Being from Chicago pizza is a BIG deal. At the risk of sounding sanctimonious, elitist or otherwise dickish about pizza I have learned to curb my opinion and try and focus on other redeeming qualities of the local pie taking into consideration the availability of proper ingredients in the region. To be honest, I can rarely be satisfied outside my realm and admittedly that applies here also. However, the crust is good, albeit a tad too 'new yorkish' for my taste, but the cheese and toppings are applied with love and plenty. No sauce however. No Italian flavor. First of all, if you are a believer of wearing mask or should i say pro-masking then you need to read this review, if u couldn't care less which means you are on the non-maskers group, then it doesn't matter. So being in the pandemic, we still like to suppor these small businesses by getting to-go's or take out. We called our food ahead and was in awe when we had to pick up our food. None of the customers dining are wearing a mask and worse is the whole kitchen, including cashiers had NO mask! This is the first time we have ever gone into a food establishment that is not practicing safety protocols during this pandemic. A big no no! This store made and served us a great pizza last time we were in Williams. We came into this place in early evening and ordered a half and half pizza. Ours was meat lovers one side, vegetables the other side. Both sides were piled high with yummy toppings. The tables were very clean, and they had some good tv shows on about fixing up older cars. Our pizza came out fast and we ate the whole thing. We had only ordered a medium as we were traveling and did not wish to have leftovers. The drinks (non alcoholic) are self service. First time trying the pizza and pasta and I can firmly say just get dominos and on top of that I felt extremely unwelcome. Once I walked in I got a dirty look from the guy making the dough and the lady at the register completely ignored me, another worker had to come help me and she didn't even give her space to check my online order. After I was helped a white family walked in and was greeted properly and even had a table cleaned off for them while I sat at a dirty one waiting for my order. Why does this staff hate life so much? I get that minimum wage and sauce-stained clothes aren't glamorous, but it will get them through their teen years with some booze and Forever 21 and Hollister funds. Our first trip was fine, not great but good. The location is great, walkable to the train depot and everything else in downtown Williams. We liked that they have a (very basic) salad bar. The prices were a tad high for an outdated pizza shop in a small town but it served it's purpose. Much better pizza than Station 66 down the street! The second time we were in Williams, we attempted to go here at 7:30 on a Monday (1.5 hours before the advertised closing). The salad bar was empty, chairs on the table and the two staff members looked at us like we had two heads when we walked in. Confused, we asked when they were closing, to which they answered, "In a bit." Thanks. Helpful. Needless to say, we weren't blown away by the hospitality. How unprofessional to not only close so early, but at least apologize and offer a coupon or something for the inconvenience. We won't be back. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never have I ever felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. A group of seven of us walked in around 6:30 on a Saturday night. One of the workers immediately walked over to us and told us very rudely that we were not allowed to have our refillable water bottles inside the restaurant and we had to remove them promptly. The lady at the cash register never stopped mean mugging us from across the room. We had a large group with more people meeting us so we went to move a table to make more room for us and she yelled at us again for moving a table. Calzone was about 11 bucks and it was a miserable version made by a teenager with no Italian cooking skills. The sauce was a watery resting place for my doughy undelight. This version had a decent crust, but was water-logged and the inside was a horror show of uncooked veggies and undercooked mozzarella cheese and no sign of any ricotta, which is what a calzone needs to be called a calzone. Holy s--t. Totally confused by the number of reviewers loving this place and the number of reviewers believing it should be vaporized. So many 5 stars, so many 1 star. Went there this evening and while the guy who took our order wasn't exactly Mr Congeniality, he was patient and did not hesitate to take our order which included a customized pizza. Food probably took upwards of 20 minutes but when it arrived it was piping hot, tasty, and prepared exactly as we'd asked. Had very brief interaction with a couple of other staff members and they were friendly and helpful. Will return when I next visit this town. read more

This place is full of rude workers. The worker taking our order has a bad attitude from the moment we started ordering. I asked how many bread sticks come in a small and she saying they're not twisted just round. Thank you for answering the question. The workers will yell and laugh at customers and talk shit about them, so loudly to each other where customers sitting and eating can hear them. We ordered takeout since it was freezing cold when we were staying in Williams. As with most other places in Williams, prices are a bit higher. The salad bar was decent, however, they weren't really prepared to service a salad bar takeout order (originally I wanted a caesar salad, however they said they were out). No containers for dressing?!? Ordered some pasta for the kids... The pasta was cooked well, and alfredo sauce was decent, but the chicken itself was tough and rubbery. My family and I came in today to grab dinner and we were met with an extremely rude employee who refused to answer any questions we had about the menu items. Instead, she would just point to the menu on the tables and wall mount. We were from out of town passing through so this first impression on the town was not a good one. Let's start by saying the food tasted good. This is our second trip to the pizza factory while visiting the area and the customer service this time was horrible. We walked in around 7pm on a Saturday night and they were deciding to close early despite crowds of people walking around the area. They were out of many items to include all red pasta sauces and meatballs. We felt like our $100 order was a burden to the staff and essentially they didn't want our business. First time visiting this little town. The food here was great. Took a little while but worth the wait. The town is very small and the locals tend to make you feel a little uncomfortable. Lots of stares....I'm half Mexican and half Caucasian. Looking more Hispanic. I got a lot of stares. My sister looks more Caucasian and she didn't get many stares at all. Made me wonder.
