Last night I ordered an extra large pepperoni and olive pizza with white sauce I also ordered some wings they were supposed to be all Flats half Buffalo and half BBQ they brung a regular large pizza with red sauce and all buffalo wings mixed I called them and explain how they messed up my order the manager accuse me of trying to scam for free pizza and hung up in my face three times and also called me back today upset because I had my niece write a review on Yelp last night which I don't see anymore I cannot eat red sauce as it gives me very bad heartburn so basically I spent over $40 on pizza and wings that I couldn't even eat the management as well as the employees were very rude lied and said that I harassed the driver when actually my little sister a kid got the pizza from the door as I was busy doing something else it wasn't until after she got the pizza from the driver and he already left that I went in the kitchen and realize the order was all wrong so to say that I harassed the driver was a complete lie my little sister said the driver was actually very nice my point is they could have came and got in their Pizza back as we had not touched it or eating it and refunding my money or simply corrected my order but to sit and call me names laugh and hang up in my face and lie on us totally not cool I will never ever order from here again and I would encourage everyone I know to do the same horrible customer service you don't treat somebody like that who is spending their money with you read more

I decided to put my GrubHub app to use being home alone while my fiance worked late and the kids with my inlaws.. Well, sadly this place was the only spot open. I'm not a fan of pizza, so right there I was offput. But, I ordered anyways because my husband to be would finish the pizza when he got home. I ordered, and it took the delivery kid about 45 minutes to come, then he called my cell phone saying he was outfront INSTEAD of knocking on my door.. Um, okay? Then he was so interested in my apartment design and large tv to give me my change.. I had to ask and he responded "Oh ya.. wow this place is nice.. how much is it? *Paused* Oh here's your change" All crumpled up and sort of wet. And he decided to stand there and extra second looking at me, I'm assuming waiting for a tip.. So I proceeded with a thank you and closed my door. Pizza was cold, soggy, and way too thin upon delivery. It sucks, I was looking forward to it considering the rating.

This is the only pizza that delivers to my apartment complex. I always thought it took a while to get my pizza but that is beside the point. Yesterday I ordered a pizza around 5-6 pm and when my pizza arrived the girl that delivered my pizza said 21.97 and I said I paid with my card on yelp. I pay with my card on yelp every single time. I didn't have enough cash so I told them I would call the store and pay with my phone. I checked my bank account and I had been charged for the pizza so I didn't call to pay. After I had gone to bed around 10 I was woken up at 11 to my dog barking aggressively and a banging on my door. It's who I'm assuming is the owner of this pizza guys. I open the door and he says "you don't pay for your pizza!" And has a receipt in his hand. I showed him my bank account and he says o. Looks at his receipt all stupidly, and my baby is now awake. Gross.. garlic cheesey bread has no flavor at all, zero. Tuscan garlic chicken pizza is disappointing: I hate chicken with fake grill marks and who puts diced tomatoes on a pizza? And there was a ridiculous amount of green onion and tomatoes.. I wasn't expecting much since it's just pizza guys but jeez.. it's sad how obvious it is that everything is pre-made or frozen. Good pizza for a chain and decent pricing. After the move to the new location pizzas started taking much much much longer to be delivered, and every delivery the driver asks to write a review. The pizza is usually good, sometimes its undercooked or light on toppings, but most of the time its fine. Wings are usually good as well, sometimes overcooked but not too much. Personally I think its a bit, well aggressive to ask people in person for reviews, I understand they help but it just makes you uncomfortable. read more

This place along with DELIVERY.COM straight up just robbed me outta $43 smh. I usually love pizza guys and was really looking forward to eating it, I ordered and everything seemed to go fine until after about an hour and my delivery still hadn't came(they said it would take 35-45 mins as I live right up the st) so I go to call pizza guys to see what's taking so long with my o and what do u know they aren't picking up. I waited on hold for about 10 mins then I hung up and called again waited another 5 still no answer. So I hang up and decided to call delivery.com since they were the ones to take my order and they don't pick up either, they however have a vm so I leave a message detailing what happened and that I'm yet to recei my order. hang up with deliver.com and tried pizza guys one last time still no answe. next day no follow up call to my message no refund and still no damn pizza. So I called delivery.com back and they call pizza guys and these mfs lie and say they attempted to deliver my food but no one answered the door or the phone. SMH and then went on to say that they couldn't deliver it because my apt num wasn't on my door which is a damn lie & was at that point the 2nd or 3rd lie they had told as to y they couldn't deliver or issue a refund or even just my dang puzza still! I ordered ONLINE from the Antioch location on 2/24/19 but have ordered via telephone in the past. While I was ordering I noticed they accepted promo codes and I went on Retail me Not and got the code for a 20% discount but is was not accepted. I then tried the code for a free 8 piece wings w/purchases over $15.00, for which I qualified, and it didn't work. I completed my order and noted that I hoped they would honor one of their promo codes. When they received my order they called to confirm the order but didn't mention anything about my request to honor their discounts. I picked up my order, even though I was afraid to get out of my car because the area was sketchy and there were random individuals just standing around outside. When I got inside the store I immediately inquired about the issue with their promo codes. The male manager was kinda rude with me, telling me other things that I needed to do in order to qualify for their promo codes, even though it wasn't stated on the promo code but that I could have a "free" 2 liter soda, which I would have received anyway since I was picking up my order. Thank God his wife came over and spoke with me and advised me that the individual franchises do not have any say so on marketing issues, only their corporate offices. She then promised to contact them about my issue and get back to me. While I don't expect this to happen, I did appreciate her respectful tone and I think her intentions were good but I honestly DO NOT expect any follow up. As far as the actual food, tonight must've been an off night for them all the way around because there lemon pepper wings tasted like regular grilled wings without the seasoning AND some of my wings were cooked with the feathers still on! The Penne Pasta Rustica was pretty good, especially since I requested they go easy on the garlic sauce, but the garlic cheese bread had too much of the garlic sauce on it. Have ordered from this Pizza Guys for a couple yrs since we moved into the are and usually they are ok, until this evening!! After ordering a 2/ $22.00 special and bringing it home for our family of 6, my husband bit into a slice of pepperoni and mushroom pizza only to spit it right back out. A big clot of what appeared to be dirt, with bird dung in it, was melted into the pizza! I'm not exaggerating at all!! If I could post the picture I would!! I ordered a gluten free pizza to be delivered at 6pm for my dinner break at work. Delivery guy came around 6:15 with a very glutenous pizza. I called to get them to send the right pizza being that I'm allergic to gluten. The girl seemed put off that I would want what I ordered and said give her a few minutes and hung up on me. I gave that pizza to my co workers and an hour later, my break being over now, a girl shows up with my pizza and asks for the wrong one back. I ordered a pizza for my family and friends during the Packers Bears game, i ordered it at 12:20, after 1 hour and 20 minutes, i called and they said it was almost here, "On its Way" tell me you havent heard that before, THen after another 20 minutes of NO PIZZA, i called again to get some story about a delivery drivers car being towed, of course, i felt bad if this was true, he said it was 20 minutes ago, which frustrated me, i said the pizza should be free of charge and i will tip the delivery driver extra money for his troubles. THey said great idea, THEN THERES MORE, after another 40 minutes i decided to call again, to find out that they were waiting for another driver and my pizza was on top of oven, they they tell me the driver just left with 8 orders, then i said, WHY WAS MY PIZZA NOT THE TOP PRIORITY, SINCE I ORDERED 2 HOURS AGO, which was not responded to, so now it has been 30 minutes since that call and STILL NO FREAKING PIZZA, i have ticked off friends and hungry people ready to leave, I have never written one of these before, i hate to be caused to do this, BUT I AM PI**ED OFF......Customer service no good in my opinion, as my brother is yelling to offer to pay again, thinking they have put my aside because of this small agreement made to me by the employee, IT IS GREAT PIZZA HOWEVER, AND THIS IS THE FIRST ISSUE WITH THE PLACE, I just hope this helps to ensure there are no more issues. read more

This place has really gone downhill in recent years. The size of their Large pizza has decreased, and the crust is nearly as thin as a piece of cardboard. Why are the personal pizzas so tiny you should really have the size listed instead of ripping people off.

This place has the worst customer service for a business I've come across! The location for the parking lot is very dangerous and many many guys standing around smoking week and drinking and watching your moves. So keep this in mind if you do go here! As for their customer service, it's absolutely HORRIBLE! This owner is very rude and I will NEVER go to this business again for the way she treats her customers. I ordered a pizza over the phone and used one of the options they gave me when answering, so I go to pick up my pizza and simply asked don't you have the $18.99 special anymore? And they said yes, we do and I said I wish I had known so I could of ordered that special. So the counter person tells the owner she doesn't want the pizza anymore which I never said. So the owner looks at me and says void it out and throw out the pizza. And I said hey I never said I didn't want it and my daughter is expecting me to come home with a pizza. I still tried to purchase the pizza ordered with the counter girl and the owner put a stop to it and refused to let me get it. So of course I left unhappy. This owner has no idea how to treat long time customers and should not be in business. I've also had food poisoning from this place before and it took me a while to come back but I did but based on this recent experience I will never go back plus I didn't enjoy seeing a rat by the cold drinks area. That alone made me glad she refused my pizza purchase in the end. Maybe this is why people get sick from their pizza! So if you do get pizza at this location, you might get sick from it or get treated horrible or maybe even robbed in this unsafe parking lot. they changed their "system" and no longer have any previous customer records. on top of that, they were not willing to deliver an order if it was less than $12.00 before tax . my order was $11.99!!!! plus delivery and tip it would've been atleast $20.. very poor managment/ ownership. lost a loyal customer who was so upset had to let everyone else know how poor their decision making process is!!! read more
