Terrible. Just terrible. I will start with the positive, Pizza Boli's delivers Dr. Pepper. That's cool because most pizza places don't. Okay that's about all the positive things there are to say about Pizza Boli's. Now for the negatives, all of them. Firstly delivery time, it took about an hour to get my medium pepperoni pizza on a Thursday night. So not a particularly busy night for pizza nor a typically super busy time, I ordered around 830. So that was a bummer. The pizza itself looked like something out of a frozen pizza box. A really cheap frozen pizza. It just looked unremarkable in every way. Also I wondered if they had forgotten my pepperoni as Pizza Boli's puts their toppings under the cheese which isn't a bad thing when you use a proper amount. At Pizza Boli's though they use the whole bag on a single pie. I was surprised that some of the flavor of the pepperoni was able to reach my taste bud's, and that accomplishment was the one redeeming thing about the whole taste experience. The sauce was scarce leaving the pizza a dry desert of dough and cheese. I actually threw out the other half of the pizza, and I hate wasting food. Now as for the delivery guy. The poor guy. He seemed so sad. Perhaps the Pizza Boli crowd is tough or perhaps he knew this would be the first and last time he brought food to my doorstep. Whatever the case I don't have the answers and I genuinely hope things work out for him. Shocked to read the terrible reviews. Was told delivery would take 40-45 mins and food was here, piping hot in about 25 mins. Once the food was sampled, I said "well they're getting a good yelp review.." BF got white pizza with pepperoni. Omg it smells so good. There is a sprinkling of oregano all over it. I got a gyro and side salad with ranch and (!!!) Grape soda. My gyro was great. Not amazing or super authentic but the flavor is great, sauce was plentiful (which was awesome bc I forgot to ask for extra) and veggies were fresh. I'm hoping this becomes our reg pizza stop because I am so sick of Dominos and haven't found anything good around here yet. read more

Never ordered from here and decided to give them a try tonight. I specifically told the guy who answered the phone that I've never tried them out and wanted to try this evening. He didn't even know how to answer my questions. I guess he was new. I don't know. However I was fully prepared to order a lot of food..a pizza, some chicken tenders and fries for my kids, a cheesesteak sub, fried mushrooms and a shrimp basket. To make sure of the menu, I asked about what came with the shrimp basket and he was like, I don't know hold on, and then I said well doesn't it come with fries and coleslaw? That is what the menu says. After putting me on hold he said yes but they were out of coleslaw. I asked if I can substitute for something else. He said no. I basically said you're still going to charge me full price when it's not my fault that you are out of something? I actually like coleslaw so at this point I'm a little perturbed. He basically was like all I'm telling you is what they told me. I said forget it. I don't even want to order from you guys. Wow! What great customer service!! What a great way to get a new customer! This location left an ad wrapped up on my door handle right before a rainstorm. Their ad got wet and, when I took it off the door handle, damaged the paint on my door. I just ordered from this place. Not only did it take them over an hour to drive 0.3 miles, but the driver didn't even come to my door. By the time it got here, our food was cold and hard. The driver couldnt understand a word i was saying, forgot part of my order, and when he brought back what he forgot, it turned out to be the wrong thing. I've been ordered from pizza bolis for years and they're food is pretty good. But I've had it with placing order. It's been the same issue for years. And I put up with it because honestly...I just wanted my food. But I don't order from here anymore because of the lack of communication over the phone or through ordering online. LITERALLY every time I call I tell them what I want to order and it's as if they do not know their menu or specials. Please keep in mind this is definitely not a language barrier. It seems that the staff are never informed. Ive tried ordering online and it's a hassle compared to ordering anywhere else. And when I call regarding specials that are advertised online and in their printed menu they have no clue as to what I'm referring too. I was really craving their lunch special today but when I called it was an issue to place the order. If you can deal with the disagreements over the phone and hassle online then by all means order from pizza bolis. They're food is good but not all that great to have to deal with the frustration. read more

We ordered a thin-crust "meal buster" with green olives instead of black. It arrived hot, and it was the best delivered pizza we've had since moving to Belmont Bay. Worth noting is the sauce which was nicely seasoned with garlic and tasted very fresh. The correct amount was used, not too much -- just enough to lend a tomato flavor, and to let the toppings shine. I just ordered 20 undercooked wings! When I called to inform the staff of this, I was instructed to order the wings "cooked twice" the next time. Excuse me, but I was under the impression that all food should be cooked until it's DONE! If you want your wings to be DONE, I suggest you request them to be "cooked twice" I was only offered an apology and a suggestion for the next time! Well..... it WILL NOT be a next time. Firstly i will admit they have messed up an order of mine, but if you let them know, they usually fix it pretty quickly and it only happened once out of NUMEROUS orders i have placed. If you pick it up from the location the pizza is crazy cheap, the salads are good, and the subs are awesome too! So much better than the other two well-known pizza delivery places. The best pizza around is at Pane y Vino; it cannot be duplicated but Pizza Boli is pretty darned good. What I love most about it is they have GREEN OLIVES, so much better than ripe olives. Wife and I stayed in Woodbridge for the evening while passing through. Pizza Bolis appeared to be a nice change of pace from the usual chain pizza restaurants. Our hotel was 1.7 miles away from this restaurant and it took the food 1 hour and 16 minutes to arrive. We were told by the person who took our order that since we are so close in proximity that it should only take 30 mins. Had to call back twice and I spoke with the same gentlemen who took our order. When asked to speak with the manager he informed me that he in fact was the manager. I expressed my frustrations and he provided no resolution. In fact, he asked me " it hasn't came yet??" in disbelief. On the second call back he insisted I hold the line while he called his driver and after about 4-5 minutes on hold, he told me that the driver was at my door.... Pizza came and looked like it could have been very great had it been warmer and fresher. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered one small cheese pizza, and two cheesesteak subs. When the order finally came, there were two subs but no pizza. Instead of apologizing or offering to go back to get the pizza we paid for, the delivery driver proceeded to argue that we never ordered the pizza. We showed him the receipt that was on one of the sub boxes, and instead of apologizing/owning up for his mistake, he started to blame his manager. Whatever, that's fine. Don't mind waiting a little bit for the pizza, I can live with a sub until he brings it back. Open up the sub boxes, both have a sprinkle of meat (I get when serving sizes are small, but this was definitely not the case). But that's not even the kicker. The meat wasn't cooked. At all. The little meat that actually made it on the sandwich was was all pink. We called back and asked for a refund, cause at this point there's nothing we can eat. The manager yelled that he was making new sandwiches and hung up. I either want some dinner or my money back, but I've gotten neither. read more
