A really good family pizza location. Although it sits in an area that's getting busier still feels like a small town pizza shop. The staff are really friendly and really care. And they make sure to get it right every time. That almost never happens anywhere anymore. This is as an evening I chose to pick up our pizza. What a treat it was to walk into the restaurant! Clean, welcoming, and staff were smiling, ready to serve. My pizza came right out of the oven. Garlic cheese bread was ready for sampling on the drive home. Salads were ready with extra dressing as requested. I would like to start by saying, the pizza is great 90% of the time. My disappointment with this evenings order was the poor customer service I received. We ordered delivery, time to be delivered was around 5:30pm, I called the restaurant at 6:04pm, asked where my order was. I was placed on hold, they swore it was delivered, well turns out they delivered to my neighbors across the street, I gave a description of the only car in our neighborhood and I figured out what happened. The manager said they would re.ake and get it out to us, but proceeds to tell me they needed the other order back, um, excuse me? I told the manager that I was not going to go across the street to a neighbor I don't know, and take something off their porch, if you need the pizzas back, YOUR driver can get them. We also have instructions to leave on porch as we have 3 large dogs, so answering the door is difficult. The manager tells me I NEED to come to the door so this type of thing doesn't happen again, WHAT??? Your driver should read the address properly, then it won't happen again!!!!!!!! They need to train the "manager" on customer service! read more

Walking inside on a Wednesday early afternoon, I noticed we were the only ones besides a couple older gentlemen. No biggie as I had my two rambunctious children that needed to blow off some steam in the gaming area. The management not only went over the top above and beyond with courtesy and service but they made my kids feel so special and seen. Shorty, the manager was very attentive and spoiled the kids with extras from the prize area. Food was delicious and they gave us free drinks. So came in there are 2 guys working and 2 guys in the place. 2 pizzas were al.ost gone and a ham and pineapple barely touched. Got a slice o pepperoni and some meat pizza for the other person I am with. Then the construction crew that came in after me wiped out the rest of the pizza. Thought I'd have a nice salad while I waited for more pizza, more than 10 minutes, but only had iceberg lettuce. Yuck. Last time they had real lettuce. They have so many varieties and choices it makes it fun to try new things all the time. I like the crust. It is then with a thick crust to it. I like to dip my crust into ranch but they do have honey if that is what you like. Love the weekly specials they run too. This is a great place for gluten free pizza. Ordered a large half cheese half mushroom pizza and it came with mushrooms on the entire thing. Not a big deal but definitely shows they don't follow directions. The quality of their pizza was mediocre at best. For $25 I would expect better quality. Their cheese is rubbery and it slides right off the pizza. The sauce is fine and the breading isn't bad. When in the resturant we soon realized that prices were a total rip off and did not match online menu pricing. When mentioned that the site had much lower prices the employee said, " Yeah, we know. I want to thank Alex and staff for taking care of us tonight. Yelp for some reason put the Red Rock location as my "first choice location" even though I live 5 minutes from Spanish Springs location. I did not realize that I made this mistake until my wife called me and said "our order was lost". Both managers were super apologetic and gave my wife a drink while she waited, again before we realized it was my fault. The pizzas we had tonight were the best pizzas I've had here. ordered a pizza to go and chose 5:30 pickup. got there at 5:20 and pizza was ready. yellow light. 5 minutes to home and the pizza was cold. It was a thin crust sausage and mushroom- large. The pizza had maybe 2 oz of sauce, 2 oz of cheese, 2or 3 mushroom slices per slice and 1 tiny piece of sausage per slice. All this luxury for 32.00. !!!! I enjoy there pizza and usually order delivery but decided to pick up this weekend. I was shocked by the state of the place. Trash on the floor. You could see and feel the things spilled on the ground. The trash was overflowing where they made the pizza. I wouldn't be writing this review if this one thing wouldn't have happened. I was watching the young girl spin the dough with her VERY long fake nails with no gloves on. Thinking to myself about all of the bacteria and viruses that grows under fake nails. Then, then watched her go straight from spinning dough to the computer, place an order, go to the fridge and then resume spinning dough with no gloves on without washing her hands. I was mortified. Needless to say I ate my cauliflower crust pizza and it was good. That's why they have 2 stars. read more
