This is my favorite location! I love the decor, the lighting, and the big windows to look out. Service has been fine every time I come in. It wasn't excellent service, but they definitely do what is right for the customer. Every time I order the Mediterranean chicken salad it's made to perfection. The combination of veggies and dressing is done exactly the same way every time. Consistency is key especially when I only get to eat here once a year. Great atmosphere and easy parking! Decor is fresh and modern and though I've eaten at numerous Pita Jungle locations this one is by far my favorite! Always love their hummus, I could eat their chicken and hummus as a meal! Instead of an appetizer. This meal we had the the spinach four cheese quesadilla with lavash bread and to me it was pretty dry probably will skip next time. My partner has the falafel pita with an extra side of tzatziki sauce and really enjoyed it. I had the chicken Philly pita, great seasoning on the chicken, fluffy pita, Swiss cheese, bell peppers and onions! The dolmas are okay, not the best but they were flavorful enough. The grape leaves were hard to chew. The gazpacho was tasty but it was overpriced for the amount. The chicken shawarma wrap was something I would order again. The onions and pickled whatever wasn't it for me but overall, a good wrap. Update: The owner clearly didn't read my review but posted a generic reply. As I mentioned I went in for pick up. I've tried calling over the phone when I ordered (this is the second time I've ordered from this pita jungle when I got a falafel bowl months ago) and they didn't have any resolution except to apologize. Delicious food made with fresh and healthy ingredients. My lentil fentoosh salad was very tasty and the portion quite generous. At this location, the space inside is huge and pleasant with exposed bricks, cool art on the walls, and plenty of room between the tables to be safe during Covid. I love their smoothies! They are thick, rich, and creamy. I've tried the "Passion Fruit Orange Guava Banana" and the "Peanut Butter Banana" and loved them both! I find myself returning just for them! I've tried the food but wasn't a fan, I find most of it bland. Same for their desserts. The "Gambas Can Ajo" for instance needed more garlic and the sauce was too thin. The "Rice Pudding" lacked cinnamon or really any flavor. The service can go either way, sometimes they are attentative, other times not so much. They do have a parking garage right next door which is excellent for being downtown. Overall, the smoothies are the winner here! read more

They do not always use the ingredients listed on the menu - my most recent visit we ordered the falafel and it was filled with cabbage(????) and was missing the rest of the ingredients. Super lacking on Tahini. The Coconut Curry soup is AMAZING and the reason that I keep coming back. Sometimes it is not consistent either - but still the flavor is always good on that. My spouse likes the greek salad but the portion is way too small for the price. There is much better mediterranean food out there, but dang that coconut curry! read more

I've been going to this location for over a decade, but in the past few weeks I began going every week with my kids. There's a reason we keep coming back - actually, many reasons. First off, the staff is phenomenal, Noelya in particular. Noelya is patient and friendly, and consistently accommodating with my kiddos. They are huge fans of them! Secondly, when we did have an issue with a meal, the management was quick to address and rectify it, which resulted in us happily returning week after week. Third, the food. Of course. Throw in a diverse kids menu and an awesome happy hour, and it's a trifecta of awesome. Been a fan of Pita Jungle for over eight years and the quality and quantity has stayed consistent! Love the laid back atmosphere, diverse menu, and tasty, delicious, and healthy items! I feel so good eating there and that is why I keep coming back. I got their gyro pita in a bowl that came with lamb with a mix of tomato, onions, tzatziki, rice, pickle, olivd oil, and slaw. I got some extra tzatziki to dip each bite in. Everything was so good. My taste buds were going crazy in a good way--super yummy. My stomach stopped me from eating more, but this will make an amazing breakfast or lunch tomorrow! Cannot wait to come back the next time I am in Phoenix. read more

New in town so had to try AZ Mediterranean food plus I love hummus! My friend suggested this place so we did a "Dine-In" This is still during COVID-19 time, we came in with our mask on and of course all of the workers are wearing their mask. Pretty cool idea and less cleaning or touching the menu, the waiter has us use our phone to scanned the code and the menu should pop up on our phone. Since it was just us two gals we decided to share two items. We order original and roasted red pepper hummus with wheat pitas. Our waiter was so sweet, he had our Chicken Curry Salad plate already split so we each had our own plate of salad. Everything was perfect, the flavor on the salad was not too spicy and perfect portion. Rice was on the bottom mixed top was cubed curry chicken walnut, carmelized onion, red onion, celery, shredded carrots and spinach. I gave a 4 stars only because I didn't order alot so I need to try other items on their menu. But our waiter was very attentive and great services. Awesome place. They are very accommodating to vegetarian taste. They will sub any protein with tofu of falafel if you want to. I had the vegetarian wrap and added falafel to it as well it was awesome. Highly recommend. Parking is a bit tough but I am new to here so maybe that is why. read more
