Marco's Pizza is a national chain of pizzerias that got its start back in Oregon, Ohio (just outside of Toledo, Ohio) back in 1978. It has since grown into a national pizza chain that boasts over eleven hundred locations across this country (as well as Puerto Rico and the Bahamas). That's a lot of places and that's a lot of people on their staff working hard in those locations selling a lot of pizza. For being a national pizza chain, which I consider these national pizza chains the fast food version of pizza, their pizza is not bad. This place has a clean interior and I grabbed a pizza to go and have a quiet meal in my hotel room after a long day of visiting clients in the area. Overall, for a national pizza chain, Marco's Pizza is not a bad choice for pizza. read more

I ordered a thin crust pizza and a greek salad for delivery. On the pizza I got the extra thin cracker crust which was horrid. On top of that the "Greek" salad had no Feta cheese so it was not a greek salad. read more

I was super excited to order from Marco's after reading all of the amazing reviews. The flavor of the pizza was great and I enjoyed the "old world" pepperoni, which is smaller and curls when baked. This gives the pizza an extra crunch. I was disappointed that they left off several of my toppings and forgot a sauce I paid extra for. I may order again, but it won't be my first choice based on experience. read more

The newest Marcos pizza in the area and let me say that this place better last. The location is wonderful and in a plaza with a very good iced coffee place. The staff was ridiculously friendly from the moment I opened the door to the minute I walked out of the place. The staff talked about the different pizzas they had however in the end I decided to go with my old fashioned cheese pizza. The prices are very reasonable, with a large one topping pizza being only nine dollars if you order online and use a promo code! I will for sure be back to the place as soon as I can, especially since the staff and owner are ridiculously friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my pizza! read more

The pizza is good, but the telephone and delivery service is not great. 3rd time ordering a pizza and never getting it. I've had to call and reorder the pizza and it still takes over an hour to deliver if at all. No reason this place should have less than 4 stars. Great pizza bad business read more

The guy who took my order tapped it onto a touchscreen monitor, then he dug his finger in his ear, then walked back to the food line to add ingredients to the pizza he was making prior to my arrival with those same dirty fingers without washing his hands or putting on gloves. His assistant, also taking orders on that screen, walked to the back of the store and took her phone out of her pocket (which she probably even takes to the bathroom with her), also later casually grabbing ingredients glove-less and without washing her hands either. Family recently got dinner from here and I was excited to try it because I pass by the location all the time and I would always peek over while construction was going to see how close it would be to opening day! We ordered two large cheese pizzas and the order was ready rather quickly. The staff is very friendly when we went to pick it up and the inside of the place is very spacious! While we waited for them to grab the order, I took a little time to look at the menu and they have so many different options to choose from. We went old fashioned and I am glad for sure! The pizza was hot and the crust was perfectly crisped on the outside and nice and soft under all of the sauce and cheese. They definitely don't skimp out on the cheese and it was melted perfectly. We got parmesan cheese on it as well and it gave a nice little flavor addition to the pie overall. I will definitely be coming back here again to get more pizza and to try their other items as well! read more

I was looking forward to trying the pizza here but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. We ordered a large 2 topping pizza and a cheese bread for $14.99. To start with, the mushrooms are canned not fresh which is an automatic turnoff for me. Next, the dough was pretty thick and chewy which I'm not a fan of, and finally they forgot to cut the pizza and the cheese bread. I mean how hard is that to remember to do?! The cheese bread was good but seriously nothing I'd think twice about if I never ate it again in my life. Don't think I'll be returning there's plenty of other pizza places around that I'd rather go to. read more

So my wife has been wait for this place to open, so we could get their pizza. It's was quite disappointing. She ordered the pizza online and I showed up for the time it told us it would be ready and it wasn't. I waited for close to a half hour for it. Then when I brought it wasn't cooked well done and didn't have light sauce like we ordered. It's was slapped together real quick while I was waiting. Also I did see employees handling the dough and topping with no gloves. One girl handle dough, wipe her hands on her shirt then moved pizza boxes then handle the dough again. We called and complained. The management was good. They refunded us our money. After this experience I'm not sure if I would come back. read more

Honestly service was fine. Pizza was simply horrible. I ordered a Philly CheeseSteak pizza it was horrible. Maybe I assumed it would be mozzarella cheese but it was white American cheese it had zero flavor. The bad cheese overshadowed the toppings making it the worst pizza I ever ate. Probably one of the worst take out experiences. We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni, a Philly cheesesteak sub, and two bottles of water. Paid for it. The girl then tells me oh we only have one bottle of water left. Ummm ok so go restock the fridge. Or the last time you grabbed a water you didn't realize that was the last one ‍ Wasn't a big deal waited 45 minutes inside for our pizza. She told us it would only be 20 min. Again ok, not that big of a deal. While waiting, the girl at the register was touching her hair, touching the register, dealing with money then going to make pizza. (My husband was watching her and said she didn't make our pizza that's the only reason why i was able to even try this horrible food) Nobody in there was wearing gloves while making the food You had employees eating in the main dining room (prob on break, ok) but when you have costumers that are experiencing long waits maybe not the best idea. Then she finally hands us our pizza and says oh whoops we made a medium not a large, I'll give you a voucher for a free pizza. the couple next to us never got their food the ticket was "lost". We get home, pizza was terrible. Canned mushrooms (should be a crime) thick bread. Almost like frozen pizza. The Philly was disgusting it had like charred black pieces on it. I had heartburn ALL night. I'm not one to bash a company, but I'm sorry do better! No manager insight. They had at least 7 employees working there no reason for this many mistakes. Tried Marcos for the first time. Very Friendly staff and owner is very nice and welcoming. The Pizza special a med one topping for $6.99 was a great value and it was actually good for a chain . It was had a generous amount of tasty sausage and the sauce was very tasty. The only bad was that you must like thick crust which I actually do , and they need to cut the slices more evenly some were 2 inches and some were 4 inches so hard if your sharing equally. Small thing to fix. I will definitely be back and order again. read more

i ordered this pizza off uber eats with little to no expectations. i was very surprised to how good everything was. also i ordered all my food around 2am which is a huge plus to me. i wouldn't call it authentic but it of little cesar's and papa john's had a baby and has little Cesar prices. all in all ill be a forever customer from here on out. love it, like it, gotta have it. read more

Ordered on phone for pick up, never asked for a name or phone number and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Went in to pick up and pay women at register which I believe is manager didnt even acknowledge me me for a good minute I told her when I was here to pick up. She said give me 10 minutes. Went out front for a few minute then came back in same lady asked for name on order I told her what I had ordered but was never asked for a name when I placed order. She said we will put it in now.
