While I can appreciate a business that's trying to make it and actually support themselves, from a purely comparative sense, the prices for their pizza and other items are a bit high. It's such a good deal at $6 bucks and they have a pretty good variety of pizza, 1 thing of pasta, breadsticks and a salad bar. Not crowded during the week so that's a nice thing. My husband & I finally tried this place last week, & I'm so glad we did! The service was great, I wish I remembered the gentleman's name that helped us, he was awesome. He told us to sign up for their rewards and we'd get a discount, which we did. Came here a few weeks ago for a team party. They forgot to make our pizza but quickly made it after we spoke up and even though we were the first to order and last to receive, the pizza was delicious. So came back today Sunday 1/30 around 1PM and not only was service better but the pizza was consistently great! Will be returning even though it's a bit of a drive for us but worth it for the great tasting pizza. The kids had fun in the arcade and they we were able to catch the football game. In a sue happy state like CA you figure they would be more honest but obviously bad owners bad management. Have ordered from this restaurant on 3 different occasions (2x via online ordering). Online ordering is pretty seamless and the time between ordering and pickup was around 35mins. Pizza is actually pretty good. Solid pizza that I will continue to order from. I did try the wings which I wasn't a big fan of. I believe these wings are baked and not fried. The dough was doughy, the sauce was like pure tomato paste and hardly any cheese!! This was a horrible pizza. The salads were okay. I also called up and asked them to be sure to include peppercini pepper flakes and packets of Parmesan cheese. They said "no problem" but did not bring them! What a disappointment!! A trainee didn't dock my pizza properly (Causes air bubbles, you learn something new everyday), I wouldn't have even noticed, but they made me a new pizza and let me take the air bubbled one. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza because I didn't want to feel like I was eating an entire cow for lunch--though by now it was more like linner than lunch. It took about 20 minutes to get a piping hot pizza that was surprisingly good. It wasn't the best pizza I ever ate, but it was very good. I thought it was a bit expensive, but what the heck. I was hungry. The crust was very good and kind of a medium--not quite a thin crust, but not thick either. It's one of the better crusts I've had on pizza. The pizza itself has a kind of smokey taste, like it if fired over wood, and quite agreeable. I thought the staff was professional and friendly without being intimate. We always order and XL pizza and my husband and I usually polish it off that night or the next morning. We love the bread sticks cause they are made from their pizza dough. Their salads are not what you would expect from a pizza place they are definitely missing something. They always put chicken on it, when I specifically ask for it without chicken. Tonight the guy taking my order got it correct, and I was charged correctly, but when I got home there was chicken all under my pasta. Now normally this wouldn't be something to complain about, but the chicken they put on their pasta sucks! totally tastes fake, just not good, not worth the extra money, and definitely a disappointment to get when you do not want it. Plus you get less pasta, which tonight made me even more upset because I was going to share this with my daughter, and instead ended up having to make something else for dinner. Pros: - Great quality pizza - Usually loads of space to have meetings here or large groups - Delivery is usually on time Cons: - A little on the pricey side (which is OK, support local biz and quality) - Service is sometimes a little meh depending on who you order from. I think this is because staff are usually a bit inexperienced who take your order (first job types) who don't understand or care to smile or have the natural skillsets to do so. The only 3 good things going on here are they are a good meeting spot for sports teams, they deliver, and they have a cheap buffet. They have a ghetto little Chuck-E-Cheese things going on with about 10 total games and crappy prizes for tickets won so they can make a little extra money. The bathrooms look like hell. The wings looked good, then the worker said "They are just precooked frozen Tyson chicken wings that we throw in the oven." The pizza is GREASY to the point my wife couldn't eat it. I still ate it cause I didn't want it to go to waste. The salad bar needs to be monitored closer and kept cleaner. The service seems ok, but gets very overwhelmed when all the parties come in. Lastly, the prices are way to high for the product you get. You can drive 10 min down the road and get 3 Little Caesers pizzas for the price of 1 Pizza Factory pizza...and they are better quality. Its disappointing that the only pizza place and restaurant where you can host parties in town has so many shortcomings. Hopefully they can change something up to make it better. I have been going to this place for a lot of years now, always a good experience. The garlic bread and calzones are very good, the pizza is pretty tasty as well. On certain nights you can go for the pizza buffet, which is all you can eat for a low price . The restaurant is always clean, it can get pretty crowded but that can be said for any place. It has a little game area / arcade for the kids, some of the games offer tickets and can be used to win prizes just like chuckie E cheese.
