I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Guys for a long time, never a bad experience, until a approximately 20 minutes ago (2/3/21). I walked in, about to order $100 worth of food. I saw the female cook behind the counter prepping, cooking, and boxing up their customers pizzas with her mask on her chin while talking over the food. She had on a bright red lipstick, which I assume is why she wouldn't put on her mask appropriately. And for identification purposes, dark hair in a bun. I asked the young man up front discretely if she could put on her mask on before we'd order but she answered in a irritated-tone that she wasn't going to touch her mask while touching the food and continued with her mask on her chin & taking. So we left. Not going to give money to a business who doesn't care for its customers. There was only one person ahead of me physically. And when there are sinks nearby for her to wash her hands and be pandemic-safe while handling customers food. Do disappointment, I am a high-risk customer and will not return. read more

This place has become a favorite of my husbands and I. Round Table has become incredibly expensive and their service (both delivery and eating in) is HORRIBLE. So, we tried Pizza Guys on Jefferson starting about 6 months ago and have never looked back! Their pizza is amazing, their wings are FANTASTIC and the jalapeño cheesy bread- Wooh! So, good. The first time we had it my husband picked it up-that's when we were hooked! We then ordered dinner for delivery a few times and it took awhile to be delivered and when it was finally delivered it wasn't as great...we went back to pick-up! One evening we walked in to pick up our order a gentleman named Vic, I guess recognized our phone number for calling in a few times on prior occasions to order food...he apologized for the wait and offered us a complimentary pizza. They were SLAMMED inside the restaurant...we didn't mind waiting since the service and food is worth the wait! So, that next week I made an order online and I received a courtesy call from Vic giving us a heads up that pick up might be a bit longer than the website quoted! From then on- either Vic or Ashley calls us-are SO friendly when we walk in they greet every costumer like we're special or something! I'm not sure what's changed in the last couple of months but whatever it was have my husband and I now coming here literally once a week to get our pizza fix! Oh!! And if you pick up- you get a free 2 liter or ice cream! Vic and Ashley's customer service and friendliness is truly a breath of fresh air! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!! read more

If you want mediocre pizza made by girls that don't wear gloves, Wipe their nose in the middle of making the pizzas and then continue to make pizzas without washing your hands then this is the place to go. The term "artisan" is overused.... but Pizza Guys can get away with it. They can also get away with putting salad on pizza (another no-no) They make an excellent vegetarian pizza, along with a barbecue chicken one. Their pizza is deliciously addictive! Plus it still tastes great even when cold. Opt for delivery, because their parking is SAD! Their lot is tiny, shared with a pet grooming place. So you'd have to find street parking. First time: Ordered through UberEats and requested 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese pizza. Got a call from the restaurant saying they couldn't do that, so I told them just do plain cheese. In total, I received three calls from restaurant prior to them starting my order. Now, it's 20 minutes after placing order and I am told they have tons of orders before mine and won't be starting mine for over an hour, which would be way too long by the time they delivered. This would make it at least one hour and forty minutes from the time of order. They told me to call UberEats to cancel my order, which I did. UberEats was already there waiting for the order, so they weren't happy either when I called to cancel. I told them the driver have to wait an hour for the food, which Pizza Guys confirmed. Second try on a different night: Ok, I know it was dumb to try again, but we waited too late again and this was the only pizza place available on GrubHub for late delivery. So, we ordered through GrubHub. We had to increase our order to meet the minimum purchase, so we added a small pepperoni pizza. Food took far longer than quoted and arrived 45 minutes late, AFTER we were long asleep. Also, uniquely, the pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni - zero; it was a cheese pizza. The Greek salad was good. We tried ordering from Pizza Guys twice through two different delivery companies. Both times were inadequate and disappointing with poor communication with me and the delivery companies. Although food was acceptable quality, the poor service, late delivery and wrong pizza are the reason for my rating. read more

The first person I spoke with didn't seem to understand the problem so I asked to talk to a manger. I asked the manager if the first guy was high... Over the past 4 or 5 years, I have given Pizza Guys of Napa so different chances, but I just cannot continue to order from this establishment any longer - I now fear for my families health! Upon my last visit to this establishment, I watched a young woman handle dirty cash at the cash register and then walk over to the big pizza oven and handle my food. Gross! Can you believe that this young woman actually tried to show my pizza's to me as if I didn't notice? I immediately refused my order and demanded that speak with the manager. I ordered the pizza how I usually get it from another place I have frequented and was pleasantly surprised . They are getting the full 5 stars for a few different reasons: -they deliver and it doesn't take an hour or more to get the food and when it arrived it was still hot and the salad was still cold. -the price for what was ordered was very good and I will have to say I will be ordering from these guys from now on if I decide to ruin my diet again... -the food ordered was tasty and they don't skimp on the ingredients. -I'm tired of seeing places that have pretty good food get lame ratings from over sensitive and easily offended patrons... I am not proud of it, but I am definitely a pizza person. While visiting my son up in Napa, we have had the opportunity to try several different pizza places. We stumbled upon the Pizza Guy - because we wanted a pizza delivered and it was late at night and we had very few choices. It was one of those great discoveries that you sometimes stumble upon!!! Although they were eight minutes away by car, and I was kind of doubtful that the Pizza would arrive hot or crispy because of the distance, and knowing that pizza sometimes get soft when it is enclosed in a box and the crust gets steamed - (all of which is not their fault!) - it arrived perfectly hot and crispy. Just to make sure we heated up the oven and threw the pieces in there for a few minutes, bringing it back to its original state, coming out of the oven Hot, Crispy, and Perfect. The place is very affordable and they obviously use the best quality ingredients, because you can taste it. I'm sure that they have quite a challenge dealing with people late at night who possibly have been drinking, and can get a little short on the phone, but their employees are very well trained and the delivery people - (boys and girls) are very friendly. I ordered pizza for delivery and was quoted 45-60 minutes. After it had been an hour and a half I finally called. Apparently they didn't have my correct address. I have no idea why they wouldn't call me instead of letting my pizzas sit there and get cold!! Hit and miss some days you get great food and service other days there struggling. Most the time our food has been great. We did have one problem that was quickly fixed. Ordered my fave potatoes and the ranch sauce they put on was rancid. They quickly got a new ranch and threw out the old one. Check your food before leaving they don't seem to keep track of experation dates or have a sense of smell. read more

We went here for the first time and couldn't have been more disappointed. We went in to order pasta, and the cashier looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. We finally get our order placed, and they say to come back in ten minutes. Came back after ten minutes, told another cashier we were picking up, and he said he didn't have an order for us. He then shouts to the rest of the crews "How do you make pasta?" Waited another ten minutes for the new order. We asked if we could get the promotional deal on the two liter for our trouble, the cashier said no, we'd have to spend $18.
