I wish they would take better care of this place, because it's good for the community. However their quality is severely lacking. We've been a number of times for their pizza buffet and it is not great. The salad is always wilty, the veggie toppings are soft and old. The pizza is fine when it first comes out, but they leave it sitting the entire time unless it's eaten. So if you come and pizzas are already out, it is old and dry and has been sitting a long time. We went today and walked in to no customers and a buffet of pizzas that obviously had been sitting. We hoped they would bring out fresh ones while we were there, but the same exact pizzas that were sitting for God knows how long before we got there, sat the entire hour we were there. They need to more regularly rotate the pizza so customers still have fresh slices. But what can you expect from Pizza hut & the location, I guess? ‼ HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALERT. ‼ My husband suggested we go to this Pizza Hut for the buffet. I was skeptical because of the location, but I went against my intuition and we went. We missed the buffet which was a bummer. Our 4 year old had to use the restroom the moment we walked in and my husband took him. I tried to be friendly with the staff while waiting but they were pretty flat. As I observed the place and smelled the aromas I knew we would not be eating there. When my husband came out of the bathroom with our son, he said we needed to leave immediately later revealing the bathroom was disgusting with feces all over and no soap for handwashing. An unsanitary bathroom is unacceptable for a place that is serving food. From the pictures and some other reviews, it seems this place should be shut down. Having this location open is bad for the brand and harmful for the community. In fact, I would consider this place a health hazard and a perfect candidate for Arizona's "dirty dining". I first called to make sure the buffet was actually open, on the phone Janiyah was very pleasant and very helpful and explained the buffet to me. When we got there, we were greeted by Aaron, the general manager, who was full of energy and very pleasant. The salad part of the buffet was fresh and cold and lots of topping options. The pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and pasta were all fresh. They made several trips to our table to refill Our drinks. Aaron even asked if we wanted a specific pizza made and then made it for us. At approximately $13.50 per person, including the drink who would be stupid enough not to take advantage of this buffet? I've never eaten inside this location. Unfortunately, it's got pretty low reviews. I have, however, ordered both delivery and take out like today and I've never had a problem. The customer service side has always been normal. By that, I mean there are no complaints, no issues on my part. As you know, I'm a big big stickler when it comes to good customer service and thankfully I haven't had to fight with Any customer service issues thus far. The other day we ordered the usual. The stuffed crust and the Parmesan chicken wings everything arrive within a timely manner. The delivery drivers are always friendly. They always seem to talk about the weather which I think it's so funny. But they also have something to talk about which I believe is part of good customer service. Our food arrives hot and they always ask if we want cheese or hot pepper as well as Napkins or paper plates. Which not many delivery places asking anymore. So I find that very refreshing. I hope that we continue to get good customer service and really good tasting food as we have so far. read more

I was excited when the salad bar came back. I remember the Pizza Hut of old had the best salad bar ever. I actually tried once to buy a gallon of my favorite creamy italian dressing they had. Still my favorite. I went in today for lunch and what a letdown. The salad bar had two dressings - Ranch and Thousand Island. The lettuce was shredded. Same lettuce you would get on a Subway sandwich. Yuk. The pizza in the buffet reminded me of Cici's Pizza. Kids might like it but it's not the same quality as the deep dish. Hands down Pizza Hut holds the championship belt when it comes to their wings. We tried several different variants of their wings from the mild the naked and the barbecue. All of the chicken wings we had were fresh and savory. The only negative that I would have to say about my experience with Pizza huts wings is the price I gouging to say the least. 30 bucks for 18 wings is very absorbent even in this inflation written times. This review could have easily been a 1 star but because of the professionalism and the customer service I received from Carla, it is now a 5 start review. I placed my order this evening and was informed there was a much longer than normal wait time. That was a bit upsetting but I was willing to wait. When I ordered a pan pizza, I was then told that they were out of pan pizzas. Grant it I called at 9:30 pm and it was close to closing time, but with a $10 for any pizza, they should have been prepared and had extra dough prepared. I asked to speak to a manager so I could complain. I was expecting lame excuses and apologies but I was so pleasantly surprised! Carla, the manager on duty, did apologize but she did not try to give me a song and dance. She was honest with me and that goes a long way. She handled my complaint so well that I decided to go ahead and order anyways. She offered me a substantial discount for the trouble that I experienced and for that I am thankful. If every manager could learn how to handle customer complaints with the same amount of honesty and understanding as Carla did this evening, the world would be a much better place. This is the one and only Pizza Hut that I have been to that doesn't make pizza like every other one in the world. That being said, I have given them numerous chances to do better thanks to their proximity, $10 pizza price and lack of any other good pizza in town. The last time it was worse then horrible and they even had a offer for their new pizza stating that you would get a free pizza or money back, don't know which if it wasn't right. I ordered once and asked for no green peppers. Green peppers are something that even if you pull them off the flavor stays. I let it go because I seriously am so tired of having to complain. All I want is a decent meal. So, the next week I ordered again. When my pizza showed up with no black olives I called. I told them about the previous results and that I hadn't complained or requested the meal free as advertised. The manager told me that he would credit our bill by $10 and he never did. The time spent on the phone when all I wanted was the meal I ordered and for it to taste like every other pizza hut.... I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Watsons and picked up. Their pizza, while really over cooked, I was so happy with because it tasted like a normal Pizza Hut! I really wish they would allow you to contact the owner and let them know. They loose a lot of money by loosing customers. I went so far as to contact corporate only Pizza Hut about a year ago about this same Pizza Hut. Store number 026970 For as long as Pizza Hut has been in the hospitality business, you would think that they would have representatives who are aware when answering the phone, they are mindful to have positive attitudes as well as direct all their attention to the customers placing their orders (of course so the representative doesn't cause any errors) while having the ability to show some respect and patience. I'm aware dealing with customers are hard sometimes, but when working for a well-known company that is worth an abundance amount of money, the customer service would be an overjoyed experience. For the past 8 months it seems that quality of food and service from this location has dropped tremendously, Lil Caesar's makes better pizza and wings at a fraction of the cost. I was hoping paying 50 bucks for two pizzas and wings would render quality product, but this has not been the case.
