oh I have to try that. They bring bread to your table which is good for two that are watching their carb count but for four of us it was a bite size each. We asked for more then he brought four of these rolls that were just overkill. Service was descent at first but as the night went on and more people arrived the level of service dropped so much that after dessert we were offered digestives and we sat around for a half hour and they never came so we just flagged someone down for the check and left. As far as the food went the rolls were very good. I landed on the Prawns and crab alla vodka which was tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals. So I can honestly say if our time with quality service had not diminished to the point of being the fore mentioned forgotten about this review would receive 5 stars but 4 is high as I can go. read more

The space is stunning! Dark, moody, and sexy and the patio overlooking the Lake of Dreams takes it to another level with mini shows happening throughout the night. We were even seated early and got the perfect table right by the water, front row to everything. The service was incredible, and every dish delivered. Ate here on a Saturday night with the wife. 6:30 reservations. Really impressed that even though they had only been open for a couple of weeks we had an excellent experience. Very beautiful interior to the restaurant and a big difference from the former occupant (Lakeside). Checked in with the host stand right on time and we were brought to our table in less than a minute. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming from the host/hostess all the way to the food runners and bussers. Our server Matthew made us feel right at home and had great menu suggestions for us. They have some great value Greek wines by the glass available on the wine list - I tried a nice crisp white which was poured table side (and it was a very healthy pour!) which matched the seafood flavors perfectly. We started with the crab cigars and the burrata and tomato salad. The cigars are basically a very fresh and light crab wonton; there are huge chunks of fresh crab inside. I have to admit that they were missing just a touch of seasoning as I was expecting more of a crab cake flavor than just straight crab. The burrata was well prepared and a nice contrast to the fried crab rolls. For entrees I ordered the halibut and the wife (who is unfortunately not a seafood fan) ordered the chicken. The halibut is poached in olive oil and I have to say this was some of the most unctuous and delicate fish I've ever eaten. It's sitting in a wonderful red pepper sauce which was so good I could've drank a glass of it by itself. Usually when we're at a fish place or a steakhouse they have one chicken dish and it's almost always some generic half-chicken in a boring sauce. Not the case at Pisces. This dish was listed on the menu as a Shwarma and it was so creative and tasty I was almost jealous but for my halibut being so good! It's accompanied by a tahini sauce, pickled vegetables and a lovely homemade pita bread. The chicken is pounded thin but wasn't dry at all and was spiced just like a great Mediterranean shwarma. I would highly recommend both entrees. We ordered three sides - Brussels sprouts, Greek fries and rice pilaf. All were excellent with the fries being the real star. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked to just a crisp. There was a homemade mayo sauce for dipping which we loved. We ordered two desserts - the Dubai chocolate Rocher and the olive oil cake. Both were fantastic and a perfect ending to the meal and highly recommended. I especially loved the cake as it had a lovely lemon icing sauce. We're definitely keeping this place in mind for future special meals when we have company in town. Dinner for two was $349 which included two glasses of wine and one soft drink. Definitely not an inexpensive place but certainly worth it for the food quality and service. We brought lots of food home for delicious leftovers. read more

My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of being the very first customers on opening day at Pisces at the Wynn -- we were literally the first to walk in! The manager personally welcomed us and, to our surprise, comped all of our drinks to celebrate the occasion. Talk about hospitality! The food was phenomenal. The standout for us was definitely the crab cigars -- they were out of this world and truly blew us away. The house bread with their two sauce options was so good we almost filled up on that alone. Every bite of seafood we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Shoutout to our bartender Arturo, who was not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He really added to the overall vibe of our night. The ambience is amazing -- modern, elegant, and still so comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed just sitting there, talking, and soaking it all in. One small note: the steamed lobster is served cold, which surprised us since we expected it hot -- but once we adjusted our expectations, everything else was so outstanding that it didn't take away from the experience at all. When we arrived, our friend was already seated, but instead of walking us to the table, the host just pointed in the general direction and we had to find it ourselves. The decor is beautiful -- hence the one star -- but the door to the patio kept opening and closing, making the dining area uncomfortably cold. When we asked our server for recommendations, he simply said, "Depends on what you're in the mood for," instead of highlighting any signature dishes. I really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant -- the design, the fountain show, and the service were all excellent. The cocktail menu is beautifully presented and very appealing. However, the cuisine felt a bit mixed and not entirely cohesive for my taste, and some of my expectations didn't match the reality. For example, I ordered a cocktail described on the menu as a sangria. I specifically asked the server to confirm whether it was actually a sangria, and he replied, "Yes, blue -- Sangria " However, what I received was a mostly clear drink with a very pale blue tint, and it tasted nothing like sangria at all. It would have been better if they had explained that this was not a classic sangria. After that, we ordered Veuve Clicquot Champagne by the glass, but it tasted more like still wine -- completely flat, with no bubbles. It felt like the bottle had been opened at least the day before, yet it was priced at $39 per glass, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the grilled octopus was absolutely delicious. We were also dining with a child and asked for a fruit plate for dessert. We were quite surprised when the server told us that there were no fruits available on the menu at all. Wow, the Pisces is a new restaurant that opened up at the Wynn around end of May 2025. The food was amazing. Although we found out that our $55 salmon was farmed after we ate it. What we had: * Beef Carpaccio: Overpowered by the sauce, which drowned out the delicate beef flavor. * Hamachi Serrano: Fish was cut too thick, and the sauce didn't complement it. * Olive-Oil Poached Sea Bass: Tiny portion, and the red sauce was bland. * Beef Cheek Agnolotti: Heavy and dense; the pasta was thick, and the filling indistinct. * If Wishes Were Fishes (dessert): Fine, but not worth the calories. None of it was bad per se--but none of it was memorable or especially delicious either. The food was absolutely phenomenal -- from the fresh seafood tower to the beautifully plated entrées and desserts, everything was cooked and presented perfectly. The flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable. On top of that, the view truly elevated the experience, making it even more special for a birthday celebration. I'm grateful they accommodated us in the end because it turned a rocky start into an amazing evening. If it were just a casual dinner, I wouldn't have minded where we sat, but since we were celebrating, the view made all the difference. Finally, a seafood eatery that doesn't just charge big $$$$ for raw seafood that no chef ever touched. To start the seafood platters. The "Voyage", features oysters on the half shell with fresh grated horseradish but then kicks things up with barely steamed mussels and clams in a green curry aioli spiked with bright citrusy lime, a super jumbo king crab leg cut into bite sized pieces and soaked in butter and citrus, lobster chunks in an olive oil lemon dressing, tomato butter, spicy crab salad, and a spicy tuna tartare w/ crackers. Like a selection of stand alone starters on one platter. Excellent. Moving on, per the servers suggestion, the Mediterranean bass crevice is outstanding. The spicy jalapeño makes the entire dish sing amidst the roasted pepper dressing. Do get the crab cigars. Essentially a crab spring roll with a zesty piquant piquillo pepper remoulde. The pairing is incredible. Super garlicky that makes the sweetness of the crab spring forward. The pan roasted blue fin tuna, a seafood take on a deconstructed Wellington. Tale a spice coated seared chunk of high grade tuna, add a duxelles of porcini mushrooms, a mushroom jus and a puff pastry lattice. Heaven. Service is enthusiast but needs work. It will improve with time. Solid wine list. Typical Vegas resort markup. The next generation of seafood eatery where cooking and seasoning trumps seafood you can prepare at home. The complementary bread and butter is to die for. The bread is so fluffy I couldn't resist we ordered another order of it. For our main course we got the halibut Milanese and the 14oz rib eye with potato kibbeh as the side. Both were fantastic. The halibut was crispy and the sauce that came with it was so tasty. The steak was also great it melted in your mouth. The potato kibbeh was such a unique interesting dish I loved it. I would for sure come to Pisces again and try some other dishes because they had so many options. Lastly we sat inside but the outside looked so nice. First time trying Pisces after they reimagined lakeside. Really liked the fish tile mosaics on the floor, truly gorgeous flooring. Anyways, tried several things on the menu that really spoke to us: the octopus, the aged chutoro, truffle tagliatelle, tuna Wellington, and the Dubai chocolate rocher. Standouts for me and my wife were the aged chutoro, truffle tagliatelle, and surprisingly...the baked sourdough bread. I am not a bread guy by any means, but the eggplant and red pepper topping for the baked sourdough (which by the way bit like a croissant somehow....amazing) really surprised me, ended up eating the whole thing. The waiter noticed the bread was destroyed and instantly asked if we wanted another, really attentive tbh. It's been a while since we've had both great food and service! This was a beautiful restaurant and we opted to sit on the patio which was fantastic. Started with the ceviche, and the hamachi. Moved into the octopus and crab cigars. Finished with the Dover sole, fava beans, Brussels, and house friench fry. Lastly the basque cheese cake. Everything was beautiful with clean plates and presented beautifully. We brought a bottle of wine and their wonderful Somm played with some whites with us to start. The fact that they are just getting started makes. Their room to come back. The only thing I would suggest is to change the platting with the crab cigars. Very pleased to see how Pisces has done well at providing just as unique of a food experience as its predecessor Picasso. Went here for the first time this past Thanksgiving weekend with family and had a spectacular time. The decor in the restaurant does a beautiful job at integrating modern decor with classic Vegas elements from the playful walls to the elegant table settings. Staff was attentive and prompt, making sure we were always taken care of and very friendly. They were great about coursing our food and were knowledgeable about menu items, which seems to be a luxury in restaurants now. The food was beyond expectations. Great elevated classic dishes and beautiful presentation. I got the lobster pasta and loved that it came with an actual lobster body not just pieces. The desserts are also a show! Recommend getting the chocolate fishbone cake if you're looking for something to share on the socials, or the chocolate balloon if you like to play with your food. Only note is that the bottle prices were very heavy in comparison to what they were, glad we were able to bring our own! Wow, I am so impressed with Pisces though I should have expected nothing less from a Wynn establishment. Every detail from start to finish was impeccable. Starting from the decor and ambiance, the entire space is shiny and glitzy while keeping to a nautical theme. It's absolutely stunning. My boyfriend and I walked in at 7pm on a Wednesday and were seated as walk-ins, perhaps it was less busy since the restaurant just opened a week ago. We got a fabulous table with an unobstructed view of the lake of dreams waterfall thanks to the tiered floorplan. Service was attentive and professional as well. Additionally, a manager (I assume?) came by frequently to take orders and check in. He explained the menu to great detail, asked for our opinion on the food, presentation, everything, and took a hands-on approach which I find to be great leadership. Our server was just as fantastic and gave excellent drink recommendations taking into account what dishes we had waiting ahead. I never once felt like I had to wait or look for someone to get what I needed, someone was always available at the right time. Now onto the food, everything on the menu looked and sounded fabulous so it was hard to decide, especially for a table of two. This place would definitely be great for groups given the seafood towers and large format dishes available. Free bread 5/5 - it's like a pull-apart kouign amann or croissant. Buttery and flaky paired with two delicious sauces - a chili butter (not spicy) type dip and an eggplant dip like baba ganoush Oysters 5/5 - pricy but very fresh and beautifully presented on a bed of pebbles with liquid nitrogen. Best of all, it comes with a quad of amazing toppings. A light citrusy zesty cocktail sauce, a delicious hot sauce that is actually HOT, a light mignonette, and fluffy horseradish. Even the lemon was sliced the best way, a sliver off the side so it's easy to squeeze and has no pith or seeds present. Octopus 4/5 - tender with a nice char and paired nicely with the sauce. While this was good, it felt like something I could find at plenty of other restaurants Sea bream 5/5 - this turned out to be a much larger portion than we expected, which makes sense for the price. As with everything else, beautifully presented and served with a citrusy olive oil sauce. The fish comes whole but splayed and completely deboned. The meat was tender and delicious, the skin slightly crispy, the perfect light fish dish. Ribeye 5/5 - we knew this would be good from the description the manager gave. It came cooked on the rarer side of medium rare (what we requested) but we did not mind at all because it was perfect. So tender and flavorful. It comes with a luscious truffle butter and a head of black garlic. Just packed with umami and rich flavor. If you're going surf and turf, this rivals any steakhouse. Steamed lobster 5/5 - It comes presented nicely in the shell but already removed and portioned for you. The meat was tender and sweet. It comes with the traditional butter, but also a sweet yellow curry sauce that was absolutely fantastic and paired beautifully with the lobster. Frozen greek yogurt - the PERFECT ending to the meal and one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I am SO glad we got this, it's a MUST. The greek yogurt soft serve is so creamy and thick with a fresh tartness. It pairs well with the sour cherry compote and the side of baklava donuts. These were more like pecan pie or sticky buns than baklava, but they're warm and gooey and sticky and salty. The overall combo was everything. Since it was my birthday, I got a cute little slice of chocolate cake as well which was also delicious, but the greek yogurt just stole the show. I only wish we had the appetite to order more dishes. Everything is pricey, but so worth it. And it's to be expected for Vegas, especually a seafood restaurant in the Wynn. Now onto DRINKS which were also FANTASTIC! Sun Sign - My bf ordered this and seemed to really enjoy it. He's a big fan of tequila and margaritas and this seemed to be quite good Sirena 100/5 - SO GOOD. Absolutely tastes like no alcohol at all without being sugary or cloyingly sweet, which is right up my alley. I love a clarified drink and this one is made with greek yogurt! It's so refreshing, I almost ordered two except I wanted to try more drinks on the menu Aquarius 5/5 - So light refreshing and delicious, like juice or fruit punch! And the drink is so beautifully presented like a fresh swimming pool. It's a pretty blue color with colorful pops of starfruit and melon in there. Another great drink for the girlies who want to get their alcohol without tasting it lol. Valencia G&T 4/5 - Another great drink, though less unique. Just a solid G&T. Overall, I left this meal so pleased that I gave Pisces a try. I was skeptical with it being so new, but I really think it will be a big hit! read more

This is what fine dining in Vegas should be like: attentive but not cloying service, the wait staff having the finesse to know when to bring things and take things away, and delicious, creative food. The prices are high, like most fine dining places, but I felt like I got the experience that I paid for, and I left feeling happy and satisfied. We started at the bar with a drink and an app: the martinis were awesome and the grilled octopus was amazing. The star of our dinner was the salt-baked loup de mer -- craveable, unique, and worth the wait and the price of admission. That's not something you see everyday, so it's only fitting to have it in a city that's unlike anything else in the world. We had a great table, saw the usual Lake of Dreams show, and felt taken care of. Pisces checked all the boxes. read more

The cocktails were terrible and way too sugary. This is definitely a place to buy wine. The food was just ok. The oysters were served on a neat tray but it wasn't very functional- there were chunks of ice inside of all of the shells so we had to use a fork to eat the oysters, and again we have had much tastier oysters. The tuna Wellington just wasn't very good. We have just had much better seafood experiences overall at other places. We also stepped away to take a picture of the beautiful scenery and our table was halfway bussed, Amazing vibe and surrounding though. read more
