In case one of the main reasons you come to Pizza Factory is getting salad you should know that they shut down their salad bar 30 minutes prior to closing to put stuff away. Ok, that is 100% acceptable. BUT what isn't acceptable is to then refuse to make a simple side salad and instead trying to force you to buy an entire entree-size salad because they "can't" make it? So, you can make the full size salads but can't make a simple side salad. Hmmm. This location seems to be an exception to the rule of Pizza Factory's, which in general are very fine franchises with good service. read more

Pizza was pretty good - we also got the boneless wings and they were pretty dry. We arrived around 8:45pm and they closed at 10pm. We wanted a salad but they said it was all put away for the night? Seemed a little early considering closing time was more than 1 hr away? We also asked for blue cheese dressing for the wings and were told it was also put away. Today, I ordered a vegetable Calzone to go for the first time. I was very disapointed when I got home and opened the box because it looked like it was rescued from a big fire. The top was burned and the bottom was completely dark, like charcoal. There was only one customer ahead of me, so I don't understand how this happened. My husband and I have been eating here for a while and it's the amazing staff that keeps us coming back! Not to Mention the delicious food-hands down the best Greek salad ever!! Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and we had been from the hospital to labs, clinics, imaging, etc...we ordered our favorite dinner to make it easy and these wonderful folks not only had it ready but one of the staff had paid for our meal with wishes to get well and get through treatment well! Called on a Monday night and ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup. Was told they would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We went over at about 15mins and was told it would be another 10. At 1hour we paid as our pizza was just coming out of the oven. They took 15% off the bill due to the long wait. We were then handed only 2 pizzas and were told that was all we ordered and paid for. they offered to take 10% off our next pizza was told it would be a 10-15 wait. I've tried a 100 different pizza restaurants; tons of individual family owned, the well-known, Round Table, papa Murphy's, Pizza Hut, etc, and so many all blend together and you can't really tel the difference between one with the other. Went in again while doing laundry next door, because someone else paid. It's still too expensive and it's still not all that tasty to me. I would of been better off driving the 10 miles to Placerville and eat at round table but, I was too lazy Variety is lacking, with only one pizza at a time on the buffet line . Food was just ok.
