Really cute local thrift shop! They have a mens and women's section sorted by size and a pretty wide size range (saw 5XL mens shirts and jackets and womens jeans in sz 22). There's also a jeans wall on the mens side and a small room with denim and vintage T-shirt's. One caveat is a lot of the shirts in the vintage room are vintage STYLE and not true vintage, however they're priced accordingly. We also liked that there was a rack dedicated to sports jerseys. Small parking lot, open mon-sat

Since that time it has remained one of the best go-to spots for thrifting in the area. Of all the thrift shops in the South Bay, undoubtedly Savers never ceases to amaze. As can be expected, this thrift store offers all of the things you would expect to find: clothing, shoes, books, records, toys, kitchenware, electronic items, and pretty much everything else you can think of. Plus, they are constantly stocking new items, so every time you go in to this business you're guaranteed to see something new. I know a lot of people talk about the prices at this thrift store. For pretty much all of the items I find them to be very reasonable. In fact, you can truly find some one of a kind items for incredible prices. In terms of the clothing, yes, they are a bit high in their pricing compared to other thrift store chains. For some people, they may not want to spend $12.00 to $20.00 for say a used shirt. Though this is not always the case, a lot of their clothing is fairly expensive. This is just something to keep in mind if you haven't been here before. If you're going to be shopping for clothing at Savers, you've pretty much have got to expect to pay the top dollar for it in terms of the used market. This is a necessarily bad or good, and it isn't a criticism, it's just the way Savers operates. Overall, this is a truly good shop. I can't say enough about this place and the staff here are always super nice and friendly. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to thrift. You never know what you're going to find. I know I have found some truly incredible items at this store.

The lady at the front didn't acknowledge me when I walked in even though I heard her interacting with everyone else. I just ignored it and went about my shopping. I saw some I liked but I didn't get them because I wanted to see if any other stores had ones that were a little closer to my set. I didn't, so I returned today because it was such a great deal. She acknowledged me this time but I could tell she was just forcing it. I went up to purchase the cups and was heading out when I stopped to look at some more tea cups right by the door. Well she walked up to me and asked me what I had. I thought she was just curious about what I'd ended up getting and said tea cups. She asked me where I was going with them, that I needed to purchase them. I was at a loss of words. Why would I be walking out of a store with a taped up box if I hadn't paid for it?!?! I even had the receipt in my hands. The lady that helped me with my purchase walked up and stated I'd paid for it already. I cried when I got into my car. I love visiting thrift stores because I loved antique/vintage items. Unfortunately, I may never know if it's because of my skin color but that was the vibe I got from the entire situation. I will never return, which is sad because someone had recommended this thrift store to me and they had a lot of cool items I would have loved to come back to check out.

The racks had tons of stuff but it wasn't overcrowded. They had a lot of Squishmallows. The bad: I like the Goodwill on Hawthorne in Torrance better because it seems to have nicer items that are more selected for quality/trendiness. A lot of the shoes were pretty worn down. There were so many out of fashion jeans here. The home goods area was pretty run down looking and in a disarray compared to other Goodwills. The interesting: I like how they have seasonal items displayed in the front. Since St. Patrick's day is the next holiday, the front area has tons of green clothes and items on display.

It's extremely dangerous and I'm sure other parents will try the same when there are no other options. I'm just warning and cautioning. Get this store carts or a real problem will happen. There were other parents struggling with their kids and uncomfortable guests because of it. Do something. The only goodwill I've ever had an issue with.

They never have a lot of shoes in my size though; I'm an 8/8.5 in women's, and that section is always sparse. They always have tons of 9s, 10s, 5s, and 6s... The staff is always stylish and friendly. Definitely my go to when I want to switch out wardrobe pieces since they let you trade for store credit or take cash.
