It was swimming in red sauce with a huge thick piece of Mozzarella on top. There was no meat in the cannelloni only frozen thawed spinach. It was awful. The minestrone soup was thin and flavorless. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. My husband enjoyed the scampi but the side of spaghetti was cold. I guess I need to find another favorite restaurant.

They were seated at the same time as us and had also waited nearly 1.5 hours for their food. Being asked to leave due exclusively to the restaurant's slow service is beyond inappropriate and an embarrassing way to treat customers (who, it should be noted, did not complain about the long wait for their food). Do better Fiori. We will not be back.

Food, ambiance, and customer service are phenomenal just as they were my first two dining experiences. I definitely was late to the party. Skipolini's was not on my radar until Carmichael friends ask me to meet them here. It is their numero uno pizza spot for sure. Impressed then and equally impressed now after once again consuming salad, pizza, and a glass of wine. I must attest to the freshest and crispiest romaine salad ever! It is now my gold standard for how a salad should taste. Plus, it was huge. Unless you have not eaten in a week, this salad can be and should be shared or for next day's yummy leftovers. We were in group of 10 people including kids! Skipolinis is family friendly and casual. So our little group fit in perfectly. Unfortunately, very little photo taking happening (You may check out my previous visit photos.). But lots of eating, talking and just having a great time over delicious food! Speaking of delivery i would like to recognize a gentleman by the name of Michael Jordan who delivered to me today, he first gave me a courtesy phone call just to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived also i thought that was wonderful, then he greeted me with the hugest smile ever and made sure to let me have a look at the pizza to make sure it was okay, everything looked perfect. my experience with pizza guys has been awesome, i recently ordered a couple of days ago and everyone from the person who answered the phone to the delivery driver was respectful. Matter of fact if i remember correctly the delivery driver they sent was a guy by the name of Michael Jordan i think he said his name was and at first i was like dude, whats your real name, because that was pretty cool, he greeted me and the family with a smile, was very professional, spoke clearly and thanked us for choosing pizza guys, you'll definitely be hearing from us again. read more

I ordered the build my own thin crust with extra pepperoni extra ground beef extra tomato sauce and extra mozzarella with Parmesan and pickled jalapeños. I didn't get anything extra and the sauce was light. If I knew this was to be the case, I would have paid for a regular pepperoni pizza than would have cost me less than paying for a build my own asking for a few extra toppings. I also ordered a second pizza with cauliflower crust with garlic pesto, chicken and a bunch of extra vegetables on top. I of course didn't get all my extras on this order either. I had maybe 10 pieces of chicken on my entire pizza. The cauliflower crust was honestly not as good as Pieology, it was dry as a cracker.
