This is a takeout pizza restaurant. There is nowhere to eat inside the store. But there is some outdoor seating. If it's nice weather you can have your meal out there. We asked for plates and cups, which they had no problem providing. My group used a Groupons to get two medium pizzas with breadsticks and 2 2-liter sodas. The staff was very friendly. Everything was ready in about 15 minutes. The pizza was decent. The breadsticks were pretty good, nice and soft. Some of the better breadsticks I've eaten. The pizza arrived almost 2 hours after we ordered from Grub Hub I will not order from this establishment again The pizza wasn't anything special at all and after all the talk I heard about how delicious this place was I was very disappointed I'd compare the pizza to Little Caesar's or Chucky Cheese except it's hot when you order it there. The antipasto salad was a complete joke ..basically a dinner salad with everything on top of it . My family has been going to Pizza Factory since the 90's. We always have gotten good service from the larger restaurants. Our only option for delivery in Murrieta is the store on Washington Ave. the last few times we have ordered from them (on purpose) we have been so disappointed. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a Greek Pizza with artichokes and spinach and a small order of wings. Not only did we not get the pizza we ordered, but the wings tasted like soggy frozen plastic chicken. They were also cold. My husband took the pizza back to get our money back. Can someone explain to me how a medium pizza and small wings cost over $30? We will no longer order from this store. This place is garbage. Dude at the counter was lame and didn't greet us at all. Maybe he was tired. Pizza was mediocre to poor. Customer service is like no other. My children and I are gluten intolerant and this restaurant goes out of their way to make it a great experience for us hands down. We have never gotten sick, the pizza tastes great and they go above and beyond to exceed our expectations making this a place that we would order from for any party, event or just to take home to enjoy. I bought a discount card to help our local little league baseball team. About two weeks after buying the card, I attempted to order two, one topping medium pizzas. I was told that each pizza, including delivery, would cost $17.00. Unbelievable! I could order six Dominoes pizzas for that price. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the order. As far as I'm concerned, Pizza Factory is a rip off. And I strongly suggest not buying into any fund raising schemes. It amazes me that they are still in business. read more

We ordered 16 XL Pizza at 0945 and the Owner Mark was the only one working that morning. We needed the Pizza's by 1100ish....I went to pick them up because the driver was not even on the clock till 1130! To my suprise at 1120 all of the Pizza's were complete and ready to go!!!!! A record I believe. Not to mention they were great tasting, hot and gone in 2hrs from all the staff here! Thanks Mark, we will try to give you more notice next time ;-) read more

This place never disappoints. There isn't a chain close to where I live, but there is one near where I work so we have on multiple occasions picked it up on the way home. The staff was wonderful and very warming; however, the pizza was rubbery and bland. The garlic cheese bread was nothing to show for and also no flavor at all. Could've made better at home. I'm so disappointed! I thought I called the Pizza Factory in Wildomar, but accidentally called this location. Wildomar's Pizza Factory is so much better! I ordered for delivery and service was good, however, after opening the pizza I couldn't believe it. I ordered a large pepperoni with bacon and had to double look to see if they even added bacon, it's like they sprinkled 10 bacon bits over the whole pizza. The pizza itself didn't even look appetizing and was very dry. I was surprised thinking I ordered from Wildomar, but after realizing that I ordered from Murrieta, it all made sense. Ordered food to be delivered from them and it took 2 hours, which was significantly longer than they estimated. By the time I got it, it was soggy. This was my first time trying them and if it hadn't been for such a long delivery time the food might have been ok. Probably won't oder again from them, at least when it comes to delivery. read more

I used to love the pizza here, but now I refuse to go. As someone with a tomato allergy, I should not be expected to pay $6 extra for white sauce. If I wanted olive oil I would order cheese sticks. I remember this pizza being pretty good about seven years ago. Either I had no taste buds back then, or this place has really gone downhill. Customer service is great, but this is hands-down the greasiest pizza I have ever, EVER had the misfortune to touch. Three paper towels couldn't soak up all the grease floating atop two small slices. The cheese tastes more like a plastic that aspired to one day be cheese-like when it grew up (and Pizza Factory believed in their dreams, damnit), the sauce tasted like bland tomato juice, and the crust... I can't even. That is the most flavorless, chewy piece of cardboard garbage I've ever had placed in front of me and described as "pizza." No. It reminds me of Kevin from The Office: "It's like eating a hot circle of garbage," except this wasn't even hot when it got here. Calling it lukewarm would be generous. And I can already feel my stomach start to reject the few bites I was able to swallow. Do yourself a favor: Just don't eat tonight. You're better off. read more

Pizza is pretty good...new gluten free crust is one of the better ones I've tried. My kids are obsessed with their bread sticks & garlic butter. Have to say that the staff truly makes it though.
