I ordered through Yelp/GrubHub and I immediately got a call double checking if I wanted delivery or pick up (I put a note on the order when I wanted it delivered but I changed it to pick up option and the note stayed on the order). Ordered for delivery via yelp app. Order came in beyond the 45-60 minute delivery window. When I called to check, the lady who answered the phone was very rude and said "Oh, you're in Fremont. We only deliver to Union City." Maybe they should indicate this in their yelp/web page. Maybe they also qualify delivery by distance since part of Fremont I'm in is right at the border of Union City, and probably closer to their location than other areas of Union City. Wanted to try something new in the area since I moved from Chicago - i've had plenty of good pizzas in my time. Delivery came pretty promptly, but my food was pretty cold. I ordered both the taco pizza regular crust and a thin crust mushroom pesto. Since it was cold, both pizzas were pretty not that appetizing, not to mention , I think they forgot my side of jalapenos. They do have Ice Cream for delivery so i thought was pretty unique and would come back to this place since i can get both pizzas and ice cream. I also ordered the oven baked wings and lemon pepper wings - this is why i would come back though, their wings are pretty tasty, not too greasy with lots of flavor. i do think they have promise, as the ingredients are pretty generous, extensive menu and reasonably priced. read more

Really mediocre pizza for the price you pay. I ordered online and it took them an hour and a half to deliver my pizza. It was barely warm, and the cheese was barely there. Like, it looked like they forgot to add cheese to my pizza!!! Not sure if they're purposely skimping to cut costs, but I feel like my money would've been better spent going to Little Caesars Pizza. Seriously, my pizza barely had any cheese or toppings, that it felt like I was eating dough with a little bit of toppings. I might have even been better off getting a frozen pizza that would've had more toppings than this!!! And I paid $45. I saw one of their pics and I ordered pizza guys combo which very very delicious.and espically their buffalo wings not with heavy waise.it was very crispy.and I ordered a salad it was very fresh. Amazing pizza and delivery service!! My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza guy's combo and it was very delicious! The delivery service was excellent. They came 15 mins before the estimate time. Someone please explain to them what good customer service entails. We placed an order for pick up, few calzones and some wings. Unfortunately we should have checked before we came home. First off they weren't labeled, second the wrong sauces had been given and third one them wasn't fully cooked! When we called the said the manager would be back in an hour, we explained the dough wasn't fully cook- the woman insists she made it it's good- or to come back and show her. Excuse me? We just drove home to enjoy our lunch and now we need to wait for a "manager", drive back and show you? We asked if we would get a refund if we came back. After not enjoying our lunch as planed we drove back, just for the same woman to ignore us and say all they can offer is $8, when we spent $50 plus gas going back and fourth. Great pizza, if they can find your house. Ordered on two separate occasions and both times took 90+ minutes. Coincidentally, both times I called and inquired and both times the "new" driver was lost. The first time I got in contact with their driver and gave step by step instructions to my very easy to find location. Bad customer service messed up on a pizza and gave me attitude for it with no compensation

Don't ever order from them. First off, the order took over an hour and 20 minutes to get here. When it did, mind you, my order cost $22 for a small pizza. The order comes finally and the driver is arguing with me about the cost of the pizza. It was supposed to be $5 off for it being late. The owner told me the driver would give the money back to me in cash since I paid online. Driver gets here and he has no idea. On top of that, they say I need to pay for the pizza AGAIN when I already had confirmed payment through the yelp app. I pass. Pass on the confusion and the taking of your time. Ugh. read more

Pizzas arrived right on time. That's the good news. Ordered two pizzas and both were just barely warm. Very disappointed with crusts on both, tasteless and tough. The real let down was the plain cheese pizza. It was red. Not sure exactly why but when your feeding a 3 yr old his favorite pizza (cheese) red is not what is going to appeal to him. I've gotten pizza here several times. I order online for pickup since they are close. It saves the delivery charge and is always ready within about 20 minutes. They always have good specials including free soda or ice cream. The pizzas are consistently good and the customer service is excellent. I did a strange order one time, two two topping pizzas each with cheese on only half of the pizza since I was feeding a vegan. The people behind the counter have been nothing but courteous and friendly each and everytime Ive been in here. Im not much of a pizza person but my daughter loves it.
