The same sour, sarcastic worker is there as in my first encounter months ago. Shame, because I love the pizza. But this one hung up on me when I commented how hard it was to use the website (for me) and seemed disinterested. I did comment as much. At which time, after already taking my order, she hung up on me. I called back. Asked if she had my order, she said no. I asked to speak to the manager. Hang up. Called back. Hang up. Called back. Hang up. Finally called back again and got a nice gentleman who qujickly took my order and my delicious pizza was here so quick! But I'm going to find another place and hope for the best. I'm sure I'm not the first to decide to give up because of her behavior. I reported to the manager some time ago and she was so nice and did try to compensate. But if this employee is comfortable with her behavior ( maybe a management family member, so okay?) I don't need further. And maybe they are so busy they don't really need the business. Even if the medium pizza came out to $40, and I didn't know they were now charging for delivery, I would have stayed a customer and possibly picked up. First time coming in here. We were at a close by school for a game and my son wanted pizza. Went in to order to-go. The guy at the counter was super friendly and took my order quickly. Picked up the pizza just over 10 minutes later and it was piping hot and perfect! It was pepperoni and olives on half. Lots of toppings and right amount of sauce. My family and I wanted to check this place out in search of some good pizza. We ended up ordering the breadstix, a 10 piece order of buffalo wings, and 2 large pizzas with meatballs and vegetables. They gave a really decent military discount of 25% which took our total down to $55. The food was just mehhh. It wasn't the worst that we have had, and it wasn't the best. The buffalo wings were good, they were only the mild side in terms of spiciness. The breadstixs were bland and could have had a bit more butter and cheese on them. Without the sauce, it tasted like just eating cooked dough. The pizza was okay. It lacked flavoring, seemed like only one cheese was used which was disappointing, but the crust was on point. Overall we were not impressed. I was hoping the food would have been better than it was but unfortuntely to us it wasn't. The search for great pizza continues. read more

I'm not sure if this was just on an off night maybe? We used to order from here almost weekly. We just haven't been getting pizza as often and have been trying the various different places around here when we do. The other night we were craving pizza and figured we would order from them. Never again unfortunately. One of the pizzas was literally dripping with something, not sure what. I did call them and they blamed it on my toppings (pepperoni, onion, artichoke hearts, extra sauce, well done) but this is the same pizza I order EVERYWHERE and NEVER have I ever received it like this. It was so gross. It was so wet the box itself was coming apart! I threw out all of the food we bought from them, almost $80 in the trash. It really seemed deliberate. I don't understand why it would be. Maybe I didn't tip enough? This was our second visit here, first time during COVID19. They are taking safety seriously employees were gloved and masked. The pizza was delicious. The Sauce was tasty, pizza was generously loaded with toppings, it was not overly greasy like some pizzas. We also got a antipasto salad that was a very good size and was just delicious, nice and fresh. Just came in and the only worker in the front wasn't wearing a mask when I walked in. I was under the impression that this restaurant was following the mask guidelines, I was clearly wrong. To the owner! Over the years of ordering from your establishment you've always stepped up to the plate. I was disappointed when you ended the two for Tuesday "And don't blame on the so called pandemic because that was way before then" and I've tried you a couple of times sence. I'm sorry to say that each of those times "Sence bear seems to be gone" it's been something with my order everytime. Either cold congiled cheese for late delivery, missing items or wrong items on the order. I do understand business and everything doesn't always go as planned. But here we are yet again. Computer went down and my order never went to the kitchen. I was told one hour max o delivery. One and a half later I called. No one called me. I called. Just so happens my order was being reviewed as I called. "HAHAHA" Your manager was ever so polite in helping me and apologize and gave me half off. I wasn't in no means trying to strongarm her. She made the situation right to please the customer. I was told it would be twenty minutes max. Half hour later still waiting. I only live thirty seconds from your location by car. I'm moving we're all tired and what better a pizza. So close and convenient right. This is a takeout establishment. There is no where to sit. I used a Groupon and had no problem redeeming it. My order was ready in 20 minutes. The pizza was good. I was so disappointed. I had ordered from here a few times lately and was satisfied with my order. This time I decided to pickup. I walked into the tiny pickup space and was appalled to see three men behind the counter, shoulder to shoulder, NOT WEARING MASKS. It wasn't even possible to stay six feet away from them because the space is so small. I don't know why they wouldn't want to take this step to protect their customers, but I won't be back for a long time because of this.
