I saw some I liked but I didn't get them because I wanted to see if any other stores had ones that were a little closer to my set. I didn't, so I returned today because it was such a great deal. She acknowledged me this time but I could tell she was just forcing it. I went up to purchase the cups and was heading out when I stopped to look at some more tea cups right by the door. Well she walked up to me and asked me what I had. I thought she was just curious about what I'd ended up getting and said tea cups. She asked me where I was going with them, that I needed to purchase them. I was at a loss of words. Why would I be walking out of a store with a taped up box if I hadn't paid for it?!?! I even had the receipt in my hands. The lady that helped me with my purchase walked up and stated I'd paid for it already. I cried when I got into my car. I love visiting thrift stores because I loved antique/vintage items. Unfortunately, I may never know if it's because of my skin color but that was the vibe I got from the entire situation. There were so many out of fashion jeans here. The home goods area was pretty run down looking and in a disarray compared to other Goodwills. The interesting: I like how they have seasonal items displayed in the front. Since St. Patrick's day is the next holiday, the front area has tons of green clothes and items on display.

They really have a lot of stuff. One of the main things about this shop is that the prices are not very high. Whereas some independent thrift stores tend to put a high dollar amount on their items, this is not the case with this shop. Thus, you can discover some really interesting and unique finds and not have to pay an exorbitant price for them. As can be expected, the shop has a wide variety of items. They have jewelry, books, electronics, clothing, you name it. You never know what you'll find here, and it is always evolving. In terms of parking, there's a lot of street parking in the area, so getting a spot should never be an issue. They never have a lot of shoes in my size though; I'm an 8/8.5 in women's, and that section is always sparse. They always have tons of 9s, 10s, 5s, and 6s... The staff is always stylish and friendly. Definitely my go to when I want to switch out wardrobe pieces since they let you trade for store credit or take cash. This time I took cash, but usually I choose store credit because you get a little more.
