We had a delicious lunch. Food was fresh and hot. I loved the flavor of the food. However, the atmosphere was unfriendly and we had no interaction with our waitress. Our order was taken and we never seen her until we received our check. We got no beverage refills and no one came back to check on us. Impossibly, the food here is even better than the location near us. We had such a great experience as Adan as our server. He was so helpful and nice. This was a return visit to this location based on a previous positive experience. Upon we were warmly greeted. Casey was our server and was very friendly and efficient. This was my first visit to Pita Jungle and it won't be my last. First off, there was 13 of us in our group and Pita Jungle was very accommodating. We did call in advance to make sure they could. When we got there our table was ready and we were seated right away. I was very excited to see a glass of water already at each seat. Being over 100° outside, cold water was a pleasant sight. I ordered the Wood-Fire Chicken. The quantity of the plate was great. More food then I could eat and believe me it was sooooo good, I tried to eat it all. The chicken had so much flavor and was very tender. The garlic tomato sauce was a perfect topper and the potatoes was a good bottom. The only reason why I'm not giving this review a 5 star is because we ordered a round of alcoholic drinks and it took 15 mins for us to get them. I understand that it was 12 drinks but you could tell they were sitting for awhile cause mine was watered down by the time I got it. This was disappointing. Check out the pictures. Visited pita jungle for the first time on a Tuesday evening to grab dinner before the movie at the neighboring AMC. The ambience and the service was amazing! The fuzzy lemon cocktail (I ordered with no sugar) was just enough sweet. The taste was so good that my husband ordered the same as he disliked his original order (mango margarita). Ordered the food from the happy hour menu ($2) each. The babaganoush was nice and flavorful. The hummus trio (classic, cilantro & jalapeño and red pepper hummus) was delicious specially the cilantro & jalapeño flavored hummus was the highlight. The pita was warm & fresh. Let me start by saying I LOVE PITA JUNGLE. I always order the California beach lavash without pickles or olives. The last three times though have been a disappointment. We came yesterday and my sister and I ordered the usual our California beach lavash. It was missing the avocado and was dry. My sister also got an upset stomach we don't know why... we eat here often. Long story short the waitress gave us vouchers to come back, so we did today. Today my mom and I ordered the same lavash and this time it was dry (missing the mayo mix) again, missing avocados again, and was cold. The staff is super nice and offer to bring the ingredients but since it was already cold by the time they brought the mayo and avocado my lavash was super cold. Also it falls apart when you open it to place the items inside of it. The staff is always friendly but the kitchen staff is messing up! 2019 has not been off to a great start for them. My new favorite place. Kevin reached out to me and sent me a free entree card which he didn't have to do since I still had a good experience last time...but this time was even better! I ordered the Avocado Hummus Tostada bowl with tofu which was amazing...it had a little crunch and spice along with the tofu and avocado...my new favorite meal! I love Pita Jungle but I really prefer the Chandler location. It's just a personal preference ya know. Same menu, great servers, chill atmosphere. All the good stuff. I have popped in here twice for a to go order at the bar. Good dark beer options and quality service too. I recommend the Jalapeno and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus and the Chicken Shawarma. I started off with the caramelized cauliflower that kicked with power. For an entree I had the Lentil Fattoush Salad which was exploding with endless flavors. While the food was amazing, I cannot rave enough about the amazing service. The 5'9, amazingly handsome server I had was one of the kindest serves I've ever encountered. He was patient, kind and made me laugh. Sam was welcoming and made sure I was well taken care of during the duration of my time. He was very well versed on the menu and gave great recommendations.
