Really cute local thrift shop! They have a mens and women's section sorted by size and a pretty wide size range (saw 5XL mens shirts and jackets and womens jeans in sz 22). There's also a jeans wall on the mens side and a small room with denim and vintage T-shirt's. One caveat is a lot of the shirts in the vintage room are vintage STYLE and not true vintage, however they're priced accordingly. We also liked that there was a rack dedicated to sports jerseys. Small parking lot, open mon-sat

Glued their ad to my windshield..

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks working at the donation drop off. I've been twice now…read moreand they are just so patient, kind and friendly. I had brought a ton of baby seats and the guy kindly explained to me why he couldn't take them, but then also offered other ways I could try and get rid of them. Typically at other donation centers you're rudely told they can't take them. That didn't happen here and I really appreciated the way he handled it! I also can't get over the fact that you get a 20% off coupon for donating items. You do have to dig to find items, but once you find something you truly fall in love with it and it's at a pretty epic price. Savers is now a really fun part of my self-care routine :-)

Seeing as I didn't catch his name, I hope this review helps in identifying him because he was great. However, their prices are... not good, usually. Sometimes they're great, of course. And other times I'm looking at a Dollar Tree item that's marked as $7 when I know for a fact it was $1 originally. Their clothes are similar in price to items--which aren't thrifted, mind you--at Ross or Marshall's. It's a for-profit corporation and the prices show.

Friendly people with an older lady sitting down greeting everyone that walks in and making silly convos, kinda entertaining.

The lady at the front didn't acknowledge me when I walked in even though I heard her interacting with everyone else. I just ignored it and went about my shopping. I saw some I liked but I didn't get them because I wanted to see if any other stores had ones that were a little closer to my set. I didn't, so I returned today because it was such a great deal. She acknowledged me this time but I could tell she was just forcing it. I went up to purchase the cups and was heading out when I stopped to look at some more tea cups right by the door. Well she walked up to me and asked me what I had. I thought she was just curious about what I'd ended up getting and said tea cups. She asked me where I was going with them, that I needed to purchase them. I was at a loss of words. Why would I be walking out of a store with a taped up box if I hadn't paid for it?!?! I even had the receipt in my hands. The lady that helped me with my purchase walked up and stated I'd paid for it already. I cried when I got into my car. I love visiting thrift stores because I loved antique/vintage items. Unfortunately, I may never know if it's because of my skin color but that was the vibe I got from the entire situation. I will never return, which is sad because someone had recommended this thrift store to me and they had a lot of cool items I would have loved to come back to check out.

I was really disappointed by this Goodwill…read more The store felt more like an unkempt yard sale than a retail store. Merchandise seemed cluttered, and I had a difficult time finding anything that caught my interest. What really made me decide to leave was watching an employee stocking shelves while wearing gloves and handling some items in a way that made me question their condition. I'm sure there may have been a perfectly reasonable explanation, but it left me feeling uncomfortable enough that I chose not to continue shopping. To make matters worse, many of the prices surprised me. Shopping at Goodwill used to feel like hunting for affordable treasures. Now, many items are priced so high that I found myself thinking I might as well shop at a department store and buy something new. Unfortunately, this location just wasn't a pleasant shopping experience for me.

The racks had tons of stuff but it wasn't overcrowded. They had a lot of Squishmallows. The bad: I like the Goodwill on Hawthorne in Torrance better because it seems to have nicer items that are more selected for quality/trendiness. A lot of the shoes were pretty worn down. There were so many out of fashion jeans here. The home goods area was pretty run down looking and in a disarray compared to other Goodwills. The interesting: I like how they have seasonal items displayed in the front. Since St. Patrick's day is the next holiday, the front area has tons of green clothes and items on display.
