Shortly after my first review, I was contacted by Pizza Boli's. I was offered a free pizza in exchange for giving them a second chance. At the time, I was told: - they had just come under new management - "changes" were in the works - Prince William County wouldn't allow them to have a deep fryer on-site because of the building code, but they were going to be getting one "soon." So... I waited a month, and gave them their second chance. I ordered the exact same thing that went so wrong the first time. And... meh. The first time I called was just after 5:00. I was told that they had no delivery drivers, and I should call back after 7:00. I did... and at least this time, I got everything I ordered, in a decent amount of time. But apparently they haven't gotten a fryer yet. Both the mozzarella sticks and the fries had been put through the pizza oven instead. Mozz sticks came out slightly underdone; fries were slightly, umm.. "extra crispy" but nowhere nearly as bad as last time. My gyro had more meat on it than the first one but was still mainly lettuce. If all you ever want to order from this place is pizza... go for it. Pizza alone, I'd go about 3.5 stars. (Extra half star because hey... green olives!) BAD FOOD, Delivery, & Customer Service The salad had a moldy tomato. The cheese steak bread was burnt. :( Such a disappointment! I am writing this review and they still haven't delivered my chips. Delivery took over an hour even though they are 0.4 tenths of a mile from my home. I took pictures of the moldy tomato and bread. Delivery guy forgot my chips, disputed me that I did not order them. I called back to Pizza Bolis to inform them that the driver did not bring me my chips. I was placed on hold four times just so he could tell me that the driver will bring the chips back to me but he wasn't sure when it would be delivered. This is my third time eating at Pizza Bolis. The first time the cheese steak was so salty I could not eat it. Pizza Bolis will not get my money any more! Save your money and your time and find another spot or just cook your own food! This new managment sucks! Been a Customer for years to this location but never any issues before but this new owner is greedy and don't really know how to maintain local customers and the quality of food, We ordered four chicken fajita pizza's and they messed up the toppings on all of them, everything was under cooked and on top of that he'd only give us one garlic sauce with my order... I was like i'm supposed to get four w four pizza's, He goes we charge for extra and I told him it's not extra each pizza comes w one garlic sauce and I've been eating from pizza bolis at many different locations. He said we are new managment and we charge $1 for each additional one, I think it's really petty thing to do and that's not how to treat your customers not, Tell me if I'm wrong about wanting to get 4 garlic sauces w 4 pizza's? I called the store on multiple occasions to see if my order was on the way and I kept getting the run around and the workers acted like they did not care. I order Crab Pizza and my wife pick it up. At home we realize that pizza it's uncooked with raw toppings and crust. When I called manager, he denied that we order this pizza from his place and tried to convince me that I've ordered somewhere else. I've eaten at this location of Boli's many times, both pickup and delivery. The pizza is always pretty good, especially for a chain, and quite consistent. As a lover of real pizza - i.e. either a very thin crust or a true Chicago deep dish - I always get the thin crust. Boli's thin crust is very crispy, but lacks the chewiness characteristic of a New York style crust. They usually do a square cut on their thin crust, so you will have to ask if you want a regular pie cut. Both the cheese and sauce are quite good and usually the right amount. I have never had any of the sides like wings or breadsticks. I have picked up several times, and the store is always clean. The staff are generally friendly, and oftentimes the managers will go out of their way to make sure your pizza is right before you walk out the door. Although I have only had Boli's from this one location, it is possibly the best chain pizza I have ever had, and definitely worth trying. read more

I'll get to the food in a bit... First, I have to talk about how they delivered and prepared the food. I was impressed. I was staying at a hotel so I had them deliver chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and BBQ wings. I was told 45min and it came very hot in about 20. The chicken parm came cut up (I'm used to seeing a full chicken breast) and on top of the dish was included two paper plates. This was fantastic because when your traveling, you don't have plates and utensils. Thanks!! Now the food: chicken parm was fantastic! Spaghetti was fantastic, and the wings were great too. I only have one complaint.... You only got 3 pieces of garlic bread for each dish. Now, they give you a large portion of food so, the bread needs to match the plate. Try eating an entire portion of chicken parm with 3 little things of bread.... It sucks, you will want more. Overall, I'm shocked other reviews are so low.
