This place is an easy 4-star pizza place. I'm tempted to give it a 5. The pizza is not excessively greasy or oily, and the pizza dough is well made--not too doughy. The service is great as well. Tried Pizza Guys for the first time and yes, it's very good! The ingredients are quality and the toppings generous! I asked for extra cheese because I thought they'd skimp like most places, but no...the extra was way more than what's needed so I will order regular cheese next time. The regular crust has some bite to it, a bit too much for my particular taste, but tasted great and probably fine for most folks. For me, I will try the thin crust next time The service was also great. I placed an in person order on a Saturday afternoon and interacted with two workers both were courteous and friendly and the place was well kept and clean. This is likely my new go to pizza place....sorry Uncle Ernie's! My friend works for one of the pizza guys locations in the Northern California area, so I wanted to try them out and omg the pizzas are so bomb!! The pepperoni is crunchy, it had a lot of flavor and texture. I made a mistake and accidentally ordered 3 pizzas on their website so I had to call them to fix my mistake, which they did with no issues. I got the pepperoni and cup & crisp pepperoni with their base mozzarella cheese. The stubborn soda drink is also delicious, in my opinion better than coke. Food is absolutely amazing! Family owned business and they are so kind and helpful. We stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn right next door and it was so convenient and easy to order here. The pizza was fantastic and the Cheezee Bacon Rolls were our favorite. We came back not once but twice on our short trip. I really wasn't expecting much... It was the only pizza place still open @ 10:15pm on a Saturday. The overall reviews were great, but by only 12 people, so I figured this place was fairly new. First, they were very welcoming on the phone, despite the late call and fairly large order. I was excited that they were able to accommodate our request of a large half bbq chicken and half Hawaiin. Other pizza places won't fulfill orders of half bbq chicken with other traditional marinara toppings due to the mix of sauces. I also ordered one large, full pepperoni, one order of bbq chicken wings, one order of lemon dry rub chicken wings, and one pesto cheesy bread. The shopping center they are located in is new and bright, so I felt safe driving in by myself at a fairly late hour. The inside was also new and very clean. When I arrived at the store, they were still preparing my order, so I waited until about closing before it was ready. Both gentlemen behind the counter were very apologetic and were working hard to fulfill mine and another party's order, just before closing. Due to the rush and time constraint, I wasn't sure how the order would turn out when I got home. To our very pleasant surprise, all items in the order were still made with care and delicious, as a bonus! The pepperoni pizza had generous amounts of crisp pepperoni and remained so fresh even after having to wait a half hour before eating it. The half bbq chicken and half Hawaiin also stayed fresh and had great flavor. The two chicken wing orders went quickly, as they were nicely fried before adding the sauce/seasoning. Although, I must also comment that the size (mass, not count) of the actual wings were a bit smaller than we are used to, but the flavor made up for what they were lacking in size. I took a chance with something new in the pesto cheesy bread, but my entire party commented on how tasty it was. Overall, we are so pleased to have found a new go-to pizza place, great for late-night orders! We are looking forward to trying other items on their extensive menu, very soon. read more

I called and made a complaint and they said, they would take care of my complete order the next time I Decide to get pizza from them!
