Horrible. I've had good pizza from them, but it's far and few between. The last two times I've ordered they've forgotten my soda, and I ordered thick crust with double pepperoni and have gotten a flat pizza with two pepperoni slices on each size. Seriously????? 2 slices of pepperoni when I pay for double and a thin crust when I pay for thick crust. Their customer service is horrible as well, it took them 45 minutes for them to bring me back my soda (after they forgot the first time, then brought me the wrong one the second time!) and no apology. I will never order again after the last experience with them, I can deal w bad customer service if the pizza is worth it, but it was so mediocre and a complete waste of money. Stay away. read more

I usually always use this pizza guys the service always has been excellent and the pizza is delicious and inexpensive. But today I ordered a pizza and told them I wanted a xtra large half and half, two toppings and one topping. There was confusion bout the topping choices at the begining but was resolved by the ending of the order. My order was repeated back correctly and I was ensured my DELIVERED pizza would arrive correctly, well it didn't and when I called back to notify them after the generous tip the driver recieved and decent bill I paid, I was told I made my order incorrectly and I was basically %#&@ out of luck unless I planned on purchasing a whole second pizza and I could be discounted $2... Thanks. Honestly I would rather pay an extra 5-9 dollars to order from mark and monicas and PICK IT UP myself. I loved the breadsticks but only enjoyed one slice of my my "half" and I will admit it was good but would've been better with my other topping...the customer service is decently NOT decent. UPDATE: New management contacted me and apologized for the complications and made up for it as well with store credit. Very pleased with location with new owner, Mark. So, let me start on a high note.We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad.One large 1/2 pepperoni pineapple 1/2 sausage pineapple and a medium 1 topping with the beyond meat sausage.The medium was $20.I assume that the medium costed so much because the Beyond Meat is a little more expensive than regular sausage.I grumbled a little bit about the cost, but I figured it would be worth it once I got home to enjoy it.I open the large pizza and it looks amazing, and smells wonderful!! The toppings so plentiful that some had already fallen off.My mouth starts to water thinking about the next box that is gonna be opened.Man, what a complete letdown!! I felt like my medium pizza was on an episode of Nailed It!!! There is ONE piece of sausage on almost every single slice of pizza.ONE!!! In their defense, there was maybe three pieces that had more than one crumble of Beyond Sausage. I was so incredibly disappointed!! We walked in to order our pizza. They were very busy, but they were very friendly from the second we walked in the door. One of the guys came from the oven area to take our order. He was very pleasant and professional. We requested a few changes on their standard gourmet pizzas and he was very patient. He said our order would take 10-15 min. We came back in about 20 and our order was done and it was accurate. The pizza themselves were really good. We did the Mexican pizza minus the onions and added jalapeños. I ordered a pizza over the phone for pick up. The worker over the phone seemed like he hated his job with no care of my order or questions. Didn't even get my name for the order. When I came in all the workers looked up at me but no one came up to help me.. after waiting there for some time finally someone came up and Again someone who had horrible customer service and seemed like he hated his job. The clerk named Swetlana not only did she took my order wrong and send me the wrong pizza but wrote the address incorrect on the order and the delivery could not locate my house and got a cold pizza delivered. Not only did this clerk wrote the information down wrong I spelled my address to her not once but 3 times. This girl should not be the person that takes the order if she is unable to write down a address that's is being spelled to her. Decent priced pizza. But always remember that you get what you pay for. I like all pizza and eat pizza at least once a week. This was my first time ordering from this location and I ordered delivery. It took a lot longer than they said it would to get to my house and the pizza was decent but not as good as the Rancho Cordova location. I will prob eat here again. Yes I ordered two medium specialty pizzas, yes I used my entertainment book coupon for buy one get one free which clearly states you cannot have the free two liter soda with pick up. However... I also ordered two small orders of wings, a cheesee bacon bread and a salad. Total nearly $40. I asked about the two liter but kid at register refused. Now, I could have split my order and received the two liter soda free. I dont understand the logic?? But i am assuring you I wont be going back.
