It also seemed to have very little cheese, which made it feel dry and lacking the cheesy goodness you'd expect from a quesadilla. My boyfriend ordered the pork quesadilla. While it was better than the chicken, it still had an unusual off-flavor, and it had the same issues with not being sliced and sticking to the wrapper. On a positive note, the chips, salsa, and queso were excellent and ended up being the highlight of our meal. I do think the queso is a little pricey for those of us trying to stick to a budget but love to dip our quesadillas in it, but it was still very tasty. The waitstaff are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. As other reviewers have said, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The place tends to get crowded at peak times, so reservations have proven to be a good idea. I've also noticed that take-out is a popular option as well.
