Pizza is... well, Pizza Hut quality. It is good in a pinch, when you have nothing planned for dinner and you are tired. They send you coupons in your email, but will not honor them (managers rules), and online ordering with a coupon code is a lesson in frustration and failure. If you try and email the corporate "contact us" link, It will not go through. "Message not delivered." They do not want to know how poorly the managers are running this hut. Went down to the storefront to order in person, the young man working was sitting out front on the curb smoking a joint, I said "realy dude?" He replied.... "What?... Its legal now. I am a mother of 8, a wife and I have 2 jobs. I order pizza from here regularly. Sometimes it's low on cheese, sometimes it has a lot of sauce but usually I don't complain. Today I ordered bread sticks and I don't do red sauces but I did what I usually do and ordered Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and I told the guy I'm ok with paying extra. The guy Jake was super nice and friendly took my order and was fine with the Alfredo. When my cousin went to pick it up he heard another guy I in the back screaming and yelling at Jake and refusing to give him the Alfredo. I don't know what the big deal was they do it all the time. So disappointed. High priced pizza and hidden delivery charges. Order somewhere else. Manager Spencer was not helpful.

Terrible pizza. Expensive. Nothing much else to say. Follow up: Called customer service and was told the managers would call within three days and try to resolve my complaints. Never contacted me. Thought I would give these guys a second chance. The cheese was the worst I ever had. They use some crunchy " cheese filler " that tastes like grit. The crust tastes like cardboard, so it goes, typical " corporate pizza " with cheap cheese and "cardboard crust " Aimee says I own a pizzeria, obviously confused, I do not own any food establishment !! I just ordered 1 lagre pizza and some quepapas so that i would "qualify" for the take out rate. ok no problem, i get that, 10.00 or more for a take out order, fine. 1 hour and counting later, I'm still waiting for my order!!! I'm a patient person, but that seems a little excessive! the quality of the pie's are decent, average at best, and the wings are a decent option as a side. Believe me, if there was a way to put 0 stars I would. Let's start with it was 40 minutes late added on to the 1 hour original wait time....that is over 1.5 hour wait for pizza!! I understand waiting on a busy day but that is a bit much. The delivery person explained that 4 people called in, I can understand that too, what I don't understand is not calling ( I could have picked it up). Instead the delivery person drove around with my pizza for 45 minutes as she was delivering everybody else's pizza. The pizza was ice cold and they obviously messed up the order in the first place as I ordered spinach on the pizza and there was handfuls of unheated raw spinach thrown on as an after thought! I tried to call and cancel when it was just 20 minutes late but nobody would answer the phone. After multiple attempts to call somebody picked up the phone and just slammed it on the counter and left it there. Most of there issues from being under staffed could have been resolved by calling customers and letting them know that they could pick up there order. I would call and ask them to make it right but I'm sure they wouldn't answer the phone so now I'm left with the option of writing this review and never ordering from them again! LG read more

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times. Now all of a sudden they can't deliver to me. The guy that answered the phone had no idea what he was doing making me repeat things over and over. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. read more

I get what I ask and pay for. Good service, cool drivers and best of all the pizza. I like to order a large stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese and sauce. If this sounds good and you live in east county, check it out. : ) They're not all the same. The one on second and pepper is not as good which is unfortunate as it is much closer. read more

The worst!!!! I got a carry out personal pan pizza. The guy running the cashier asks for my name and gives it to another guy to check in the warmer. The guy opens the warmer and I can see a personal pan but he says the order is not ready. 15mins go buy the guy says he'll go check on my order in the back. He asks my name again then takes out the pizza from the warmer. What? I tried it again... thinking one mess up no big deal. The store is super convienient to my house. I ordered the same thing and the wait was insane, the 2 people infront of me were complaining about their wait and wrong order. Had the personal pan pizza with hut favorite crust, pepperoni, beef, tomatoe, and onion. Best ever!

Sadly the pizza was very disappointing, even for fast food. A cheap frozen pizza would have been better...especially for the price.
