Went for the brunch/ Miami spice menu. We had a table of 16 reserved. We had 1 waiter for this big table, would say he was extremely nice and helpful but management did a horrible job setting this up to accommodate our party. We arrived at 12:30 and got the bottomless mimosas. By 2:00 the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude claiming our 2 hours of drinking were up. We tried to explain that with 1 waiter for 16 people we were getting a drink every 20 minutes. What's the point of bottomless. Food was whatever had the three course meal. For appetizers we ordered the Tostones which were okay and the second course was the chicken and waffles that tasted bland and tiny pieces of chicken. The vibe inside the restaurant is very fitting for brunch and the white sangria and peach mimosa were not bad at all. Overall we would of had a better experience if the manager wasn't so rude. Won't be returning again especially not with a big party. read more

I ordered tostone with pulled pork also was delicious and I had panko fried shrimp with mashed potatoes witch was very good. Food was terrible, service horrible.. entrees cold. Manager threw plate back on table knowing that it was dead cold. Entrees we're placed in table while dirty appetizers plates were still not bussed. They knew as employees especially the manager that everything we sub par. Horrible . Didn't a ask if jlhe could do anything to rectify. Use to be a decent place. Delicious Peruvian food in the heart of Doral! Pisco Y Nazca is located in City Place Doral but there is another location in Kendall. I've been to both and I have no complaints. The ambiance is cool, modern, artsy and it just gave me a sense of happiness because I knew it was about to go down! My friends and I were seated promptly as we got there around 11:30 am for an early lunch. By 12:30pm the restaurant was slammed. And I can see why...the food was freaking awesome and the portions are huge. For the price you can't beat it. The pulled pork tostones were delicious. My sea food rice was to die for. My friends also got the lomo saltado sandwich which looked amazing. For dessert we ordered the suspiro which is a dulce de leche custard, topped with merengue and a passion fruit glaze. You can't go wrong with that! Everyone left happy and in a food coma. Service was fast and efficient. My water glass was constantly filled and the server gave great recommendations. What a different and lovely night we had at pisco y Nazca. Came here for dinner with my bf, as we figured to give this place another shot. & let me tell you I was pLeased from beginning to start. We waited no more than 30 seconds to be seated ( yes, we had a reservation but you never know ). We got sat in cozy little corner that was half booth and half regular chairs. It was great. In addition our server Danny Ponce was spectacular. He was the definition of a great server. He was attentive and made our experience worth while coming back. As well as the general manger who took the time to say hello and asked if we needed anything. Thank you Elvis! Love the awesome team work! But really let's talk about the yummy food we had as well. The teqenos are to die for. They are cooked perfectly, same for the pulpo (octopus), those were my favorite. However, we also ordered the causas, the tostones, yuca frita and the ceviche of el Tigre. All we were good. Especially if you like spice , I would recommend the el Tigre ceviche and the tostones. I used to visit here for lunch and dinner about 2-3 times a month. Until recently, service and food used to be good. We went for lunch on a Monday and the place was at about 25% capacity. To start, the drink order went in and they returned 10 minutes later with water. The alcoholic beverages were not even being prepared because we had a perfect shot to the bar and saw a manager like person just walk around not doing anything. Once I asked the waiter about our drinks he then went to the bar and had someone start working on them. The service was very slow and at one point I had to go over to the server, who was watching videos on his phone, to ask for our desert. Once I asked him about our desert, he immediately grabbed it and brought it to the table. The ceviche is tasty, but if you order the mixto you will be lucky if you get any shrimp, only one of us received shrimp in our ceviche and we ordered the exact same thing. Make sure you like salt because they like to use way too much is anything that is not Ceviche. Also, be prepared for auto gratuity because they know you will hate the service. Bottom line, if you like Ceviche and bad service, this is your place. read more

Pisco used to be one of our favorite restaurants in the Kendall area, so I decided to take my wife there for her birthday last night with a few friends. Sadly the quality of service has gone down immensely. Cocktails took from 25-40 minutes. My wifes order came out wrong so she didn't finish her plate and when we mentioned it nothing was done. We asked for water atleast 8 - 10 times and on top of that they charge you a $25 cake fee to then make you cut the cake at the table with a butter knife. After $640 you'd think the service and dining experience would be exceptional, but sadly I think because of the auto gratuity included they felt it wasn't necessary to insure proprietary service. read more

Salmon was so good. Full of flavor but not strong on the fishy flavor, and very soft. The quinoa was sweet which took away from the dry flavor quinoa usually has. Chicha Morada had a good amount of lime juice in it which I haven't tasted before but I highly enjoyed it. Only down side is that the amount of food is on the small side. I cannot give them anything different than a solid five stars. The place, the service, the food= all great. We decided to sit outside to enjoy the great weather and it was an excellent choice. We were helped by Yasmany (not sure about the spelling) And he was just what we needed. Someone who could help us make our choices since this was our first visit, someone who would not rush Us and someone overall very nice. Never understand when a server has a grumpy face. Onto the food. I cannot stress how delicious, super scrumptious everything we tried was. We started with the ceviche sampler. I think it is the best choice if you have not tried their ceviches before. The sampler comes with three different types:, the creamy, the original and the passion fruit. That's the order in which we tried it and I am yet to decide which one was my favorite. Every time we moved onto the next one I would think "this is my favorite". The traditional or original is a good example of your most common ceviche, the creamy one has a beautiful texture and as it's names describes it, creamy indeed and the passionfruit has just a hint of the passionfruit sweetness and tartness. I already decided that next time if we are two we will order two Of the sampler's. Then we ordered a Bistec a lo pobre" and a Pescado a lo macho. The steak was good, but the best was the Pescado a lo macho, capital letters for that one. It was something else. I was so so impressed with the sauce it comes with, what a strong yet pleasant seafood flavor. It was just out of this world. I will repeat that one the next time for sure. I just hope they do not replace it, since I noticed they often change their menu. As well, the portions are decent, you won't leave hungry. Lastly, although I'm not a dessert person, we decided to order a Suspiro to give it a try. Up until that moment I had never been able to take more than one spoonful of their classic dessert, since I have always found it to be too sweet. Their Suspiro is in another league. Do not get me wrong it is very sweet,that's their nature, but both its flavor and texture entice you to eat it all. Their custard is Made with dulce de Leche, it has meringue on top, sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon and topped with just a drizzle of passionfruit. I'm not a Peruvian food connoisseur, but is that common? I just remember trying to beat my husband and grabbing a spoon of the glass edge. So so enjoyable. This is, for us, A mandatory course here. And I forgot, I wasn't sure what drink to order, I ended up having a passion sour And even my husband, who doesn't drink, wanted a few sips. I don't like very sweet drinks and that is exactly how The server brought it to me, just sweet enough. Suffice to say, that if it were only up to me and my schedule was clear in the next coming days I will repeat the visit, no doubt about that. Still going strong! Had lunch here today and had Lisbeth as our server, she is absolutely amazing. Nice, engaging, knowledgeable about the menu and options. Love her! The food was amazing as usual, we had the ceviche sampler and lomo saltado, pero I have one complaint..... they need to serve bread so that we can soak up all of the yummy sauces. Maybe I can just drink them from the bowls? Would that be uncuth? Perhaps... but wow so good! Seriously though, no complaints. We will continue to return! I had a great time at Pisco y Nazca again celebrating a friend's birthday. Most of us took advantage of the three course meal menu which was amazing. We all got to try different things that I can't wait to go back and order again. Yummy! This place is delicious. Ceviche is fresh and flavorful. I recommend trying their happy hour. You do have to sit at the bar but well worth it. We ordered causa tartar, causa crocante and tostones. The first two dishes are served sort of chilled. It threw me off but the flavor was stellar. The tartar one was a little bland in flavor in my opinion. The tostones are a must! For my dinner I got the plancha pulpo. It's another appetizer but I wasn't starving at that point so it was a perfect portion. I cleaned that plate haha! My favorite dish for sure if you like grilled octopus. The first location I went to was in Kendall Town and Country Mall. I've been there a few times since. The lomo Saltado is meh. Overall, the food is very underwhelming and it is pricey. Not worth the money for the food, if you want to go for the experience it's not so bad, there aren't that many places in the area, so it's nice for a night out or a drink, just don't expect top food quality. The ambiance is nice, and the service is decent, nothing memorable. I did enjoy the service at the new Pisco Y Nazca at the Doral Downtown area ( only had drinks at the bar) much more. Would definitely give the Doral location another shot for there food to see if it's any better, but wouldn't return for food at the Kendall location. read more

And they open at 12 pm so we were seated right away . There were so many options to chose from . So for an appetizer I chose the Causa Crocante which is Pannonia shrimp on top of mashed potatoes . Then for my entree I had the pollo Saltado. Which was grilled chicken with rice and tomatoes and onions. It was full of flavor . I defiantly recommend to this restaurant during Miami Spice Week . I ordered lomo sa and it had 5 pieces of beef which just two were lomo the others I don't know what kind of meat it was, my husband ordered lomo saltado sándwich and same thing it came with nothing. The crowd is usually professionals from around the area that come after work or during lunch to grab a drink and enjoy good food. Their ceviche is very good and presentation is nice.
