The service here is amazing. Vanesssa, Gio and their crew are wonderful. The food is awesome and I highly recommend the Cali Squeeze. I usually love Pizza Factory but this was so not a good experience. They had a pizza party for a small kids team and the whole place was a mess. There was no where to sit and when the manager asked an employee to clean tables, she just barely wiped the crumbs and napkins onto the floor. The salad bar was out of so many things also. Everyone was working except this one employee who wouldn't work. Ultimately, the manager had to clean the tables and fill the salad bar while her employee gave no real effort. If you find yourself in Hesperia and your feigning for pizza then the pizza factory is a good choice. Granted, their biggest size is 16" and they charge 18" prices... I can still adapt. They have yelp check in specials and daily specials. Either option will make it better for your wallet. With that said the pizza is quite good. Not too much cheese and a good sauce. It's a pretty good pizza. I'd visit them again. Final note... The PF sponsors a lot of sports teams in the area. A company that gives back to the community is something that you have to support. First time trying this place,spent $47 on 2 people, the chicken fettuccine Alfredo had noodles that weren't cooked, the pizza crust was thin and soggy, the appetizer came at the end of our meal after our 10 other friends were served their meals, even though they ordered AFTER us ..... So I complained about the pasta, told her I couldn't even eat it, and that it will be bird food for our ravens. She simply smiled, batted her eyelashes and said sorry. Excellent Pizza. Although I wish they had a New York style pizza with huge foldable slices. If you like a crispy pizza that has that crunchy pepperoni and cheese ask for it well done. A little stingy on the sauce, so if you like sauce get extra sauce, there sauce does have a little zip, not like others where they have a little sweet to it. The sweetness means they put some sugar in it to cut down the acid, so if your a little sensitive to acidity be a little careful how much you eat in one sitting, but none the less a really good pizza. read more

My son loves pizza and for his birthday we always have to do a family pizza night. We came to eat inside with seven people. We ordered two large pizzas, seven drinks, two antipasto salads and spent around fifty dollars. That is a good deal if you ask me. Feeding a large number of people is always expensive and normally will be at least a hundred dollars. We had pizza left over and they gave us boxes to pack it to go. The salad was large and fed four adults with a ton of leftovers. When I looked at other tables everyone had leftovers to take home. Nobody leaves food behind. I went from wanting to give Pizza Factory 4 stars when walking in to thinking no more than two by the time I walked out. Service nonexistent as you pay walking in and that is about all you see of anyone working there. $4.99 all you can eat pizza and salad buffet, cheap cheap cheap. Of course you get what you pay for, the decor and place looks pretty new, sitting down, the booths and area feels old and run down. The salad bar was very fresh with about 10 healthy toppings to chose from. Crappy dressings (4) but oil/vinegar is available, so i went with that. Bonus points for sunflower seeds as a topping, yum. Pizza, about 5 out at a time, same ones over and over, Pepperoni (greasy to the point of being completely salty and soggy) bbq chicken (dry, horrible chicken) hawaii (best option IMO, but still not great) something strange with mustard as sauce, pickles as topping as well as a mystery meat (is there any way this could be good?) cheesy crust pepperoni (90% crust, dry dry dry, except for the pepperoni grease in the middle, yuck) 3 dessert pizzas, cherry, apple and blueberry (meh.) The crust and sauce was edible, the toppings, especially the cheese very artificial. Yes, $5 for lunch is dirt cheap, I am glad I didn't waste more money and never ordered a large pizza here, I won't be back. read more

I've been a fan of Pizza Factory since the early 80's when the Phelan Pizza Factory opened. The Hesperia Pizza Factory carries on the tradition of having a great family atmosphere and serving great food. The pizza is always great but if you're looking for something different, try the calzones. The wings aren't bad either. Also, there are plenty of TV's that always have sports on; with the exception of the one TV devoted to cartoons for the kids. AND THE BEERS ALWAYS SERVED IN AN ICE COLD MUG!! read more

TL;DR Great gluten free pizza that is about as close to a traditional pie crust, not cracker style thin crust. Not OK for Celiacs, but good for gluten intolerant folks. I am one of the few actual people that has no choice when it comes to gluten (i.e., I'm legit intolerant, not Celiac though). I had resigned myself to eating the rice based cracker crust which has been my only option until I discovered that Pizza Factory has a real pizza (read bread like) crust. This was our go to place for pizza- however last week we went in to dine in after a school function with 13 people. The cashier first told us we had to sit on the left side of the restaurant and they were closing at 9, I then informed him our party was big. He said ok then, but with an attitude. Came in here tonight. Didn't seem very busy. Ordered our food. It was a 40 minute wait. Ordered a mini pizza and cheesy bread, $24 seemed a little steep. They bring out my food near the beverage area, they have buckets out in front since the ceiling is literally leaking. Some of the dripping water dripped into my food. I went in and placed a to go order for 1 pizza on a Friday night. Was told it would be done in about 20 to 25 minutes. 45 minutes later it was finally done. They apologized for the delay. The pizza was burnt, it was dry and it did not taste very good. Not worth the $18 at all for 1 medium pizza. Will never go there again. Today we came to Pizza Factory. We got their special that they're having right now. 2 mediums with 4 toppings each! We ordered for to go and came home to enjoy our pizzas. First off, this is the first time that I've ordered their pizza and ask for double toppings and they went over and beyond our expectations! Just look at our pics! The pizza had a great combo of flavors! Perfection! They're super fast but yet completely accurate on they're pizza. The crust was soft and toasted. It's actually the best pizza I've had in awhile! The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and with great customer service! I highly recommend this place. The manager that was there was very polite and smiled throughout our transaction. Not sure what rating to give right now because while we enjoy the food it's a little hard to get past something. Tables are sticky and dirty, walls are dusty and dirty, and a man with a long beard and no hair net preparing pizza. Hair nets are required by federal law for those who don't know. With so many choices for pizza and considering the price level here, I think with a few administrative changes this place could be awesome again--like their slogan says "we toss em, their awesome." Never forget that great customer service and presentation of both the food and establishment can make up for a lot of things. The teenagers running the place are nice people but some a little inexperienced. All of these issues reflect on management and could easily be fixed. For the love of pizza and the area we choose to live in, pleaaaaaase fix these issues. read more
