Friendly customer service not very crowded on a Saturday afternoon during fiesta. adequate seating very clean. Good selection of pizza looks delicious. Ordered the four cheese and the chicken and barbecue pizza came out piping hot. I like my crust a little bit crispy but overall great taste.

Food: Love the options they have there and the pizza is always fresh! Really good ingredients in which I enjoyed the spicy marinara sauce the most. Service: Great service with that San Antonio charm! Ambiance: Feels like one of those pizza joints from the 90's that even has a retro arcade game in it! Overall: Great experience. I'll be back!

Place is hidden but easy to find with goggle maps. Their menu is both, small & large. The small one is for customers to take with them for future use. Their menu is large with many options to choose from. In this visit we ordered a small cauliflower pepperoni pizza. It just so happened that they have a buy one get one free promotion so we got two small cauliflower pizzas. They both came crispy and tasteful! The cashier explained their menu and answered all the questions we had. We sat down and waited for our pizzas. The service was good and they have self serve refills root machine. The place isn't that big but can accommodate a large party of 20 or maybe a little more.

I paid around $40 for 2 pizza and a 2 drinks (keep in mind they had a BOGO Free deal) Little bit pricey but the pizza and the service was pretty solid! The place was really packed and the restroom was disgusting But overall it's a solid place and I do recommend to check it out after going to the zoo!

Love stopping by when ever I'm in the area. The pizza is definitely classic in the best way! Nothing fancy just a great pie. The employees are cool, friendly and an all around vibe. Pizza Classic is old school, nostalgic and did I mention very delicious!

Ditched the Fiesta Crowd for a great slice, and ended up with a BOGO deal. Which BTW, is every day...all the time! Can't decide? Get Two! Fun atmosphere, Great Music, and hand tossed pizzas. Fresh as can be. Great Organic Soda choices. Great topping options! This is a must try!

I placed a pick up order as they're in the neighborhood and figured we'd give it a try. I was at the counter for about 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then they decide to help another person that arrived before me. Finally I get help and the I hate making excuses for young adults but my goodness, you would've thought they went out to their garden for a farm to table experience putting together a small house salad. The pizza was good. So my pick up order should've been ready per their emails in 20 minutes. I waited an extra 20 minutes before I even got my order. Plenty of parking, pizza was good. But service can we worked on. The meatball sandwich was dry and bread was a disappointment.

    Margarita Pizza

Ordered online for delivery. I ordered a margarita pizza. The Pizza arrived and was not correct. They sent me a pizza with red sauce, artichokes, black olives, mushrooms, onions and more. It didn't look very good, otherwise I might have just kept it and ate it. I called and they said they could refund me. I asked if I could just get my pizza still, they said another hour for re-delivery. The delivery man, Raymond, was friendly and nicely returned multiple times, to pick up my incorrect pizza, and then again deliver me the correct one. When the correct pizza arrived, I noticed they did discount my bill without me having to ask, which I was a little surprised and also grateful to see. Margarita pizza 8/10 The pizza itself was just ok. I do wish the cheese was more built up though, like more gooey. The basil you couldn't taste too much either because it was cooked. So I think I would like some fresh chopped basil sprinkled on top.

Great place to grab a pie. The gluten free crust is great and so was the pizza. Wish you had a first soda option though.

The first night I was greeted by a friendly host and sat at the bar, where Billy took great care of me. He recommended the Cotto e Salsiccia, and I'm so glad he did. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've had. While I was there, the cheesemaker let me try a bite of the fresh mozzarella they were making in-house. It was still warm and absolutely delicious. The next night I was feeling a little homesick after being away for work, and all I could think about was that pizza. I walked back in and the host greeted me by name. I sat at the bar again, where another bartender remembered me from the night before, and Billy came over just to say hi. It seems like such a small thing, but when you're traveling alone, being welcomed back like that can completely change your evening. What really impressed me was seeing that it wasn't just me. The guy next to me ordered two pizzas to go, and when the chef brought them out he smiled and said, "Oh, Jose! I thought this order looked familiar!" You can tell they actually know their regulars and genuinely enjoy what they do. The second night I ordered the Fontina e Salsiccia, and somehow it was just as good as the first pizza. Everything is cooked in the wood-fired oven--even the wings--and you can taste the difference. The crust has that perfect char, the ingredients are fresh, and it's the kind of authentic Neapolitan pizza that keeps you thinking about it long after you've left. I've eaten at a lot of good restaurants while traveling, but very few have made me feel as welcome as Dough did. Great food is one thing. Great people are what made me come back the very next day. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.

When I asked why they have a hot plate shelf next to the entrance and that I burned my arm on it, the manager and greeter state? There is a sign! They took no responsibility for the ill placement of the sign! As you walk in, we saw several People back into the shelf to allow others to get buy! I can see a child burning their hand terribly on this! What did the restaurant do? Nothing... several times we suggested something be done and not until the manager realized that yes, this is a problem did he do something remotely responsible. I couldn't enjoy the food! I was upset? Hurting and taken back by the terrible way they handled the situation. For reference, I'll show you the picture with the barrier.

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.
