I called Pizza Factory on Newport rd in Menifee and was shocked!! Not only were they super knowledgeable in all of their ingredients they were so kind and helpful!! So I decided to go out of my element and try a different pizza place from our usual spot. We placed an order for delivery over the phone. We get a notification that the driver was issued a pass on our address at 7:04 pm. We are about five minutes away from the gate. 20 minutes has passed by and no sign of the driver. I knew something was wrong. We called back and apparently the driver "supposedly" delivered the pizza to a house and the ppl took it. Obviously it was the wrong house because it didn't come here. The manager over the phone says he believes his driver but I also believe us. It's like well we have cameras no one showed up here what address did he go to? I mean the driver gets a pass issued to him with our ADDRESS ON IT. How could you still navigate go to the wrong house? LOL anyways the manager was nice & said he would issue a refund. read more

The antipasta salad and pizza are super good here and it's conveniently located. People complain about the game room and food? Well drive to Temecula or Corona then, and waste your time to get there. I am a local resident who bought an x-large pizza with half cheese and half combo. $ 28 dollars. It was just a little bit bigger than a large. While I was waiting for my pizza , a man came in and asked if he could get one of the promotions they usually have. Walked into pizza factory at 7:56 with 5 adults and 4 kids. We went to order 4 large pizzas, bread sticks, 4 salad bars, 3 pitchers of beer, 4 sodas and was refused service. We were told they closed an 1 hour and salad bar was being taken down, it would also take over 30 minutes for our food. The kids would of probably spent 50 bucks in the game room. I just order pizza and I've got my order screwed up for the second time month and a half ago I called and they forgot my dressing for my salad so they said they would bring it back in 30 to 45 minutes second time I've asked for pizza sauce for my breadsticks and they forgot that again they bring out the pizza sauce 45 minutes later their customer service sucks here nobody cares the last time I talk to the manager she did not want to listen to me and hung up on me so I'm sorry to say this will be the last time order pizza from you unfortunately for me I do like the pizza here. I've learned to check the pizza before I leave to make sure it wasn't cooked to a cardboard state. This is the second time that the pizza was "overcooked". Good pizza. One in French valley offers a gluten free and its good. But they only offer one size, said it's medium. Its 17.99 . It's for my little guy that has a wheat allergy. We go here so he doesn't feel left out and can eat with us. He only eats like two pieces. I wish they offered a smaller kids size for this. 17.99 for basically 2 slices of pizza! The call I made to order the pizza was very painful. Customer service is awful. They either don't know what they are doing or are trying to make it more difficult for people to order from them because they aren't interested in getting any new business. I was so irritated with the person on the phone asking me a million questions just to see if they deliver to my house. I gave them my address, isn't that enough to make that determination??? Good pizza, great for team parties, but very, very loud. We have never had a problem here other than the loud environment. Many times we've had a baseball end of the season party and all of the kids have had a blast while us adults can enjoy a beer while watching them in the arcade. read more

I've had pizza delivered from here before and it was pretty good. However, I made the mistake of doing their buffet one night and I've never ordered here since. Don't make the mistake of eating here or you'll regret it! First off, I was disgusted with how dirty the restaurant was. The buffet bar was very messy with food scattered everywhere and just about every table was dirty. What bothered me the most was there was plenty of employees standing around and just talking while dirty tables lingered. The food in the buffet was sub par and had obviously been sitting for awhile. I asked one of the girls if she could put out a fresh pizza and she seemed very irritated. After seeing this dirty restaurant with lazy employees, it makes me question the cleanliness of all the pizzas I've ordered from here in the past. Although I really should give them only 1 star, I'm giving an extra star since the pizzas I have had delivered in the past have been good. Just doubt I'll ever be ordering again. read more

Like clockwork, I get a new bankcard, don't use it for any online purchases or other delivery services, and only after i eventually order pizza, soon some person in some other city or state suddenly is using my bank card for a large purchase. This time I decided never to order delivery from them again, and low and behold - no one has sold my card number. Manager should really look into this... read more

We received a coupon in the mail since I finally did a change of address. It was a "welcome to the neighborhood, here's a free pizza coupon" it was for a med one topping pizza. I called in the order for pickup and we added an extra topping and a large antipasto salad. I was told that in fifteen minutes it would be ready. I thought this was pretty good for a Monday at 8PM. The girl was nice and I informed her of the coupon upon placing our order. (They have a website with menu and pricing so we were able to look at everything they offer....hence, ordering the salad). The parking lot is decent and easily accessible...honestly never knew this place was here! It was sorta busy and they have a large open dining area with big tv's. The opposite side of the building has arcade games. They have beers on tap etc. Seems like a good place to catch a game or take all the little leaguers here after their own game. I paid and left. It came to a whopping nine bucks with the coupon. I get home, the pizza was hot and the antipasto salad fresh. The salad was good, could use more than two pepperoncinis. I also wish the salad meats and cheeses were not all chopped together and layered like they were a sandwich of meats of cheeses at the same time....but that's me, I'm picky and I only like certain meats and cheeses, not all of them and not together. Oh well, it's only $7.50 and still good. The pizza we ordered was artichoke and jalapeño....I honestly am not a huge fan of pizza because its always to greasy and nasty. This pizza was perfect for me! My boyfriend tends to love the really greasy pizza so while the flavor was good, he wanted more artery clogging stuff going on. Like I said, it was really good though, good crust, dough, sauce and ample toppings. He still really liked the pizza though and said it had great flavor. I also love how they put the liner in the bottom of the togo pizza box to absorb and catch any excess grease :) Upon reading their Yelp page and reviews I guess they have a buffet...I'm not a buffet fan so I doubt I'd try that, but I would do a salad or pizza here again. My better half wants to try their calzones too. Their menu prices for pizza aren't exactly cheap so I'm happy it was free, the pizza isn't badly priced but once you start adding more than two toppings you are at 20 bucks for a medium... P.S...their ranch is literally a manufactured packet from somewhere so steer clear. However, their housemade Greek dressing is above excellent!!! They need to bottle that stuff and sell it!! It has chunks of cheese in it and its light yet so flavorful, definitely ask/order a side of this even if you don't order a salad. It's awesome with the pizza and crust :) read more

We will not be returning. We ordered and paid for a large pizza. It was baked as a size medium. They placed the medium pizza on a large pizza pan and served it to us. As if we wouldn't notice! IDIOTS!!!!!! The service another issue. We got dirty looks and eye rolls when we asked them to fix the ticket machine in the game room that was broken. And more dirty looks and sighs when we asked to buy the toys from the little trinket shop. We got here at 8:40pm, I understand, it's late... but it says on Yelp the location closes at 10pm. The guy who took our order literally mouthed "ohhh f*ck" as we walked in the door. They all had very unhappy faces and horrible attitudes. Made it very uncomfortable to eat here. I love the place. And I've never had a bad thing to say about it here. Ok this place needs some help and then it could be a lot more amazing. Everything in the pizza place is in the wrong place, starting with the door where the line can only be 3 people. The games are also crammed into the right corner where there really isn't room and it runs into the ordering area. Upon ordering the cashier seemed really confused, couldn't speak up enough for us to hear and then had trouble the atm machines. The food took an average amount of time, with the wings coming 5 minutes later but they gave us the wrong ones. So they remade and brought them out 20ish minutes later...ugh. The pizza was yummy with a plethora of toppings, the mango habanero boneless wings were gross but the garlic & herb were ok. Be sure not to order the 24 piece though, because even though it's on the menu they're not selling it. Tried Pizza Factory and was really happy. We got a meatball pizza with breadsticks and it was all delicious! The only issue I had was that I was really looking forward to leftovers later and a couple hours went by and it already seemed stale and was hard as a rock and couldn't be saved. Only have been to this location twice, it's ok but i prefer the french valley one. They have good prices on their items and good size portions. I usually go for the calzone. Where this place falls short is , they have no silverware it's all plastic which is horrible if your'e trying to saw through a hot calzone. I ended up going through 2 sets of plastic ware while trying to hack up my dinner. It was pretty empty when i went , so i don't know why there was no staff making the rounds seeing if the customers needed anything. I haven't tasted the pizza as it hasn't arrived. I am having it delivered. They said it would get here in 30-40 minutes. I called the pizza place after 45min to give them a little wiggle time and the lady on the phone said it's "sitting there ready to be delivered and they are just waiting for a driver to get there so they can deliver my pizza..." the lady on the phone has a bad attitude, like I bothered her for checking on my pizza. She didn't care to ask me questions or anything. First I want to say thank you to Jack for supporting youth sports! My twins play for Menifee Youth Soccer league, the competitive division United Premier FC Heat. This place has given us tons of fundraisers, sponsorship and coaches packets to pass out to players. The food is delicious. The buffet is amazing one of the best in town and the price can't be beat. They offer text message discounts, online discounts and web page specials. You should never walk in and pay full price with all the different specials they have. My only criticism is the blonde girl with nose ring, we went in twice and once she refused to accept my text message discount and second time she almost stopped us from having our team party because some of the girls changed out of their uniforms. I'm pretty sure if Jack or MJ knew she did this they wouldn't be happy. Overall we love this place. Whenever we go we hope the blonde nose ring girl isn't there because she's generally unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. We won't let her stop us from going but it's a much nicer experience when she's not there. Thanks Jack for all your support I hope you sponsor our team this season. read more

One of our favorite places to grab a pizza in Menifee. We have come here for team events and used the area in the back of the restaurant. Staff was super friendly and helpful with all our kids and service was excellent. Pizza here is amazing and so are their breadsticks. Tried the buffet lunch ($6) last week. Not impressed. Got there around 12:30, expected more. Salad bar and deserts were neglected. They did do a bit of refilling, but very slowly. There were plenty of pizza's - all very skimpy on ingredients. Very doughy and a lot of tomato sauce. Not good if you prefer thin crust with lots of stuff on it. Service (for a buffet) was fine - they kept the place clean. Would give it 2.5 stars if the system allowed, but not up to a 3. Too bad because I drive by it almost every day and it's less than a mile from the house. read more
