Was a long, hard day we didn't want to cook and pizza sounded really great so it was off to the Pizza factory. When we got there it was busy seems like a lot of take out orders, we dined in, our order was a extra large with pepperoni, sausage, black olives and mushrooms with sauce out to the edge, We asked for extra crispy crust and well it was worth the wait !! Our pizza was piping hot loads of topping and best of all I was able to fold it in half and eat it, just like I was back home!! I have been using this location for the last 3 years because they deliver, and I love their pizza. However, today the manager was arrogant and cocky when I asked when they changed their delivery radius. Wouldn't have been a big deal, but his additude was the big deal. I drive here all the way from Mount Vernon! The staff is so nice, and the pizza is delicious. It's a family owned restaurant so it has a warm and casual feel- the employees will have conversations with you and make you feel right at home. The wait time for food can be a little long when they are busy but it's a small restaurant and they are always very apologetic and obviously working as fast as they can. I don't know what the other reviews are on about, I guess some people just like to look for problem. Highly recommended!!! read more

Every restaurant in Arlington is packed, not a parking spot on Olympic because of a festival in town. Remembered that every corner of this restaurant boasts a pizza bar from 11-2. Walked in around noon to an empty restaurant and a partial pizza on the buffet. Asked the gal working if there was more pizza coming out soon and her response was "maybe in a little while ". My husband and I love pizza factory pizza, so we had high expectations when we got here. Looking at the past reviews had us thinking it wouldn't be a great experience, but we were wrong. I live less than 3 miles from the store and when I ordered a well done pizza it wasn't cooked well done. I called back as soon as I opened my pizza but the manager told me "that's how we do well done here." I didn't even get an apology. I've never seen such arrogance in the service industry. Let me start by saying Pizza Factory has a great product. My family has been ordering pizza there for over 15 years and I worked there in high school, so I'm quite familiar with it. But their great run has come to a close for us. The last two times we have ordered there it has taken at least 2 hours to get our pizza. We have heard rumblings from the drivers that management is disorganized and all the employees are new--not a good sign. I am wondering if there is different ownership now. Recently moving to Arlington we were looking for delivery options. This was the only Pizza delivery we could find. Unfortunately we will not order pizza from here again. We ordered the Garlic chicken. We requested red onions but they were out so they offered white onions. Bad choice on our part. We ordered the cheesy bread sticks. They were out of the bread so they offered wheat bread cut in half from the bread they make their sandwiches . We agreed to this, again bad choice on our part. They were burnt and flavorless. Pizza is decent quality but deliver service and phone service is TERRIBLE! We live 7 minutes from the restaurant and they quote us 90 mins for delivery and then sometimes it will take almost 2 hours!! And they said that was just how long it takes. Bull. How hot can a pizza stay after that long? Shouldn't be taking orders if you can't deliver within an hour. We have learned our lesson and won't be ordering from them again. Sometimes they charge us a delivery fee and sometimes they don't , they are always inconsistent with customer service and 'rules'. Very unreliable. Boo. read more

Nestled in the quaint little town of Arlington, Wa. The Pizza Factory is our choice for local Italian. The menu has quite the selection. We did chose the Hawaiian pizza, cooked well, and tasted yummy. The staff were polite, employ a lot of school kids. The cleanliness was Ok, but what kid likes to clean anything. We stopped in here for a quick lunch while we waited for a movie down the road. We didn't have much time so decided to do the buffet. The buffet looked a little old so I asked if they were going to have some fresh pizza coming out. They told me there were more pizza coming out in about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, nothing. I decided to have another dried out piece of pizza, while I waited. 10 more minutes and nothing. Now I know Arlington is a small town and all, but there is no excuse for not being able to tell time. I love pizza factory's pizza, I don't love the Arlington restaurant though.....I'm not turned off enough by it to not go there every so often though. It seems as though the owners maybe don't have a good feel for how to create a better dining experience. Salad bar...not so good, staff....barely friendly enough to take your order, restaurant....could be a little cleaner, but all in all it's an average place with a pretty good pizza in my opinion. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour and it arrived in under 40. The delivery person was friendly and the pizza was delicious! Can't say this was my best Pizza Factory experience.. I just moved to the area and I was really excited about trying a local pizza place! I looked up on Yelp of some good places and despite the previous review only two hours before I ordered (which was not a good one!!!) I decided to give it a try... so I called in around 8:15 PM for delivery on a Friday night, the website says they close at 10:00 PM, the gal on the phone after a long pause said they are no longer doing deliveries, I was curious as to why and she had no explanation just that they stop doing deliveries 2 hours before close. I decided I would order my pizzas and drive there instead (only live just outside of town and viewed the delivery option as a luxury) the new person on the phone said my "order will be ready in 15 minutes -ish probably longer". I pulled into the parking lot 26 minutes after calling and the guys working were casually watching tv as they saw me pull in. No big deal I get it, it was probably slow and the guy indicated they were leaving soon. But upon arrival home my pizza was not correct, missing toppings, first and foremost the extra cheese.. maybe I need to clarify what extra cheese is.. more than just a dusting of cheese that can at least hold the toppings on the pizza. The wings were okay, wish I would've known about their new special habanero wings, and the Alfredo that I ordered for lunch tomorrow that I decided to try, since the pizza was a little les than appetizing, was dry and flavorless. Not sure if this is a typical Pizza Factory issue or not but I wasn't impressed and I hope the best for them as I know bad reviews are not the best need to be heard! Pizza Factory offers an all you can eat pizza bar/buffet. It is offered from 5-8 p.m. If you go there (at 6 p.m.) and discover that there is no pizza on the bar and the staff offer to keep it stocked with a variety of pizza and desert pizza during your visit, do not believe them.IT IS A TRICK!!!!! They will make one pizza and cover half of it in onions and then ignore you for the rest of y our visit... maybe one of the staff will apologize for not having enough pizza due to the busy take out business but by no means should you expect a remedy to the empty pizza bar / buffet. read more

My husband and I had to be in Arlington last evening, at dinner time. In many years past, we would occasionally eat at the Pizza Factory in Anacortes, with friends, family, and it was always great. Last nights experience was a nightmare. First of all, we put our order in of Spaghetti and Meatballs and Ravioli with Meat Sauce. 30 min. passed and finally, we were served. First cut and look at my meatballs, they were uncooked in the center. I'm not sure where the garlic was on the supposed toast, NOT! But, most importantly, I took my dish up to the counter and after 10 min. the woman came out and said that they were doing a new dish of my order. Fifteen more minutes and the man that came out with my meal served it to the woman at two tables beyond us. He set the dish down in front of her, she looked at it, looked at him, looked at him again and finally he got it, it wasn't for her! Then he did, what I consider to be unforgivable and that is why I am writing this rant. He brought to my table and set it in front of me and when I said, you just served it to someone else and set it down on the table. His response to me. "She didn't touch it." I've had nothing but good experiences at the Pizza Factory. The pizza is always good, love the thin crust as all the toppings are more pronounced in flavor. We've also had the calzones and the spaghetti. All were delicious, no complaints. The employees are super friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I also have had great experiences with the owner. I went in to inquire about fund raising for my daughter's volleyball team and she was more than accommodating. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the community. I've also gone here for end of the season sports parties and each time has been a good experience. I am hosting a laid-back family Christmas party at my house during the game this Sunday and we all agreed on pizza. First place that came to my mind is the Pizza Factory, so that's what it's going to be! :) read more

I have been ordering pizza for the last 7 years from Arlington Pizza Factory. It has always been great until recently when they changed management. I have had pizza be an hour and a half late from ordering, a totally wrong order that I did not order at another time, drivers that can not find my address, wings that were cold and the list goes on and on. Management seems to apologize over and over but nothing seems to ever be resolved. I called tonight to have pizza delivered as it states they are open until 10pm but had to keep trying to reach a staff to pick the phone up. After many attempts, finally someone answered, was very short (no customer service) and was told that there was no more delivery for the night. What? Even if the restaurant closes at 9pm which I was told, I could not get a pizza delivered in an hour and 20 minutes prior to closing time. I am very disappointed how new management and staff have changed drastically and the product has not been the same since.
