Regardless of how busy you are, as a proprietor or employee of a small business, "thank you for calling!, can you please hold?" is customary. I arrived :45 minutes later for my order. The only woman at the counter was far more interested in expressing annoyance at a follow colleague for misplacing a cheesy bread than saying welcome in or any friendly greeting for that matter. The wings were the best we have ever had but the pizza was extremely overpriced with very few toppings on a crust that was so thin you could almost see through the it. My family went to Pizza at the Pass. We did not have the best time. We ordered, chose our beverages from the drinks fridge. The restaurant filled up with several families. After 30 minutes waiting for our 2 pizzas my brother went to inquire how much longer would it be. The representative from the restaurant gave him an "excuse" loud enough for the entire room to hear. Got pizza from here yesterday evening for the family to have for dinner after a long day. They were very busy with orders being phoned in but they were still only on a 15 minute wait. They currently do not allow dinning room seating so all orders are to go. Even with the phone ringing off the hook and the DoorDash monitor beeping with in coming orders they lady working the register was very friendly. We ordered a large chicken Alfredo pizza, large meat lovers, and a small Greek pizza. Everyone enjoyed all the pizzas but the first comment everyone had was wow the cheese they use is good. My personal favorite was the Greek pizza, the meat lovers was above average flavor plenty of toppings, but the chicken Alfredo pizza was lacking. It almost seemed like the Alfredo sauce needed a bit for seasoning. But over all very enjoyable experience. Me thing that I'd say I didn't like was size options we're only small and large. They large was a decent size and the small was about the size of a personal pizza. We kind of wished they had a medium so that we could of tried different pizzas with out having to worry about wasting the left overs if they were ate before we left to go back home from vacation. Place was empty when we got here. Once we sat down, a worker from the back came out and put out a sign that said dining room was closed. Lady at the front removed it, when to the back, and started fighting/yelling/cussing each other out. Pizza came out quickly and crust was VERY doughy and greasy. This place is not friendly to those who are wanting to sit and have a nice time with family it feels rushed. also make room for your pizza ahead of time because if not you will get yelled at to. as soon as we walked in she said this is mainly a togo or delivery place, like we were a burden to her AT WORK. she also makes you get up in the middle of eating to pay for a cup of sauce. and it was not kept up, the booths were dirty and the floor was very slippery with no slippery floor sign. Extremely overpriced. I wish I could give this place zero stars. One large pizza was $25 plus tip. For the price, we expected quick service and our order to be ready at the time that they originally promised when I placed my order over the phone. We arrived and paid for our food as soon as we got up to the register and then waited 1 hour after we paid to receive our ONE pizza. We called to place our order at 8:15 and finally received it at 9:45. The employee brought our food out and gave us two cookies, I'm assuming to try to resolve the issue, but that fixed nothing. A frozen pizza would have tasted better than this. It was extremely greasy, and there were not enough pepperonis for the extra $3 that we paid for them. The whole place was unprofessionally run with inexperienced workers, the owners children watching YouTube on the main tv, and the owner sitting in the front booth counting his profit for the day.
