Pisco y Nazca is located in a great spot. From the second you walk in, you are greeted with low-light and a laid back ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Servers are very kind and attentive. The food, however, does not live up to the hype. It's a great place to eat, but the price to portion size is not great. I had the lomo saltado which was underwhelming compared to other places. Their drinks were decent. I had the Moscow Mule which ended up being really sweet. Overall would recommend seeing as I probably just had one bad experience. Pisco Y Nazca is a little more upscale and trendy than the typical Peruvian restaurant. Overall, the service was attentive and the food was good. While at Pisco Y Nazca, I tried the Plancha Pulpo and the Passion Fruit Ceviche. While they were good, the portion sizes were a little small given the price. These were both appetizer portions, but priced at $15+. Entrees are priced at $15-40. Plan to spend at least $40 per person for your meal. This isn't completely unreasonable for a good meal, but given the abundance of high quality Peruvian food in the area, I'd consider other options unless it were a special occasion. One stand out for me were the drinks. We tried the Tranquilo Tropical, Nazca Mule, and Chilcano Costa Verde. All were very good, but the Chilcano stood out as having a slight bitterness while still being refreshing. They have Happy Hour from 4-7 every day, when drinks are half off. It'd be worth coming during that time to have a couple decent drinks at the bar with a ceviche or appetizer. read more

Witnessed the entire team working together first hand as we dined and had great table service. Our server Romina was engaging and helpful with recommendations. A GIANT cockroach crawled past my husband's foot. He had to kill it. Then we told them and they didn't bother to apologize and took forever to clean up the dead cockroach. So, we were a group of 6 and made reservations for a Sunday brunch. The food was very good (pictures include comments on food items) and the server was friendly and efficient. However, we had two issues: the first was that the brunch menu showed a price of $29pp and the server also said this was the price. However, we were charged $31 per person when the bill came and the "manager" didn't seem to be able to fix that. She said it was a recent change. The servers don't know about changes to the menu price? The restaurant changed the price but kept the same menu? She did deduct one of the desserts from the total bill but the whole exchange was uncomfortable. Then, they're using a new electronic way to pay the bill that was extremely "non" user friendly and cumbersome. It took us about 10 minutes to figure out how to split the bill 3 ways. Paying the bill shouldn't be left to the customer to figure out. The server should be in charge of doing that. It's too bad that these issues caused a lower rating because we really did enjoy our food (except for the lemonades which were way too sour!). Restaurant is nice, great vibe. read more

I've been here a couple times now, and have to say it's not a favorite. Every single time we go we all comment on the service, a lot of staff seem like they really don't want to be there, not very inviting at all. I was even told by a staff member that maybe I shouldn't bring a baby to a restaurant when she got a little fussy. And the food is meh, some dishes have been fine, others not. I always look forward to ceviche at Peruvian restaurants and theirs was soooo disappointing. I was going to give it 2 stars, but gave it 3 because the cocktails are usually pretty solid at least. I've been coming to this place for some time now. I've experienced brunch and dinner. The service have always been outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure you're pleased with your orders. They have a variety of dishes in the menu. I feel there's something for everybody. The cuisine is Peruvian, but more like a gourmet-sophisticated version of it. Needless to say the food is delicious. This is my third visit to this restaurant and every time I come I like it more. We had the creamy ceviche, the aji de gallina empanada and the seafood chaufa. Everything was amazing. I want to commend this place on their service and management. The manager Roberto is doing a great job on ensuring all customers temperature is taken, hands are sanitized and all employees are use of mask and gloves. Thumbs up to the staff here, they are doing an amazing job at keeping us all safe. We enjoyed coming so much yesterday that We came back the next day. We had the beef empanadas the creamy ceviche and the callejero. We topped it off with the arroz con leche cheesecake that was amazing. Melissa took care of us and she was extremely friendly, gave us great suggestions and gave us an A+ service. I highly recommend getting the Brunch Prix Fixe, a three course menu for $29 a person. So much food we enjoyed sharing the different plates around the table! Part of our third course we ordered Alfajor Pancakes (dulce de leche, sliced strawberries, whipped cream), we anticipated these would arrive after our second course right away. But our waiter was very considerate and waited until we boxed what we needed, and cleared the table. Despite part of our group having to leave and close out the bill, the Manager Jose made certain to check on us and on the pancakes we were so eager to try! They boxed our meals and refreshed our drinks, and all we can say is thank you!! Absolutely amazing experience at Pisco y Nazca for Miami Spice! First of all, their menu has so many great options, and their portions are sizable (which isn't always the case with Miami Spice). My mom and I shared the empanadas and ceviche as our apps, which were both incredible. For my entree, I went with the chaufa de mariscos and my mom opted for the salmon. Both great as well. Finally, we had the chocolate tres leches and suspiro for dessert. Their Miami Spice menu also includes a free drink, which is very generous as well. The service is very attentive (our server was incredible and several managers checked in on us as well), which we liked. I go for the suspiro dessert and ceviche. Great as always but this time I added the arroz con leche cheesecake. My wife thought it was kind of dried and different but I found it quite interesting. Not better than the suspiro but it's better than the name sounds. We all took the Miami Spice menu that included a drink, appetizer, entree and dessert for $45.00. The place is in a hang out area full of different restaurants, clubs and a nice lake with a fountain. Nice atmosphere to go out with family and friends. The restaurant is very nice looking inside and has a lot of illumination inside so you won't have an issue admiring your better half. They have an extensive menu to satisfy whatever you are in the mood for, from ceviches to burgers. I ordered the Lomo Saltado sandwich. It was so good! The meat was very tender, the bread was crisp on the outside yet chewy on the inside. Inside the sandwich there is a spicy sauce which was amazing. Ask for the sauce on the side if you're not a fan of spicy food! The french fries were also perfectly cooked and tasty. The reason I'm giving the restaurant 4/5 stars is because my glass of water was not clean. There were two times where my glass had dried up food on it. Been to the Doral location a while back and I did not enjoy it much. thought I'd give it another try, but it was highly disappointing. Service is good but slow. Food and drinks took longer than usual to come out. Maybe they are short staffed. The food and drinks were not good. We ordered three Drinks all of which were very sweet. The food also not tasty. Kids pasta was bland, greasy, Parmesan cheese not mixed in, just dropped on top. Kids hamburger was over cooked and dry. Kids Salteqdo was also lacking. It was rice, fries, and steak no sauce at all making the steak and rice very dry. Kids fried shrimp and fries were the best dish. Traditional ceviche was average. Appetizer Tostones were tasty and the portion was good. Appetizer avocado toast is simply a slice of bread with avocado and a tomato nothing tasty about it. The regular portion of the Salteado was enough for two but I found it salty. I can't say I will be going back. There are much better Peruvian places in Miami. This is not one of them. The potential is there but the dishes and drinks fall flat. The service however I cannot complain about. The staff was very nice and friendly. read more

Was informed by the waitress that the drinks were 50% off plus the upper portion of the appetizers were also 50% off. In reality, the drinks were not 50% off and the appetizers were full price. I order the Cerviche Aji Amarillo, at no point was I told that there was a surcharge for ordering Corvina (the menu doesn't say anything either). Like I said before, the food was great. We had our minds set on a different place, however, one night when we decided to have dinner at Pisco, God stepped in and had a different plan for us. When we saw family style options, we were skeptical and worried it would not be enough food. That was not the case at all! We had so much food we took home and we ate leftovers for days! Our waitress who helped us that evening was so attentive and just awesome! Unfortunately, I can't remember her name at this time. This place is a great location in what use to be called Town n Country. Everyone was so happy with the location, food and drinks! They even created customized menus with our names on it. We had the small room to ourselves for more privacy and of course due to COVID19 that was essential to us. We LOVE this place and so thankful for a seamless, wonderful experience planning our dinner. I went there with my husband during happy hour and stayed for dinner. The food and drinks are delicious but the service was really lacking. The bartenders are too busy talking to each other and the servers to ask what you want to order. Every time we wanted to order, we literally had to chase them down. This does not happen in Bulla which they also own. At one time there were 5 employees standing next to me by the bar, including some of the bartenders while we waited for someone to take our order. Really ridiculous. I love Peruvian food but there are some great restaurants in Kendall that you don't have to chase the server. read more
