We came in for a promotion celebration with a group of about 10. We all had the lunch buffet, great value, had an online coupon for a dollar off each paid buffet. We came in early, right at opening , pizza is always great. , salad, bread stick crumbles , pasta and soup. Paid for a party of 5 with drinks. Right round $34. Not bad. As lunch went by, the staff did a great job of replenishing the buffet. My only suggestion is someone needs to keep the buffet clean. It needs attention always. Love this place, great pizza.. I recall why I am not a fan of Pizza Factory. While I give my review, please be aware that the service and delivery we received were top notch, no complaints about that, this review is merely for the pizza itself. We ordered the Greek pizza and an order of the Pepperoni French Bread. We jumped at the greek pizza because all the toppings sounded so good! I was super disappointed when I took a bite and it was incredibly bland, how, I have no idea but it was lacking taste in major ways. The french bread pizza was pretty boring too, I think the culprit is the sauce. I didn't taste much seasoning on the pizza or the french bread. I don't think we will order again anytime soon. read more

Love this place. It's funny to see the negative comments about Customer Service but I can say that from all the calls I've made, I've never had a single bad experience. They've always been nice, helpful and the pizza is always delivered promptly. Price is better than big chains and the drivers are always appreciative and friendly. Even the one carry-out experience I had was great because they recommended I upgrade my order because it would be less expensive due to a coupon. That seems like great Customer Service to me. Regardless of who's opinion you want to take, I'd say that they're at least worth a try so you can make the choice for yourself. read more

Huge shout out to the pizza factory in Menifee! Let say this good people make for good business! On my way home inside my development a little lost dog was in the street. Several cars swerved to avoid him, I pulled over to help the dog. He was shaking badly and wouldn't let me put him in my car. A pizza delivery guy from Pizza factory saw my dilemma and pulled over to help me. A pizza guy... on Friday payday... when they are the busiest pulled over to help when several other cars who I am pretty sure live in the development just kept going! Tonight we had take out...White Pizza with Antipasto Salad. We called, placed the order and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes...when I got there 10 minutes later it was ready. The pizza was HOT...smelled wonderful and we couldn't wait to take a bite. The Antipasto salad was tasty as well. With all the different pizza chains, this one is definatley one of our favorites!!!! read more

I keep going back for the buffet lunch (about 6 bucks) and it is really good. Ask for the Jalapeño chicken pizza. It has a white sauce (I think it is ranch) that is really really great. I can honestly say it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. The BBQ chicken pizza is also good. They will make something fresh for you if you ask for it. The pizza my family ordered was pepperoni, it came out but my slice was really greasy, it was good anyway so I ate it all, the arcade is like the smallest arcade ever and some of the games don't even work, I tried a game and got the jackpot, 100 tickets came out, but there was supposed to be 1000, so they had to refill the tickets, from what i saw they only put 1000 more tickets in there and the ticket machine always gets clogged. My friend and I were debating on where to have lunch. My friend promised that if we ate here, I wouldn't be disappointed which i wasn't! The pizza was delicious. The only thing is that the prices are kind of high. It's not like domino's where you can get 2 or more medium pizzas for 5 bucks each. I did notice they have a buffet (reasonably priced) but it is only available during certain days/times. We ended up getting a large pizza. I checked in with yelp and received $2 off. Great little pizza place with a nice front line staff. Always friendly and helpful and although we've never eaten in, when we call in our order, they're courteous and friendly and take our order down correctly! Order is received in a decent amount of time and is always hot and fresh. Drivers are friendly so we tend to tip them more than we normally would. We LOVE our chicken wings 'double fried' so they're not slimy, as a matter of fact, my sister laughingly told the girl we wanted them crunchy enough to 'break a tooth'!! Inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is fresh, hot and delicious. Other times toppings are poor quality or the pizza is overcooked - slightly burnt. Time comes to pick up my order pay full price and when I get home I call to let them know that I didn't get the half price deal and they end up telling me I never said anything about the promotion.
