The sausage and onion pizza is phenomenal. The lasagna was great too. The staff is nice but the music is old school Frank Sinatra which didn't set well with me. I will definitely go back for the pizza but the other menu items are too vast to choose from, much like a diner menu, so I don't think I will try to order anything other than the pizza.

Haven't been here in decades, and it was a pleasant surprise! Food was quite good, as was the table bread! We had various (huge) Calzones and Fettuccine Alfredo, and ended with Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake and coffee! The service was excellent, thank you Oscar & Fabian! All needs met, very attentive and very accommodating! My additional "to go" order was incorrect, but they were very pleasant in correcting it, but the trip back was a bit inconveniencing. Wish they gave the place a little facelift, could definitely use a little updating. (The bathrooms were immaculate clean- a bonus, and tell tale sign of their pride.) Will be back to try more dishes!

We came here to treat our child's friends for a birthday get together after watching a movie. The staff seated us immediately and we were treated well. We ordered two pies of pizza which came out relatively quickly. The pizza was good (a bit on the salty side) but good nonetheless. The restaurant itself seemed to be a "classic/dated" restaurant from the 80s or 90s. Very clean, but not very well lit unless you are sitting by the window.

8/31/22. A life long friend and I were in Yonkers and decided to visit Pizza Beat; for us it was nostalgic. For decades we went there with our girlfriend's who became our wives. The kids we brought along are now in their late 30's and older. For the most part it's still the same building. There have been renovations that are improvements. It's all new staff and they're doing a good job.

Food is ok. I wasn't really wowed with it even though my friends were talking about this place for awhile. My baked clams had no flavor. The Caesar salad was very soggy with dressing. The garlic bread with cheese was alright.

Met my bro for a quick lunch here. Been coming here for sooo long. Always consistently good. Never a bad dish.

Been coming here for more than a decade, the food and service have never failed. Wifey had shrimp and broccoli over linguini, she didnt order her usual shrimp oreganata.., according to her as expected the pasta was great. I had the grilled rib eye steak with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies., it was ok., it wasnt dry however i asked for medium but they made it well done, it was a little chewy, definitely not the best steak. My son had their signature sausage pizza, as expected it was very good., my daughter had her penne with butter sauce and chix fingers, and she liked it very much. Fried. Calamari as usual is crispy and tasty. But the highlight of the night was the chocolate souffle, it is a must to have after your meal. Everytime we eat here we feel like we are at home having home cook meal. The wait staff were very attentive a d definitely coming back this month.

It was this place or Uno's....I should have went to Uno's. The escarole and beans was too salty. The cabonara sauce was too creamy.

They offer practically every variety of fish prepared in all different methods. Some with Asian flare, others more on the traditional American side. Whatever you're in the mood for they have it! I honestly can't even recommend a specific dish because they are all amazing. The staff is also amazing! Super friendly and come ready with any suggestions or questions you have about the menu. Don't sleep on the soufflé! You have to try it! First of all, when do you ever see a soufflé on a menu, more over when is it actually done to perfection? It's a perfect end to an evening. It's not the most fancy of places, actually it's a little crowded on a weekend night, but the service and food are top notch so it's well worth the visit! Would highly recommend for any fish lovers!

The avocado and shrimp appetizer used to be a normal, generous size, and now the portion is practically half the size. The same goes for the crab cake, which has gone from a substantial portion to almost bite-size. The service was good, but unfortunately, the significant decrease in portion sizes and overall quality makes it hard to justify returning especially for the prices.

My friend had colossal shrimp and loved it. I sampled one, and I concur with him. We each had the lobster bisque soup which was superb. The best I have ever had. I had the New York Sirloin which was mouthwatering It was so good that after each bite, I just sat back in my chair and savored it as I slowly chewed. For sides, I had the fingerling potatoes and shared the broccoli rabe. My friend had the roasted Mediterranean branzino, that he went crazy over. We topped everything off with a delicious chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. The does not even scratch the surface of what dining is like here. We ordered the porterhouse, creamed spinach, calamari, baked clams, the jumbo baked potato, and some pasta. The porterhouse was perfectly seasoned, and it was enough for three people to share. Whatever sauce the baked clams were doused in, I need that recipe. I used the complementary bread to soak up some of that juice and it was amazing. Their espresso martinis were also really good and strong. The only thing I did not like was the jumbo baked potato. It just felt like there was Velveeta cheese slathered on top, so if there's an item I would pass on, it would be this one. Just get regular mashed potatoes. The service was amazing. The owner came out to meet with us multiple times. Our waiters were very attentive and gave us ample time to order. They literally cut our meat and served it for us. The ambience was really nice. It's your usual steakhouse joint, with dim lighting. However, the best part about this dinner was that they seated us in a private room with one other party. It was very intimate and nice and I don't think I could've asked for better service. The cherry on top was that they came out with limoncello shots to end the night. If you're in the Westchester area, please definitely come check this place out. It is worth the money, time, and effort. You will not be disappointed.

The owner was very gracious and offered us six complementary oysters since we couldn't sit at the bar. The oysters weren't our favorite that evening, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. The rest of the meal was very enjoyable. The crab cake was enormous, the grilled octopus was excellent - my son loved it - and the veal with prosciutto and melted cheese was tasty. The baked potato was huge and cooked perfectly. I ordered a cocktail and they made me one with elderflower which was nice but a little sweet for my taste. My friend's Manhattan was nice and strong. What stood it the most was the hospitality. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience, and that level of service is sobering we really appreciated. Next time we'll probably make it an adult only happy hour so we can enjoy the bar menu.
