This is our absolute favorite pizza place on the mountain. The dough the generous topping the flavors are out of this world! Very pricy for a pizza but we always come back for more whenever we can. The food is amazing, and it's a common place on our list when visiting Show Low; however, staff could do better at clearing sitting space. Best pizza on the mountain. We are up staying at a vacation rental and decided to order take out. We easily ordered online and our food was ready fast. We ordered a specialty pizza and 3 other cheese and pepperoni. We also got wings and breadsticks. The wings were perfect, crispy and the hot sauce was delicious. The breadsticks are amazing and the pizza did not disappoint. We had thick and regular crust and both were great. They sent plenty of Parmesan and peppers, sauce and ranch. For me, going to Show Low isn't complete without having a meal delivered from The Pizza Factory. From the person who answers the phone to the delivery person they are always a pleasure to speak to. When I ask them for plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, etc, they always come through. Now, the food is totally amazing. The pizza is so good! Their small pizza is the chain pizza places medium. The crust is so good too. They don't skimp on cheese or toppings! The pizza is 2 meals for me. My husband loves their lasagna and their ravioli. He usually hates to have to choose so he orders both. That's 2 meals for him. I think our bill was around $30 including delivery. I figure $30 for 2 meals that are so good is so worth it. Wow, oh Wow!! We stayed in Show Low on Valentine's Day weekend and Presidents' Day weekend quite by accident. The wind was so horrible that driving further was out of the question. This ia a great pizzeria. The pie is good value with the perfect combination of sauce and cheese. The sauce has the perfect spice and the thin crust is fab. Its not too thin and doesn't collapse or get mushy or soggy. The meat toppings were very fresh and perfectly cooked. Went here for lunch today. When we came in there were only 3 other tables. My son ordered macaroni and cheese, I had the Alfredo, and my husband had a calzone. The macaroni came out first, then a table after us was served 2 different pizzas and then my husband's calzone came out. Three more tables were served, a couple of take out orders, and 15 more minutes went by before I received my food. The food was so spaced out that none of us actually ate together. We are new residents to Show Low although we have camped here several times. Our first order here. The phone order was easy; the man was cheerful and efficient. His estimate of delivery time was right on and even knew our exact location. The all meat pizza was amply covered, the crust was properly cooked and tasty. The antipasto salad was fresh with sufficient meat and cheese (unlike a previous review) the one complaint was that it had only one peperonchini that we had to split. Our order of chicken wings had the perfect heat level for us, spicy but not nuclear. All in all, a good experience. However, like all pizzas we compare them to Gondola Pizza in La Mirada, CA and all have come up a little short. read more

This is probably the toughest review I have had to write since starting my new Yelp-age up here in this beautiful town of Showlow. The first time we went it was decent and had a cute little waitress/counter person who made us decide to try again during the daytime buffet What a big mistake! I asked a couple questions to the cashier (later found out its the owner) Q: Do you ever take requests for the buffet? A: No, why would we, we have 4 more coming out soon if that is what you want Me: well I was... (about to ask about thin crust, but she cut me off) Her: we don't do specialty pizzas (snarky) Ate some salad and pizza... Pizza was not even close to our first visit quality Q: Where can I get a clean plate? A: just use that one Me: Oh most people don't allow that for health reasons Her: I don't care either way... (shoves a plate from behind the counter at me) Me: Could I.. cut off again without a plate for my wife and she goes to the back I explained what had happened to my wife and said, wow she must be having a bad day.. My wife had me take a look at her laughing and treating other customers nicely. I said, maybe it's me... My wife sweetly explained that it probably was, the dirty looks were focused at me, or at my appearance more likely. She had noticed it before even I who have lived with it for years. I remember stopping in here a time or 2 while living up here and when it came time to needing a quick lunch I remembered their buffet. Located in a strip of shops almost across the street from the Show Low McDonalds, it can be easy to miss. It is a quaint clean buffet with pizza, wings, bread, sticks, a drink and you can choose to add a salad bar. I found it a bit pricy at $10 for the buffet with salad bar but it was quick and tasty. Decent pizza but poor store policies Asked if I could get a specialty pizza less an ingredient. Answer. "Sorry we don't do that". Huh?? I get not allowing a substitution of a topping (ie.pepperoni for sausage or pineapple for pepper). It changes the product cost to an unknown variable that could be more. Removing a topping does not increase cost and has never been an issue for any pizza establishment I have been to. It reduces the product cost if they put less toppings on the pie, but they get to charge me the same specialty price. I described the lack of logic to the cashier and instead of listening she continued to explain that it "is the policy, sir". F that. Had it not been for that ridiculous display I would have probably enjoyed my 3 star meal and given them a thumbs up.
