I haven't been to a pita pit in so long so I was excited to see that there was one in Bozeman. It's nothing special- just fast and simple gyros but it always hits the spot. They have a variety of options and something for everyone. I tried the falafel pita without feta and it was amazing. It was so full of fresh veggies which I loved although the falafel was a bit dry. The workers were so nice and friendly! It's conveniently located downtown making it a great place for a shopping break. read more

Your typical Pita Pit. I'm giving this one four stars because our order was rung up incorrectly, but one of the workers made it right very quickly. There was a constant string of people but the food still came out quickly. The food was fine, nothing to write home about, but totally edible. Ambiance was your typical quick food place. Not overly loud. Seating is a bit tight as this is a small store, so if you come with a large group, you might have trouble eating here. read more

It's Sweet Pea Festival weekend. Stopped in to grab a pita. Ordered the same sandwich I have always ordered a "Philly Cheesesteak," paid, left tip in the container and patiently awaited. Received the pita, seemed HEAVY but I was HUNGRY, so looked forward to my first bite. First bite, a TINY piece of beef, looked inside and only saw another tiny bit of "steak" (meat), figure the meat was probably in the middle or end. Saw no melted cheese (this is a "cheese steak" right?). Continued with eating and literally hardly any meat. One piece about 1 1/2" at end. WTF! No cheese...or nothing that appeared to be cheese. Sloppy with some weird sauce which tasted like watered down Thousand Island Dressing with some hot sauce mixed in. CHEESE STEAK? F NO! Look, you pay $12.00 to walk up, place your order, leave a tip, wait around (no conversation), avoid the dirty tables and leave, only to find out it's was made like a vegetable pita. I will make sure everyone I know, knows my experience and will never return. $12.00+ for pita $1.00 tip. $13.00 could buy a decent burger anywhere. Noted same manager or owner as last year (beard). He could care less that you're in the establishment. No "hello" (even if busy) when you walk in, silence until you order. When you say "Thank you!" after ordering and drop tip, nothing... After receiving my order from here, I went to open my soda and saw that it was almost 2 months expired. When I called about it, the man on the phone was shocked that the sodas even had expiration dates printed on them, let alone were able to expire at all. He then proceeded to ask me if the 2 month old soda "tasted funny". Afterwards he offered to send me new sodas, and while on the phone, going through the soda fridge, proceeded to tell me they didn't have a single Cherry coke that wasn't almost 2 months expired. Fresh and delicious! We came to Bozeman two days ago to see the town and stopped here for a quick lunch. We had the gyro and the falafel, which were both delicious! Our friend had the Thai chicken salad and really raved about it! Fast forward to today, when we arrived back in Bozeman to enjoy the town some more and check out a ghost tour before heading back to the airport in a couple of days. The ghost tour was good, but the hundred degree weather knocked us all out and our original dinner plans were changed to Uber Eats in the a/c of our hotel room. I used to work here, and the food overall is good. However, employees frequently vape in the fridge and spit their zyns on the floor. Some come to work high or drunk, and there are a LOT of verbal fights between them. Delivery SUCKS. ive doordashed from them a couole of times, and all of which i didnt receive my order. They fufill their own orders, and once i waited about 3 hours during a school day waiting to be notified of my food being delivered. when it was finally marked as delivered, it was nowhere to be seen. weather it was stolen or just not delivered, im not sure. read more

Pita Pit! Not bad. Not the best. Stopped for the night in Bozeman and needed some late night eats. Decided to hit up Yelp and discovered Pita Pit. We ordered online and decided to go pick up. Ordered a Chicken Caesar Pita, Philly Cheese Steak Pita, Chicken Souvlaki Pita, Baker's Dozen Cookies and a tea. Unfortunately, we didn't get the cookies nor the tea. The pitas were good. If you want more meat I suggest you get double meat. The meat portions are okay but could be better. The flavors were nice. Not a bad experience but definitely could have been better. Restaurant suggestion: make sure to double check the order before giving it to a customer to insure that what they ordered is being given to them. read more

Have gone here before and had a good experience. This time was awful. We ordered online - they aren't taking any orders over the phone. Got there - they were serving all walk in customers first. Took forever to get our online order. Actually had to ask if they were going to do our order. Then didn't bother to read the order - did not want peppers. They just threw the sandwiches together - completely soggy, so poorly wrapped that everything just spilled out the ends. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Actual real falafel in Montana! Took 15 years for me to find it without it coming from a pre made mix or making it from scratch. Everyone here was very friendly, the shop was very clean and relaxed. Tons of options for your pita and the price is reasonable for what you get. Very vegetarian friendly and while nothing was certified halal they both went out of their way to make sure the grill was clean and everything was pork free. Will be back! read more

Horrible customer service. The manager Chris was super rude to me on the phone. They messed up my order for the second time in 1 month. I did not complain the first time bcz mistake happens. Instead of fixing my order Chris offers me to refund me for $1.25 or to wait another 45min for someone bring me a side of hummus that I paid extra for and did not get it. When I asked if I was supposed to eat my pita cold after waiting he said that all he could do. I frequently go to pita pit or order from it. But not anymore. This is ridiculous. read more

For a low cost quick healthy meal, this is definitely 5-stars. I don't get the 3 star ratings. The staff was super friendly, the food was excellent, fresh, and so reasonably priced. From the black haired girl who couldn't figure out that two pitas and drinks didn't mean "combo" to the sloppy made pita that wasn't even unwrapped like ever other pita. Great, fresh food. I was impressed with how moist the pita was, and the ingredients. No canned or frozen ingredients. Just fresh. We appreciated that the nutrition and calorie info was posted. We tried the chicken bacon caesar pita and the gyro pita. The tzatiki sauce is perfect on both. I will definitely be going back. This is on the south side of Main Street, near the east corner. Stopped here for dinner today with my dad and sister. The service was quick and the pita pockets were yummy! All of the condiments/toppings/proteins were very fresh! Food = fantastic. Delivery = dreadful. I'll eat pitas till my dying day, but this place cannot manage delivery and you mightn't even bother. The chow, as I say, is excellent. But your delivery will, on average, be at least two hours late. This is no exaggeration. It's because they only have one delivery driver, no matter the day or hour. So, sure, if custom is slow, your peta may arrive five minutes after ordering. If it's primetime, as in, the times of day or night at which you're most likely to order--well, you might get your own franchise started before your supper shows up. I recommend in-person visits only. Or order your food a couple hours before you plan to be hungry, and make sure you've a working microwave near by! read more

I ordered the classic and I ordered a Gyro from this place and I must say the delivery was very quick and both of the pitas were excellent. The delivery guy apologized for taking so long but they were very quick only half an hour to get here from the time I ordered and he was very very polite. I've had gyros from people who have come from overseas and have been making them for years and there's are not nowhere near as good as these ones were. I believe that the price for these were very good as well. When I come back to Bozeman Montana I will order from them again. read more
