Horrible horrible pizza and customer service experience. I went to pick up my order and there was only one worker in the store. The music was loud and quite explicit since I was with my young kid. The worker didn't bother to greet or even acknowledge that I was there. I had to say *hello* in sarcastic tone so he could lift up his head from his phone. Pizza was a disgrace and customer service was worse than that. Also there is a hidden service fee at this location. I've been going to this Pizza Hut for the longest and I never get disappointed every time I order from there. Their customer service is great because its quick and efficient. They also have a bunch of deals that you could choose from their website and app. When youre doing a pick up the workers there will keep it in a good spot so that the food would remain warm. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Yes, when I was a kid, Pizza Hut was really good. Where I'm from, they had actual sit down restaurants, wait staff, good pizza, as a matter of fact, it was the best commercial pizza out there! We ordered 4 pizzas, one topping each, regular hand tossed crust. Now, in this economy, you'll get some really good food deals. It's only a deal though, when quality isn't sacrificed right? Our pizzas were terrible. They tasted like they weren't cooked all the way through. All four were a doughy mess! It was borderline inedible. Keep in mind we ordered hand tossed, yet it was more like a deep dish pizza, except mushy. There was also little sauce, and barely any cheese. I've said it a million times, pizza is such a cheap food to make. It's cheap even if you use pretty high grade ingredients. Anyone can make an artisan pizza in their own home for much less than $10 a piece. Therefore, it shouldn't be a problem for Pizza Hut to make a decent pizza this day & age! read more

This is a really nasty place ... and when I say nasty I mean everything: the food, the service, the attitude .... everything We ordered pizza for delivery on Wednesday, and even though this location is about 5 minutes in driving, we received our pizza over one hour later! We called the store and a Hispanic lady answered the phone. When I told her that I ordered about an hour ago, she said well you ordered about 50 minutes ago and we usually deliver the pizzas in about 45 minutes from the order made. This is my 3rd review ever written. I wish there was no stars but I have to rate it. Well anyways, my boyfriend wanted some Pizza Hut and we went.. We came as a walk in and there were 7 employees just sitting behind the counter..talking and chit chatting and the cashier was eating an apple while talking to us and taking our order! Like really who does that?? She kinda hid it but still. You don't do that to customers. I find that really disrespectful rude & unprofessional. I ordered online on October 6th, so yesterday night. The order was quick, easy and cheap due to the ongoing promotion Pizza Hut always hands out. Two words: Slow and inefficient. I ordered online at about 5:01 and it told me the estimated carry-out time was 5:16. I decided to head there at that time and probably arrived by 5:20. Upon entrance, I was asked to wait 5 minutes. I didn't get out of the store with my order until 5:45. On top of that, I had to remind them that I only got one of two breadstick orders. That added to the wait time. When I got home, I noticed a lack of marinara sauce that was supposed to be included. I know others and myself with continue to order from Pizza Huts, but clearly carry-out is a bad option. The online estimate could be more realistic as well and not give a wait time of only 15 minutes to prepare two medium pizzas. Never again for me. read more

I was craving pizza on the way home. I saw a $7.99 deal for a large 2-topping pizza on their website. When I got there the lady at the front told me that it was an online order only. I don't blame her, but its crazy how Pizza Hut would not offer the same offer in-store.... I spent a good 10 minutes on my phone creating an account and all that.... I was extremely upset because I just wanted to grab something quick and go home. They did not even offer any in-store pizza deals which was absurd to me. This was my first time going back to Pizza Hut. I normally order with Dominoes, which is down the street. Should have gotten Dominoes instead honestly.... they make things quick and simple.The parking is free, but can be a bit tricky since they share a parking lot with Popeyes. The pizza was amazing.
