We order pizza about once a week...usually on Fridays. We used to try different places until we called Pizza Guys for delivery one day. The people we talk to on the phone are kind and considerate. When they quote you the estimated time of delivery they usually deliver before that time. The pizzas are piping hot when they arrive. Their drivers are friendly and always remember to thank you. Me and my friends ordered two medium pizzas last night because we were all hanging out. The Indian man on the phone was very nice, we even pre left the tip before they delivered it. It took the delivery guy 55 minutes to bring two pizzas , and to top it off all 5 of us got food poison, and currently on the toilet. Stay clear away from this place. I kinda feel bad for these dudes because you know they get robbed at gunpoint on the reg. All the delivery guys are cool as hell and I've never encountered any issues as far as slow delivery times or screwed up orders. Pizza Guys has some amazing pizza. Despite the fact that this location is on Sycamore, its still legit pizza. The employees I have found are friendly, despite where their location is, and have always been on time as far as getting my order ready. The other day I had sausage, peppers, and olive pizza, and it was INCREDIBLE. They also accept online orders and often have coupons. Check'em out. Be aware of the parking lot, though, lots of ghettoness around. But as I've reiterated over and over again, it doesn't affect the taste of the pizza. read more

I have never had a problem at this pizza guys. My guys love their pizza and it's pretty cool that you get a free 2 liter when you pick up your order, which we do every time. Typically get an x large pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese which tastes great. My husband loves their chicken strips (I am not a fan). We sometimes get their cheesy garlic bread that is very good. Location is pretty ghetto, so be aware of your surroundings. read more

My husband and I order pizza for delivery from them on the regular. I practically lived on their Pizza through my pregnancy. Anyhow, I am writing this review after what I believe may be our first real complaint with them. Usually we order online for the convenience factor, but today the website was down. So, long story short they sent us the wrong pizza. They were so quick and courteous while handling our complaint and promptly corrected it and sent us the pizza we had originally ordered. (At no additional coat to us, of course) Like I said before we have been getting our pizza from them since we moved to Antioch, and this is the first time we have had a mistake with our pizza. I'd say with the amount of pizza and frequency with which we get pizza from them- that is a pretty good track record. The quality is consistently good, and the price is pretty decent. My personal favorite is the Mexican Taco pizza with jalapeños. It is so good! Thank you Pizza Guy's for taking good care of us! Like always. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because sometimes you forget the red sauce with the cheesy bread. Lol. read more

After posting this review I need to say that after checking out things I don't know if the fault lies with Yelp, GrubHub, or Pizza Guys part of this app. Some how the order I placed in Antioch I was charged for through NY, NY So needless to say I didn't get the pizza I ordered & paid for on this app. I won't be using it to order anything else until it gets straightened out! I usually enjoy this pizza, tonight it's not the pizza that's the problem but ordering through this app. I placed an order to pickup @ a location close to where I was at the time. As I was finishing the order I noticed there were delivery charges & tip already added, I usually try to tip in cash I tried calling number on here to no avail the only thing I got was a message if I was there for curbside pickup or wait for the next person to answer, I waited & nothing so I decided that it would be faster for me to drive to the Contra Loma store & talk to them so I did I went in & the said they didn't have my order, & they don't know where it is. Now the charge has already gone through to my bank & I don't know if I'm even going to get my pizza or where it's coming from. Terrible customer service!!! We were waiting for our small pizza for over 30 minutes. When the pizza came it was the wrong pizza. Had to wait another freaking 10 minutes. My family and I have been going to this pizza guys for a long time and we have had a few problems before but the new owners have seemed to care and tried to help. But this time my wife went to go pick up the pizza and again the pizza was made wrong. Not the first time but before I was offered a solution and it was made right. This time she was not. The pizza is extremely overpriced for the quality they provide. It's Little Caesar's quality with Round Table prices, and it's not worth it. The area is really sketchy, with underage kids drinking alcohol in the parking lot. The employees are also clearly apathetic about their jobs, because the customer service is below average. I would rather just spend my money at Little Caesar's because at least they are consistent (and cheap). read more

Do not go here. I went to pick up my order and the guy that was making the pizza's came over and asked if i was picking up. He did not take off his gloves when he took my money or gave me money back. Then i asked for peppers and cheese which he did and walked away and still did not take off his gloves. He went back to his station and pulled out the pizza dough and that's when I told him. " Excuse me you are toughing food and you didn't change your gloves. He said it's ok we have hand sanitizer. I said wait that has nothing to do with you touching money and then the food. He then said he doesn't touch the phone because the sauce he uses has a spoon while he's touching the counter where they make the food and still didn't take the darn gloves off. Im like you still haven't took the gloves off and now you are touching the counter. Then he said he washes his hands every hr. OOH wow that makes me feel better so you are handling money from i dont know how many people and just because it's not an hr you are not going to change your gloves. I left and decided not to open or eat the pizza and called them right away. told him Im not going to eat it and i want my money back. Espicially now that this COVID-19 is going around i do not want to get sick nor do i want anyone else. so after work i went back to take the pizza and they have a sticker seal to show the pizza's havent been open and that's what they put so it shows i never opened it. Be warned extremely immature managers possibly owners. Will know your food is messed up and choose to avoid you. I know this place isn't the best but my girls like the cheese pizza and boneless wings so even though they've made my pizza raw and other mishaps I finally am done. The last order was really bad my daughters didn't eat their food and my pasta was extremely questionable and made me fell unwell. The cookie we ordered looked like it had been sprayed with oil or something. I called to ask about it and the manager Suma laughed asked me to send her photos of the food (since they were closing) and she's call me the next morning. Trying not to be rude or imposing I said okay. The next morning and day no call came. So I called the afternoon of the day after which the guy said she be in today. I called today, noonish, the employee who answered was texting with her while talking to me but nothing was said from Suma to me only that she'll call me back. So I called again in the evening (since she was supposed to be in today I figured if she wasn't in in the morning than evening). If I could give this place zero stars. I had gotten a text message saying my card was charged for an order I never ordered. I called them guy who answered first was so sweet. Said he would get the manger the manger came to phone I explained the situation he had said wasn't there problem call door dash. I repeatedly told him I never order from DoorDash or there location. If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been ordering pizza from this pizza guys since they came to Antioch. About 18 years, and dealt with going to Sycamore to pick my pizza up for a free soda. I don't normally request delivery but I was feeling good today and didn't feel like picking up the pizza. I ordered an XL California Garlic Chicken pizza that comes with toppings of green onions, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, chicken, and red onions. When I got my order I opened it and it didn't look right, all there was , was red onions and chicken with mozzarella cheese. All I can remember was that green onions were missing, so I called Pizza Guys back to tell them that green onions were missing. The guy I spoke with told me that he would send the driver back with green onions and or he would refund me $1.30, so I chose to get green onions brought back to me. Then after I took another bite I realized that the cheddar cheese was missing, before I could call back, the delivery driver called me and said he had the cheddar cheese and green onions for me. I was livid! I called Pizza Guys back and told him, I told him this was not what I ordered and can I get another pizza, he proceeds to tell me NO, and that he would refund me the price of green onions and cheddar cheese. I told the guy that is not what I ordered, and I have to sprinkle the toppings on myself which wouldn't be melted in with the other toppings, and that the pizza will not taste the same. Nevertheless he didn't care, he refused to give me a full refund and or a free pizza for my next order, he only over me 20% and then later in the conversation he offered me 25%. I told him that he lacked the skills for customer service and that he was competing with other pizza places that would remake the pizza. He didn't care, he said I was being rude when in fact he was. I asked to speak to the woman that is always there that takes my order but he claimed she wouldn't be working until the weekend. I told him that it's a shame that for $22.99 he will lose a long time customer. This employee was rude and condescending to me and didn't care that they made a mistake, shame on them.
