At first there was an initial response which was delayed after a few days. The information that was provided was contradictory to the prices listed on the website. When questioned about the drastic price difference, was provided with "these are the prices that we are not charging we just haven't corrected the website". The worker asked for a menu that we were interested and after approximately 2 weeks still no response, besides "we're extremely busy". Attempted to utilize a service provider that the food truck is affiliated with, to which, they never responded to the provider either. Such an unfortunate experience with poor customer service for a food truck acting with such a pompous attitude.
