Katie has to be the worst manager ever! Her whole excuse "We are busy" is such an asinine line. We ordered and waited 25 minutes only after waiting forever we asked about our order and that was the line that she gave us that line. Thanks for the great visit. Great place when looking for a quick, healthy meal. Open late at night and orders can be placed online which makes things even easier. When looking for a fast, late night meal I would definitely recommend. Bozeman doesn't have many options open late at night so don't count this place out. They delivered within 20 minutes, and there variety of pitas can be customized to your tastebuds without any extra expense. read more

Complete failure, we went in before the rush of after sweet pea and we were the ONLY people in there, so we ordered and the rush soon came and the employees filled part of our order and moved on to other people and when we said something they got an attitude. Very disappointed, again. Second time I ordered a gyro with a side of BBQ chips and the sandwich showed up without chips. UPDATE: For christ's sake, I ordered a gyro and my first bite, I have a chicken sandwich with mustard. My receipt clearly states I should have received a gyro with BBQ chips instead I get a sandwich I didn't order. Stay away from this place, staff is apparently incompetent. How do I give 0 stars? UPDATE 2: Called the manager, he was awesome. Big shout out to Justin for getting the delivery kid squared away. Many kudos. UPDATE 3: Got my gyro, woo! Wait, where are my chips? Driver offered me a cash refund for the chips or a 30 minute wait, but I could tell I already ruined his day. Really nice guy, I felt bad for him, told him not to worry about it. I had always heard that Pita Pit was good. I finally stopped by today and WOW, it's really good. Easy to eat healthy, the service and attitude displayed are awesome. The BLT with cheese is really delish. I highly recommend this place as a reasonable for lunch. read more

It's really hard to find some place open to eat after 10pm in Bozeman. So we didn't have much option. But we LOVED the food!! Really tasty.

We had order two pitas, it told us the wait was going to be about 10-30 minutes. I called Pita Pit after about 45 minutes and the gentleman who answered the phone told me it would be there soon and hung up the phone. today was very disappointing, this has happened the last time we ordered as well, when the order was delivered it was over an 40 minutes late, the pitas were cold. The manager on your shift was disrespectful and rude when we called, I will never order pita pit ever again. We ordered thing on the pitas such as extra bacon and chicken, there was less meats then on them normally, it's like they dumped the whole bucket of romaine on it instead. Thus experience was definitely horrible and they will not see my business again or recommendations. read more

I go to Pita Pit all the time because usually it's reliable, fresh, and reasonably priced. I would love it more if the Bozeman franchisers expand another location, so I don't have to go to downtown every time. Actually, the real reason is most of the other restaurants closed before 10 pm. Although, one time I attempted go there late night around 10ish) and the workers pointed their fingers at me to turn away from the door. WTF would your sign say you're open (and the fact you're open till 3am) and tell me to you're not open? Was it because you were lazy and didn't want to serve food?Sometimes the staff aren't that great, it's like they just roll their eyes at the customers. I was just at the pita pit (5/6/18) at around 2:00am. Workers were dealing with a rather difficult customer in front of me, but continued to maintain a professional and positive environment. Absolutely wonderful. Fantastic idea and menu. Really hits the spot after a late night on the town. Open late and really fills you up. Customize your pita exactly how you want it. Chicken breast with lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch was perfect and if you want to try something new that should be it. read more

I'll never eat here again. Delivery took over an hour. When my food got here it was cold and soggy. They don't mix the pita wrap, they just slip everything together and it makes the bread SO soggy. I had one bite and trashed it. So disappointed! read more

Called just before closing time (12:46am). They stayed open for my family to get some food. We were driving cross country and couldn't find anything open so they were real lifesavers! Absolutely love this place. I have ordered both online and in store and every time, the have made my order to near perfection! I've actually had them show up 10 minutes after placing my order and the delivery drivers have an amazing attitude almost every time! I will never be ordering from here again. I ordered at 9:00pm and it said it would be here at 9:50. I waited for it, and it didn't come. I called at 10 and asked when it would be here, and I was told that it wasn't out for delivery yet and it would be another 30min. I ended up having to go and drive to get my Pita and it was soggy because it was sitting in the store for a while. I will never be taking out or eating here again. read more

Love the pitas here! The staff (mon-fri) is wonderful! Always quick and efficient. Ate here a couple of times on the weekends and it's not the same. Very slow and burnt food that sits on the grille too long. I'll only eat there during the week and during lunch! read more
