I just picked up Dominos Pizza from the Jackrabbit/ Indian School Rd location. It was a large pizza for 9.99 for any size and any toppings and it was FANTASTIC. It was really good and my hats off to the preparers. I highly recommend them. read more

Dinner burned in the oven one night and totally lucked out seeing there was a dominoes right by my house. Made an order online, it was quickly made and available to pick up faster than expected. The pizza was delicious, Made correctly and perfect. However the thing that stood out to me the most is when I walked in to pick up the pizza the place was very clean, and all the gentleman working we're so friendly and helpful. While waiting for my pizza we chatted about the storm coming and everyone was just so pleasant. I ordered delivery of a Philly Cheese Steak pizza because we didn't feel well and didn't want to go out. When the pizza arrived it had pieces out of the crust and only a few small pieces of steak on it. It was a thin crust which I didn't want. Spoke to the manager who I think is worthless. He told me that they would remake the pizza, but I will have to pick it up. Or, they would remake it, but wait an hour to get it delivered. It's been a long time since I've ordered Domino's - previous experiences were never good, and this was my first time trying this location. I can't drive due to a sprained ankle and the fridge is empty, so I figured I'd give their sandwiches a try - I figured, how badly could they mess up a sandwich? Today I learned. This was a complete waste of money. Please, if you're reading the reviews, don't think that maybe you'll have a better experience and I just got unlucky. I wish I'd read the other reviews. The delivery confirmation said it would be about 15-25 minutes for my sandwich and the specialty chicken. In reality, my food was over an hour late. After it finished cooking it sat around for more than half an hour before going out on delivery, another 20 minutes. So I received it 50 minutes after cooking, and it's definitely evident. I could have excused being late if it took a long time before it was put IN the oven, but for it to sit around afterwards is just awful. I should have known when I was handed the boxes and they were luke-warm that this was going to be bad. The cheese on the greasy sandwich has congealed, as has the sauce on the burned chicken. Also, on each side of the sandwich there were three pieces of sliced ham no bigger than a quarter, really? This sandwich is flatter than most paninis! Where's the meat?! And the chicken. The breading is soggy, and it tastes worse than the cheap frozen chicken you can get at a grocery store. I ate one piece of the chicken before throwing it away, it was literally inedible. I had a couple bites of the sandwich and now my stomach is turning and I feel queasy. At least I'm not hungry anymore - this turned my appetite right off. Edit - I just threw up. Since I haven't eaten anything else today, this is definitely from the Domino's. :( read more

Have ordered from here for the past 2 years and it's always inconsistent and not the quality of Domino's in other locations. Occasionally it's bad enough to warrant money back and then I don't order again for a long time. It shouldn't be this way. To be specific the pasta bowl is so empty that it seems as though you are just ordering the bread bowl portion and it is the only thing that fills you up. The pasta ranges from no sauce to nothing but sauce. Used to be my favorite thing to order back home in WA and l loved it every time. Not here. My Last order, Hand Tossed, Pan Pizza, over cooked, not cheesy or any good, the cinnamon sticks burnt and crunchy, not worth eating. I called and the manager said she could not credit us that they were really busy and the next order is free. I am so sick of having to pay for something that isn't even mediocre and knowing that I have to order again to try and make it worth it when the chances of the food being bad as it has for the last 2 years is pretty good. read more

We haven't been Domino's fans for a long time, but we received a gift card so we decided to give it a go. Ordering online was a nightmare as the app had some glitch and our original order went to a different location. We then tried on my laptop and even though I picked the location we wanted to pick up from it went to the same location the first went to. We were frustrated and hungry so my husband called in and they were quick to get our order ready. My husband picked it up and it smelled good, but that was as good as it got. My pizza was dry and almost tasteless and my husband ordered extra sauce (which he orders from other pizza parlors without issues) which made his pizza super soggy. I phoned ahead for my order and it was a busy, busy Saturday night for the workers. They told me only 15 minutes for 2 supremes. Wow. I got there in 15 minutes, and they were ready for me! Wow! Fresh. Hot. Delicious pizza. Courteous attentive staff. Called to place an order, got a call stating they didn't have a delivery driver and wouldn't fulfil my order. In the past I have placed orders to this particular store only to have to wait for 3 hours at one time. That was an extreme but for the most part I always end up waiting at least 2 hours which is a little ridiculous. Do not waste your time dealing with this franchise. I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon bread. Drove 20 minutes home to find they forgot to give me the icing dip that comes with the cinnamon bread. Obviously Im not going to want to eat dry cinnamon bread without the topping. I called back and spoke to an employee and asked for a refund for my cinnamon bread. The employee refused the refund and would not let me talk to a manager. He was laughing and making it a joke. I demanded a manager and he finally got me to a person names James who says he was the assistant manager. Who also refused my refund. He said the icing is a "luxury" and not a required part of the cinnamon bread. Then proceeded to laugh it off and make my issue a joke. I'd like to hear from Ed Greene who I was told was the GM regarding the conduct of his leadership team, and severe lack of customer service skills. Also of course I'd like my refund out of principal.
