Good sandwich but terrible value this was $15
    Rich B.

January 2025, paid $15 for a "medium" sub and barely even got a 6 inch sandwich for the price of $15. C'mon people it doesn't matter how good the sandwich is, that is ridiculous for a turkey sandwich with a slice of cheese and one tomato. The sandwich wasn't bad but again to pay $15 and not even get a 6 inch sandwich. This was small it did not even fill me up. Yea at some point we can't just keep blaming "inflation" for this ridiculousness. Firehouse subs: "Pay a lot get a little"

Worst Firehouse Subs location ever been to out of the 1.215 locations. First the hours are wrong - they close at 8 instead of 9. Went in to get my order at 7:40 and was told I could not eat inside the interior seating closes at 7:30 PM. Had to sit outside and finish my sandwich by 7:50 but they had already locked the doors by 7:48 PM. Could not hear the person behind the counter because the restaurant plays very loud Hispanic music so had to keep yelling. Find another restaurant plenty in the area if you want to eat inside at 7:30 on the weekend!!

Don't eat here. Initially I was told that a restroom was closed when it absolutely wasn't. After I used the restroom I went to order and the guy huffed and puffed before taking my order. I should have left when he seemed annoyed but I wanted to order because 1 I had already used the businesses restroom and 2 I was hungry. My sandwich was scrawny. Definitely not what I have come to expect from firehouse subs. This was definitely the worst sub that I have had all year.... Please get this corrected. You should not be known for this

Bowl of soup $5.59 next to the free small cup of water. The soup is expensive.

New location, easy parking, really tasty sandwich selections at a super premium price. The medium size sandwich is in the $12-$13 range, it is a decent size sandwich but at that price there should be more meat. The Large sandwiches are huge but they are like $16. Of course mix in the drinks and the price skyrockets. The food quality is solid and the staff is always really nice and helpful. I like this place but I can only come here every couple of months, if they were 15% cheaper I would be here all the time.

Don't bother requesting anything slightly off from how they list it. It's too much work and too confusing.

Prices have climbed so far at this place, it no longer fits my definition of a lunch spot. $18 for just the sandwich? Ahhh...no thanks!

The day we went, we were looking for sandwiches to eat. Seeing the active smoker outside, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was BBQ Day! We ordered Georgia Peach Sweet Tea, Blackberry Mango Iced Tea, Cherry Cashew Coleslaw, Alabama Style Potato Salad, cornbread, 1/2 lb brisket and 1/2 lb pulled beef shoulder. The drinks were refreshing, the sides were so good I ordered more to go, and the meats were very tender & juicy. There was also a side of complimentary pickles that came with the meats that were quite tasty! My only criticism was the cornbread, hubby liked it but I thought it was too dry. Looking at the containers, it doesn't look like a lot of meat but we did have some leftovers. I see that their menu varies so I need to check them out soon and try their other BBQ offerings. Find them in a trailer in front of Home Depot. There's picnic tables available for dining.

Has that feeling.. ya know?!? Service was fast and friendly, everything was super fresh, made to order and solid portions. I got the village veggie, with no cream cheese, but thinking back.. that would probably even make the sandwich more epic, it hit all the right spots. It was flavorful and delivered very well. - my buddy got some kind of chicken sandwich that he said was amazing as well. I also got a coffee and that was tasty, they use Java City, nothing special in my eyes, but I get it. It's a longtime staple. - I didn't even get to touch the desserts this time!!, that will be my mission next visit, along with trying something else... from roaming local roosters to just a really beautiful hangout, definitely this place is worth checking out. They're open 7 AM to 6 PM so I'd say you have really no excuse other than to go get that bomb deli sandwich!

As someone who is bipolar and been homeless before, I always pass along my leftovers to one of the homeless that hangs out in the park. I came up to him today with a cup of tea, and he asked if I could get him a cup of coffee. I said sure, it's 2 dollars that I can spend on someone in a similar situation that I have been in myself before. I came out with a cup of coffee for him, he was standing by the bar down the street. He requested milk and sugar. I didn't want to touch the cup he was holding so I said okay. The girl at the register was happy to give me an extra cup for milk and sugar. I filled it and was cornered when I was exiting. She was fuming, flustered saying that refills aren't free. How dare I take free refills from the shop before. I apologetically expressed I can pay for a second cup of coffee. She didn't back down. She verbally berated me in front of EVERYONE and it was an awful experience. I've been homeless myself but I've never looked it. This is unacceptable behavior and very ableist. I will still come by, but I wanted to warn others that this place is very discriminatory against the disabled homeless population and I do not want to be a part of this kind of energy.

This specific Sandwich Spot location was one of my original favorite sandwich shops of all time…read more My friend Ashley and I used to always come here and split a Cougar on Dutch Crunch, sub pastrami for turkey. Feeling nostalgic, I recently decided to have lunch here. I asked for a Cougar with pastrami instead of turkey. "You want a number 26?" (Looks at menu) "Yes, with pastrami instead of turkey." "Number 26, right?" When I had walked in, I saw two girls cleaning. One of them had stopped to take my order. After taking my order, she continued to clean for exactly ten minutes before stopping, washing her hands, and beginning to prepare my sandwich. (I'm positive that it was exactly ten minutes before she even *started* to make my sandwich, because I get a text message the minute my card is charged, so it's easy to just look at the text, and see how much time has elapsed.) As she finished making my sandwich, another guest came in. After she placed her order, the second girl washed her hands, and both girls made her sandwich together. While I had waited nearly fifteen minutes for my sandwich, this girl waited for less than two. It was so odd. As I ate my sandwich, both girls behind the counter stared at me so hard that I seriously wondered if they had done something funky to my sandwich. So, all of that was very strange. But the sandwich was good. None of the ingredients were missing. The veggies were all in ridiculously tiny quantities in comparison to the super smearing of sauce, but, it was all there, and it tasted good. When it comes to sandwiches, in terms of the meat, you get what you pay for. Sandwich Spot uses cheaper meat than some fancier delis do, but they also use a larger quantity of it. So, if you would rather have a large amount of okay pastrami versus a medium amount of great pastrami, then, Sandwich Spot is the spot for you. If you're really into premium lunch meat, though, this isn't it. The pastrami tasted like it could have come from the fridge section at Winco or Walmart. Overall, for a cheaper/lower-end sandwich place, Sandwich Spot is still one of my favorites. I love their menu, and haven't found a sandwich quite like the Cougar anywhere else.

When she noticed I was a bit annoyed, she provided it. The music they have piped in is too loud making it hard to hear and place orders and to have a conversation. We paid over 38 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 2 small bags of chips and 2 small drinks. Sorry....too much money for what we received. I will likely not return to this location.
