I ordered two large pizzas and ate Wings on New Year's Eve and received two cheese and two pepper packets. I typically always order from here but this is the second time that I've had an issue with them I don't know if it's new management being cheap or what but I will not be ordering pizza from here again after my encounter that I've had with them. I ordered 20 cheese and 20 peppers and they told me that it's complimentary for two cheese and two peppers and that it is expensive I told them I had no problem paying for it that is why I added it to my order if you want to charge me you should add the fees on the website. On top of that the packets are so small it can barely even went on one slice of pizza . Long story short I went to Target and bought it myself because they never brought it also forgot my Ranch for the wings that I ordered. The cheese on the pizza also tasted old. Typically I can eat their Pizza the next day but unfortunately my two slices that I had left I ended up throwing out because the cheese just would not warm up correctly. Guess I'll be ordering from Mountain Mike's or round table from now on. So disappointing especially for my two young kids since they love Pizza Guys. But there was no type of apology from management just I can send it after I had already went out to go buy it myself what do I order delivery for if they can't even deliver correctly. Good selection of pies. We had 3 larges, one of each crust style: thin, regular, thick. Loved the thick, thin wasn't the typical "thin as cardboard", and regular didn't jump off the plate. I used to love this place because the pizza was decent for the price and it was always quick yet fresh and hot. It's not high end but better tasting than Pizza Hut or Dominoes, yet not as pricy as Skip's or Round Table. My two biggest complaints are for one that they never offer you cheese and peppers and when you ask the driver for them they only give you two packets of each no matter how much pizza you order, if they even brought any, or they always say that's all they have. Your a pizza place, how are you always short on cheese and peppers??? Always!!! Secondly, when they screw up your pizza your left waiting another 30-45 min for a new pizza thats not cooked thoroughly because they rushed it, and even skimpier on the toppings than the first time. Then you have to wait another 30 mins to eat while you finish cooking it yourself at home. Plus, to top it off, they never even offer you any type of compensation for their screw up whether it be a free dessert or a discount on your order, no they give you attitude and argue with you and try to blame it on you, because how dare you complain your pizza is wrong and then they still don't bring you back cheese and peppers!!! I mean come on now, your charging $20-$25 for one pizza that you skimp the toppings on and then charge a ridiculous $3.50 delivery fee that your company pockets and then you still expect a tip for your drivers?? That's ridiculous!! There's way to many choices out there to continue being treated this way by anyone I'm paying a service for. Tonight was the last straw for me after paying $50+ tonight on pizza, that barely had any toppings on it, and your driver telling me oh sorry I don't have anymore cheese and peppers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. We are visiting from SoCal, staying at a hotel. We decided to order take out. We saw Pizza Guys on Uber Eats. We decided to try them. We ordered a salad, a calzone, creamy chicken pesto pasta, and flamin hot wings. With the salad we ordered blucheese dressing because that wasn't an option for the wings. For the wings we ordered ranch and more flaming hot sauce. For the calzone we ordered extra marinara sauce. Guess what we didn't get? All the sauces except the dressing for the salad! That really messes things up because we use the blue cheese for the wings and we have no dressing for our salad now. The calzone is just a folded pizza with no ricotta cheese on the inside. So it's a folded pizza. Not a calzone. The creamy chicken pasta has too much black olives in it and it was sour. I was so disappointed. Not happy. The only things that were good were the wings and the garlic cheese bread that came with the creamy chicken pesto pasta. I hope I don't get food poisoning!!!!!!!!!! read more

This was an eat24 order. I was hoping for a better experience. I'm really looking forward to writing more positive reviews on yelp. But in this case, while the delivery was prompt, the food could have been hotter and tastier. The cheese on the pizza was not melty, In fact, the pizza crust had no crispiness to it, and eating the pizza brought me back to school cafeteria days. It had plenty of pepperoni, but really the pizza was nothing special at all. The chicken wings had no texture whatsoever..but soggy. Not surprising since they were delivered in a sealed plastic bowl in a puddle of watery wing sauce. Wings are not difficult to get right. 1. Dredge with flour/cornstarch mix, and 2. deep fry until very crispy, then 3. toss lightly in wing sauce. Deliver in a container that is not airtight so they don't get steamed and soft. But it seems no pizza place in Concord has figured this out, instead serving soggy, oven heated and reheated wings. The Mediterranean salad was also a disappointment, although the ingredients seemed to be crisp and fresh, it was very small, like a side salad from fast food. The salad had no feta cheese, basil, or oregano as advertised. About half way through, I was thinking I would have rather had chicken and bacon. The dressing wasn't even real greek dressing. That was when I nearly broke my tooth biting down on an olive pit.. and a couple bites later, it happened again! Threw the rest away, too dangerous to eat. I fell in love with Pizza Guys in Walnut Creek and Pittsburg. But I was at my moms and ordered a delivery from this location. Pizza was OK tasting. Got my wings order wrong. I ordered 8 mango habanero and 8 buffalo. I received all mango habanero. I called and they only offered me $5 credit for my next order... NO THANK YOU. It's $25 for 16 wings... Be fair and offer $12.50 for the half yall messed up on. You know when you are craving things and it comes messed up and now you just do not want to eat anymore... Yeah, this was one of those times. What really pisses me off is bad customer service. I will never come back to a place that gives me bad service. The rating is for pizza alone. It is pretty good pizza and they usually have good deals. The reason for the pizza only rating is b/c we recently found out that if you order over the phone (maybe in store as well, not sure) with a card , they will put your card info on the receipt and carbon copy they keep. Full card number, name on card, expiration date, etc. Coupled with your address as well, its unexpected charges waiting to happen. We didn't realize this until the last time we ordered and I noticed the info at the very bottom. Now we sharpie out everything on the receipt and put it in our shred box. Recently we found charges made online in our account that we didn't make that we think may have had to do with this. Yeah, we probably should have checked the receipts closer, but who thinks to look if a business puts ALL of your card information on there...just a warning to everyone to be aware of your receipt from here. read more

I went with 2 of my coworkers and all of us ended up getting the pasta and I know their main deal isn't the pasta but it was just so gross I didn't know it could be like that! I got the chicken alfredo and so did one of the other two that i went with cause it sounded really tasty but after eating it both of us felt sick like we had just eaten a brick filled with grease and the other coworker I went with's pasta was cold inside. Recently ordered 7 pizzas here for a children's birthday party (and the adults too!). I placed the order ahead of time and it was ready on the day of the party as planned. They cut the pizzas in small square pieces at my request to make it easy to serve the kids. Everyone commented on how delicious the pizza was (even our friends from NY!). Best pizza in Concord. Not greasy at all. Little difference between the thin crust and the medium crust. Red sauce has a nice mild kick to it, and their white sauce has quite the garlic punch. I ordered two smalls for pick-up, which apparently came with a free ice cream. That was a nice surprise. Comparing to Skippolini's and Bambino's, there's just no contest. So I just ordered a three topping large pizza and well on the phone I had to repeat myself several times that I wanted olives pepperoni and extra cheese. Waited about 30 minutes got the pizza here and paid for it.The driver left, open up the box and there's no olives call the lady or call Pizza guys the lady who took my order answered, argued with me that we didn't say olives. But we did several times then she offered to cook olives and send over the olives. Now I don't know about you, but when you order something you expect to get what you ordered. When you call back to let them know or you know that they made a mistake they are supposed to be you know upholding their good customer service and making sure that you get what you order. this woman was not not doing that at all and she was very pushy and rude and yeah Pizza guys service sucks. I paid $28.99 for. 3 topping pizza oh and get! His she had the driver come back with a small cup of cooked olives. This establishment sucks. Their customer service sucks.
