My friends recently hosted a private event at the patio and I was really glad that the dinner was hosted here as I don't really frequent pizza places. Otherwise I might not have set foot in this place for a long time, despite passing this place on the daily. It was a Thursday night and the place was moderately busy. It was clean and the staff were prompt with setting up the food for the event. I had Strawberry Lemonade, the Frozen Lemonade, Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings, and a MYRIAD of pizza. The pizzas were undoubtedly the best dishes that the restaurant served. Which is no surprise as it's called Pitfire Pizza and not Pitfire Chicken Wings or Pitfire Burgers. I don't know if I was just really thirsty since it was a hot day, but I was chugging the lemonade like there was no tomorrow. Either way, it was good enough for me to treat it like a bottomless beverage. For the pizza, I believe I had the BBQ Chicken and Field Mushroom. Pretty goated options, absolutely no wrong options here. The Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings had a really great dipping sauce to it, unfortunately I had to chew it for an unexpectedly long time to finally scarf it down. The consistency was like cardboard. It's also worth noting it took around 20 minutes for it to be served, and I had to follow up on it after 15 minutes of initally ordering it. So I'm definitely skipping that for next time. But hey, like I said, it's not called Pitfire Chicken Wings for a reason. I also want to add that I ordered the wings separately from what was provided at the event. Overall a really solid choice for food, just gotta be careful of the Garlic Chicken Wings in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza despite it being a chain restaurant! The crust is thin and the dough is delicious. They do not skimp on the toppings either. I got the Sausage Party pizza and it was delicious. Not too greasy either. Service was very quick. We had a party of 11 and were all served quickly after ordering on a busy Friday night. The restaurant has ample space for large or small parties both inside and outside. The ambiance is fun, noisy, and casual. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Walked in and loved the ambiance. Super cute design. The service was great . Super friendly. The food all looks amazing. I got a personal size pizza and they had options to make a cheese substitute which I loved because I can't have cheese. It was super tasty and fresh ingredients.

LOVE this spot!!! I was looking for a pizza place on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM, and most places were closing at 9. I saw this spot was open until 10, so we decided to give it a shot--and OMGEEEEEE!!! The whole vibe is sooo good, everything was super clean, and OMGEEEEEE the food!!! We had the Caesar salad, and it was aaamaaazingggggg!!! Then came the pizza... LOVE!!! The staff was super awesome and welcoming too! We will definitely be back!!!!

Love coming to this place! Always something good for everyone in the family. Great atmosphere and wonderful service! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great and reasonable meal. Most dishes are shareable for 1-2 ppl.

We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the honey bear pizza and the garlic ginger chicken , everything we ate was very delicious and had lots of flavor. The garlic ginger chicken definitely is the winner and stands out the most and the pizza crust was probably the best I've had in a while from a quick service place. The BBQ chicken pizza probably needed just a little more sauce and the honey bear needed a little more sausage but in all this place has my recommendation if you're in the area. 10/10 I'll be back to try more of their selection of pizzas.

Got the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Having it with hot honey on the side made it even better. I do wish I tasted more of the marinara, as it got lost in the cheese and pepperoni flavor. I also wish the crust was crispier. But overall, the pizza was very flavorful and tasty. I would come back to try their other flavors. Also got the Aloha Warrior IPA and the Cosmic Crisp cider which were delicious!

Parking will be crazy before an event so plan accordingly! It was fairly easy to park and empty on Sunday night my last visit. Their happy hour is every day from 2:30-5:30 & such a good deal! $10 select salads, pizzas, pastas & wings. Beers were $6. My toddler loves the bolognese (over the Mac - I was surprised). The Honey Bear pizza is the parents' favorite and the ginger wings were delicious. We'll probably skip the Mac next time (ours was bland) and try something else. If you have an Amex Plat card, this is a great place to use your quarterly $100 Resy credit! The interior is large and clean and customer service has always been great - I don't mind paying the extra "fee;" you can always request for them to take it off. Also, they have an outdoor dining area that is pup-friendly so we love bringing our dog when the weather is warmer. Note: they'll ask if you want marinara, ranch, etc. for dipping - just know there's a charge for it.

I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS "CHICKEN" PLS DONT GO HERE . the chicken itself looked not like chicken. some of the chicken inside were purplish and very dark, not white meat. the batter was somewhat crispy but most was soggy. i really wish i had taken a pic of the purple meat but i was so unsatisfied and grossed out. when we first looked at the chicken we thought to ourselves "is this strips or bone in?" even though the menu described it as bones less. Not even 10 min later, my stomach was GRUMBLING AND HURTING SO BAD. i literally was on the toilet for less than 2 minutes with how bad my stomach was hurting. ive literally never shit this bad in my life.

This place was good! When you walk in, you order at the counter, and there are plenty of tables available. The staff keeps the dining area clean, and the tables are wiped down quickly. The food came out fast, starting with the Caesar salad. Just a heads up, it has a very strong anchovy flavor that felt a bit overpowering. The cheesy knots were amazing. They were warm, soft, and paired perfectly with the marinara sauce. My favorite item was definitely the Honey Bear pizza. The combination of sausage, spicy chili, and honey was delicious, and the thin crust had great flavor and texture. I would honestly come back just for that pizza. The only downside was the drinks. Unless you are getting a beer, I would not recommend them because the specialty drinks had a very lime heavy flavor. Overall, this is a solid spot, especially for that Honey Bear pizza.

Had grandkids and wanted something fast and what they all like. We found a parking place and a nice large booth inside. Everyone was nice and friendly and the place was clean. Prices very reasonable including drinks. I got a taste of Melvin Heyz Mexican Lager, very good so I got a nice large glass. Kids had water and Diet Coke. The youngest ordered a cheese pizza. The rest of us (4) got a large Zoe's Pepperoni and Margherita. Not much left which is a good sign. They also had a full bar.

Came here conveniently after watching a movie! We were greeted by some friendly workers who kindly told us to ask them any questions that we might have about the menu. The interior is pretty clean and I appreciate how they have stations were you can treat yourself to some things such as utensils, to go boxes, and even add ons for your food. Thankfully, we actually arrived at a time where happy hour was happening! This meant that as opposed to paying full price for the pizzas we wanted (about $17 each), they came out to be $10 each, which is an amazing deal for how big the pizzas are! Not only was our order rather cheap, but it was delicious! These pizzas stood out in that they have great cheese flavor! The crust and sauce in the other hand did not seem to stand out as much but nor was it bad in any way. I would definitely come back for more happy hour items or if I am really feeling it, maybe some other items that this place has to offer. If you are craving some solid pizza especially after a movie, this is the spot to visit especially in the afternoon!

Stumbled across this place late in the evening and it was the best decision! We were so hungry when we ordered and ordered way too much, but everything was so delicious. We took the pizza we couldn't finish home and it heated up perfectly! The staff were so nice and I really enjoyed the quick service restaurant ambiance. First time here. Place is very dirty. Trash all over the floors. Dirty tables. Servers walking around very lazily. We were waiting for a table to be cleaned and it just never happened. Dude picked up a couple things off the table, left, did something else. He then came back picked up the rest of the items and left the table dirty as hell. Food all over it and everything. He knew we were waiting for it too. He never came back and finished it. We tried to find a different table but they were unsurprisingly all dirty. I had to go ask the bartender if she could please have someone clean a table for us. She was very kind and said she would take care of it. She immediately went and cleaned our table. She was the only person who was doing her job and even seemed to care. I didn't get a chance to get her name but the date is Sunday July 16 at approx 2:30pm. She was very kind and did her job well. The other servers were just standing around "looking" busy. But ignoring the actual work. I myself am a server and this was just hard to watch. We ordered two pizzas and the sauce was just not good. Very salty, hard to enjoy. We tried to order wings but they ran out. The only positive thing about our visit was the bartender and the beer. Probably won't be back. It's always the places that make you tip before receiving service that don't give a crap. I suggest not tipping until the end of your experience. read more

First time here as we were visiting from San Diego . The food came out quick and hot. We loved the Vegetable chopped salad, the dressing is so good. I was a bit disappointed with the Honey bear pizza. I was expecting different flavors to come through but it all just tasted salty. We couldnt taste the honey at all. My girlfriend and I walked in, Jonathan greeted with a welcoming hello as we entered. We sat are bar and conversed with Jonathan. They gave a great beer and drink selection. He recommended the Fig mountain lager. It was light and complimented field mushroom pizza. I highly recommend this place. Great food, great drinks and great service. read more

We came into this establishment thinking it'd be a good dinner spot. It wasn't. The ranch itself was $2 for that sorry ass cup and they made it out to be a huge chunk of ranch but it's something even McDonald's would give out for free. It took over 5 minutes for some ranch to come to our table but that's after I went up and asked how long ranch would take to come to our table. We also got the chicken and mushroom pasta but they even forgot to give us the chicken when it's in the name. Only when we asked if it actually had any chicken in there was when they said oh it looks like it doesn't and they gave it to us later. It took them even longer for our side of chicken which tasted like crap to come out as well. The pizza was ok. read more

The pizza was over floured and had barely any toppings even tho it's $1.50+ for each added topping! The crust was dry and had a funny after taste. It was a thin crust pizza and not a huge size so the price was way too much. You can get a bigger and better tasting pizza at most big chain stores for a lower price. read more

The food was gross, the pizza sauce was sweet, the crust was hard and bitter. I wish I could give this NO STARS. The pizza was burnt like it was left in the fire too long, the chicken in the pasta was dry, the steak in the steak salad was disgusting. The bathroom was horrendous as soon as I stepped into the bathroom there was vomit on the floor in one of the stalls, the service was slow and we were ignored when coming to order our food. This place is far too overpriced for the trash it served. The ONLY thing that was good was the sauce on the pasta but it was far too small for 16 dollars!! This place charges high end price and delivered quality worse than what i would have had at home which is pathetic. We will NOT be returning. The place was too loud from how loud the music is and the screaming kids and loud conversations to compensate for the rest of the place being so loud. There's a 3% charge automatically added on the bill for a lame excuse it was a "happy and healthy surcharge" as that is WHAT THE BILL IS FOR ANYWAYS. The rest of the restaurant was dirty. The pizza was tasty and came out quickly. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space. I'm sure they'll have a rotating tap list of craft beers, but they should have at least two more West Coast IPA's on draft. They only had one the day I went (the week after they first opened) and it was from an ok brewery. read more

First time trying it, I got the Field Mushroom pizza and it was delicious, I love mushrooms. However it was a bit oily from the cream sauce, so if you're trying to watch your fat intake, I suggest patting it dry lol. Their buffalo wings were, but I think it comes with blue cheese instead of ranch. Will be coming here more often. read more

This Pitfire Pizza has leveled up the whole pizza-joint vibe. The food is so delicious. My favorites today were the kale salad, the roasted Brussels sprouts, and the Honey Bear pizza. That's not to throw any shade on the flippin' delicious chicken meatballs and the out-of-this world vegan margherita pizza with gluten free crust. Also, the restaurant is so well designed - it's spacious and well lit (with cool vibe easter eggs hidden through out). I can't wait to go back! read more

Im a big pizza guy. It doesn't show in my build, but I do enjoy a good pizza. This pizza was flavorful, juicy but not soggy, but the spaghetti and meatballs was a bit salty. Everything else was great. Salad was crisp and refreshing with each bite with just enough dressing. The lettuce wasnt wilted and you could tell it was made with love. I love you just as much pitfire pizza. read more

I love pitfire so much but this is my favorite location, I was there with friends last Thursday and Thalena the GM was so nice and helpful, we were in a rush to go to the theater and she made sure we got our food fast so we could scarf it down and catch our movie in time, everything was amazing. I could eat their cheesy knots everyday of the week without regrets. read more

Came to eat here because we missed our movie. Needed a place to pass some time. As soon as we walked in staff welcomed us and asked if we've ever been here. Explained what to do. We went to order our meal and Brianna helped us. She is so sweet and knowledgeable about the whole menu. Her recommendations were amazing. I ordered some alcoholic beverages and explained I couldn't have a lot of sugar and I do not like the taste of alcohol. She really listened to my request and delivered! 5 star for food and friendly staff. 3 star for ordering my food at a self checkout and BEFORE getting any food or service I was asked to tip 15% and above which I did and food brought to the table. that's it! fountain drink by yourself. We had some much fun here tonight! Wonderfully, friendly people ( both employees and patrons)! Great atmosphere! They have a patio for our amazing SoCal evenings and a large, airy indoor space as well. The food was quick and YUMMY! The drink options were plentiful; lots of beer, wine, a seltzer, as well as a full service bar. My family and I will be adding Pitfire into our Fri-yay happy hour rotation! read more

I'm picky about my pizza and this place passes the test. The pizza is purposely singed for flavor, but not burnt. The service is excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The food takes a bit but that is because it is being wood fired. Tried the seasonal Brussels sprouts and bacon, IYKYK, and the most popular honey bear. We also got a chopped salad and baked mac and cheese with frozen margaritas. Everything is excellent and priced right. Super casual place, great for kids and meetups. read more

Shocking Racial Discrimination - Purposely Ignored and Not Served. If I could give zero, I definitely would. My wife and I came here after a Ducks game, hoping to try a new pizza place and end our night on a positive note. Unfortunately, what we experienced was one of the most blatant and disrespectful acts of discrimination I have ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the register ignored us. They were serving other customers getting drinks, so they were open. We waited patiently in line, and when it was our turn, the two staff members made a conscious decision to look past us, avoid eye contact, and never acknowledge we were there. They did not say a single word to us--no "hello," no "I'll be right with you," nothing. The restaurant was not busy; there were maybe 20 people already eating. Their excuse, when my wife finally confronted them, was that they were "busy." This is a pathetic excuse. It does not take two people to make drinks, and it costs nothing to be polite and ask a customer to wait. The most disturbing part, and the reason for this review, is the clear pattern we observed. The staff effectively communicated with and served every single customer in front of and around us. We were the only people of color in the restaurant at the time, and we were the only ones who were completely ignored and refused service. This was not poor customer service; this was racism. It was a deliberate act of discrimination. We are professionals--I am a nurse and my wife is an administrator--and we were treated as if we were invisible and unwelcome. No one, regardless of their job or appearance, should ever be subjected to this disgusting behavior. We took our business elsewhere, and I urge you to do the same. Do not give your money to a business that allows its staff to racially profile and refuse service to customers based on the color of their skin. Be aware: based on our direct experience, they only seem interested in serving white customers. read more

The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time.
