This became my use too pizza place.i like the spinach garlic chicken.that was very yummi. We have been looking for a new pizza spot and came across this place on a whim. We tried the Al Meat pizza and the Tuscan Garlic Chicken. Both pizzas were made fast and tasted amazingly delicious. The service is efficient and customer based as they get to know their customers and always know my order before I speak! If you order over a certain amount you also get a free soda or ice cream. Also, we are always getting coupons and deals and they are always worth it. Definitely reccomend this place for all the pizza lovers out there! read more

I have lived in Hayward my entire life and this location has been a couple different operations. I feel like it was a Hungry Howies for the longest time which was pretty bad. I am glad a good pizza place moved in. This was the second time I ordered a chicken, olive, and pineapple pizza it was freaking amazing Super solid pizza, lightyears ahead of hungry Howies. I have been here twice and have been so happy both times. I have tried both their Garlic Lovers and Artichoke Fiesta Specialty pizzas both of which were superb. They are very generous with the toppings and every bite is bursting with flavor. The crust is not too thick not too thin but "just right." I really appreciate that when I called to place my order the person taking my order has always been very patient with me and any questions I have. I do not eat beef so I asked them verify that the pepperoni does not contain beef. The young lady answered me and then was patient when I asked her the same question twice more. Ordered delivery 3 days ahead of my son's birthday at a local park. I got follow up calls a day before and 2 hours before our event -- I mean, would Domino's do that for you? At our event, the pizza delivery guy got a little lost, but was still within 5 minutes of our agreed time. The pesto chicken was incredible. The pesto was not too overpowering as it is with most dishes. Perfect blend of white sauce and pesto. The artichokes were fresh and perfectly portioned for every bite. The olives were quite salty but balanced the pizza. The crust was quite thin which I usually hate but it worked so well with this pizza I wouldn't want it any other way. The cheese bread was ok with what tasted like jarred marinara but it wasn't bad. Ordered a couple pizza's tonight for a family get together. They made them exactly how we asked, and were absolutely delicious. Easy to order, fast service, great food, everyone was happy. Got jipped on some toppings, and when I gave them the chance to make it up to me the next day, when I was ordering another pizza. Just asked if they would discount one of the toppings, and he couldn't understand me, asked me if what the order was, then thought I wanted to order it again, and I calmly tried to explain again that I want a new and different order with one free topping because I paid for it the day before and it didn't come with the topping I paid for...then the guy got frustrated and told me he won't be able to deliver to me and hung up. read more

I thought I would give this place a try, hadn't heard of it until recently. The pizza was *okay*, I mean it was edible. But I've had better pizzas from the frozen section at the grocery store, to be honest. The crust was only okay, the toppings were skimpy and there was a VERY wide bare border around the edge. So it was like 3/4 of a pizza on 4/4 of a crust. Maybe it would have tasted better hot, but I'll never know because it was delivered cold. Not "kind of hot", not "warm", I'm talking room temperature cold. The (previously) melted cheese had entirely hardened. They are less than 2 miles from my house and it was a weeknight when I ordered, so taking a little over an hour seemed excessive. And that may have been related to getting a cold pizza. I *love* pizza, it's my second favorite food. So it's extremely rare for me to throw away pizza, even mediocre pizza. Maybe if the Pizza Guys pizza had reached the level of "mediocre", I wouldn't have thrown away the leftovers, but it didn't reach that level so into the trash it went. It's pretty bad when *frozen* pizza is better than your "fresh" product, but that the bottom line for Pizza Guys on Mission. Obviously I'll never order from them again. Why would I, when I can get a *better* pizza faster. I mean seriously, I can drive to the market, buy a frozen pizza, drive home and cook it in the oven faster than they can deliver and at least the frozen pizza will be hot. read more

Gave them another try and it appears Pizza Guys definitely do not want my business. Ordered two pizzas. Driver arrived after an hour and with only ONE pizza. Apologized for forgetting second pizza and stating she will bring it back in under 15 minutes (which was physically impossible). Second pizza arrived with new driver and 42 minutes after. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard with cheese on it. I was given a free 2 liter soda bottle as an apology. I've declined several times as that is too much soda for one person. Bottom line - no one called from the store to apologize. My kids were hungry and whiney for nearly two hours waiting for their cheese pizza. So my experience with receiving the delivery was fine. The driver was polite and called when they had left the food on the doorstep. The problem was both things I got were just terrible. I got a cheesy jalapeño bread sticks and some potatoes jalapeño cheese bites. The cheesy bread barely had any cheese and looked nothing like the picture. The potato cheese jalapeño bites tasted like they were frozen from the grocery store and heated up in a microwave. The food was also basically cold. I won't be ordering from here again and advise that you don't either. read more

We have ordered from Pizza guys for both my kid's birthday parties for the past 2 years (3 events). Sunil is absolutely great. He provides the best customer service by always delivering the food on time. He is always responsive to my queries and goes out of the way to make sure that we are happy and satisfied with the order. Apart from that, the food is amazing. All our guests always love the food. Their pasta is super tasty too. He suggests portion sizes to fit our guest list and also makes substitutions to fit our preference for vegetarian food. We will definitely continue ordering from here for birthday parties. Don't order from them. The pizza takes longer than they tell you and it's cold and taste stale. I had an order placed at 9:40pm, and the older lady who took my order told me it would take about 45mins. I called back at 10:30pm to make sure they had my phone number, cause people get lost when delivering to here sometimes. A younger lady had answered, and I could tell it wasn't the same lady because she had a different tone and no thick accent. The younger lady told me that they have the number and read back my address and phone number. She said while she had me on the phone she could check the order for me. She told me the order had left 10mins ago, and if it wasn't there in 10-15minutes, call back. So I waited and called back at 10:50pm to get an update. I was told by the older lady should be here in 5-7min. At 11pm I get a call from the driver asking to come out front. She hands me my stuff from her trunk, and I couldn't see in her trunk, but it didn't look like she pulled it out of a bag. I get inside and open the boxes to find that I have cold pizza and garlic bread. It had a very tough texture. And I even found what looked to be a WHITE CAT HAIR. Called back to complain, and the older lady tried to say she was the one I spoke to all 3x, and that she never told me it took 45mins. She then tried to say that they have a 60min wait time and that no one told me the lady left at 10:20. Asked to speak to the Manger and had to continur arguing with her, until I was put on hold and got a seperate call from the manager. Then the manager tried to argue with me about the pizza being cold. He said they don't deliver cold pizza. He also told me that there is a 65min wait, and tried to tell me that no one told me 45mins. Basically telling me I'm lying. He tried to say that there was a tracker on the car and that she got there at 10 something. Which is a lie. I have the call record from when she called me at 11pm. He continued to argue with me and refused a refund. I told them they could even take the stuff back, it was horrible. They didn't want to take it back, and still refused to give any compensation, or even admit to any of their lies. Worst experience ever. read more

About my visit: I ordered food for delivery, got a deal of the double pizzas, which I was really happy about! The staff is nice and polite and their service is on point. My order arrived within 20 mins although  Their best pizza is the Artichoke fiesta and The Vegetarian (for veggie peeps like me) and their red sauce pasta is amazing too. I'd recommend anyone to try the Creamy Pesto bread-sticks.
